Ken is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting during my time in Massachusetts. Always smiling, super knowledgeable, runs an all around amazing shop for all things pet related. Josie (security guard) is a sweetheart as well. Would give 6 stars if I could, highly recommend!

Have been going here for years. A lot of thought put in to carrying brands that are made of good ingredients! They are very knowledgeable of their products and are able to offer excellent recommendations for a variety of issues. It is nice to be able to shop a store where the owners obviously care and go out of the way to carry quality products and not food filled with preservatives and junk! Great store with great owners! They periodically have education nights from authors and vendors. Every December they run a great fundraiser for a local no kill shelter. Shop local my friends this is a great store to support!

We were welcomed by two beautiful Golden’s at the door, and the owner was just as welcome. Went to get some wet food from Fromm for our puppy and wanted to support local if possible. Was great to find this store so close to our apartment. Reasonable prices and the best products for your pet.

I've been here once and I will most likely go back. The owner seems friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to a customers needs. He does have his dog on site most days. He's an older Golden retriever and like most goldens he's a sweetheart, quiet and very friendly. I would give it 5 stars, but as I mentioned I've only been in the store once. I will certainly consider upgrading it as I get more acquainted with the store, and it continues to impress me. So far though excellent.

Very knowledgeable and caring owners! I get everything I need for my dogs here. This is the best store I've found so far especially for Raw feeders! I get all the favorites, Answers goat milk, Vital Essential freeze dried beef nibs(great for training or a picky eater for organs), Frozen Beef Tripe, Lamb lungs, Health Extensions Bison bites and plenty more! You will find everything you need and they will always answer any questions you have about products and feeding!

We shop here frequently for our dog. The shop has a good supply of various healthy choices for our dog which we really like and let's face it, in the ago of Amazons and Walmarts we also shop here because we want to support this local business. Which brings me to my main point. This place isn't super price competitive which is fine and we get that. I believe most people that come here come for fair selection and to support this small local place. That being said, one of the owners was very rude to us last time when we tried to claim a frequent shopper bonus. They have this punch card thing where if you buy so many items, you get a discount. We forgot it one day and so the owner told us to come back with receipt and she would punch the card. We did few days later and were told we were trying to scam her. The owner expressed sentiment that people try to cheat her all the time and essentially called us liars. The truth is, she forgot to mark the receipt because she was too busy hanging out with her friends in the store and refused to consider a possibility she made a mistake. This shows lack of understanding how customer service is supposed to work. We've been supporting this place for years and we got this in return. Default posture is to assume we are stealing? Why would I go to such a shop and try to weasel my way into a bag of dog food? We may not come back here again.

If your dog or cat holds a special place in your heart and home you want to give them healthy food and products. Pet's Gone Healthy is where you will want to shop. If a product passes the standards that Sandy and Ken set it will probably surpass yours. Truly, you can buy anything in the store and trust that it's of excellent quality. They will remember you by name, it's so obvious that they really care about their customers. They're not, by any means, your average pet food store. They're ingrained in the industry, constantly educating themselves and are very willing to share their knowledge openly and freely... because they care. Ken, Sandy and their store are highly recommended.

I went here to buy organ meats for my cats and the owner was beyond helpful going through all of the ingredients and mentioned ordering what a needed. I walked out with beef hearts and tripe which were both GMO free. Had to stop myself from buying the lungs with her encouragement that the store wasn't going anywhere (ha ha) and see if they liked those 1st. Will definitely come back to pick up more for my babies

I love this store. Since I started pet sitting again, I have visited this store more frequently. The wide selection of healthy pet foods for dogs and cats is wonderful. I buy food and treats for my client's pets and food and treats for my own cats. The store owners are always very friendly and helpful.

Organically speaking no preservatives found here. Bison bites and 🐔 chicken dumpling treats are a rare find but are so worth the price...Sandy and Ken Wheeler have owned the store for more than 10 years in Marlborough, MA and have made their mark within the small business community. They stand behind the products that they sell in the hope that other pet retailers will do the same. It is a treasure to find someone who is knowledgeable in the products that they sell to their clients and who also is passionate about pets and their humans.

This is the best place to buy all your pets needs, they have healthy options for your pets, a lot of locally sourced items, farm to store treats, they offer fresh baked treats and sell a birthcake for dogs, very high end items well priced and the owners are very friendly and will help you anything you need to know! When you walk in expect to be greeted by the very kind and caring owners , but also their 4 legged friends!
