Do not groom your dog here!They hurt mine 2 weeks ago & and did the sanitary all wrong. I just saw another golden today terrified and trying to run away from the store literally doing everything he can.I said to the man, groomers ? He said yup and I said yea I’m not surprised they are not knowledgeable and they are rough. Hurt my dog to the point we had to go to the vets. It’s a whole story. Manager refunded my grooming & paid the vet cost. Very nice of him to not give me any more trouble and resolve the issue right away for me.However, clearly A LOT of animals are petrified of going there. Even one of the groomers said it herself.My dog never use to be and now since our nightmare experience he thinks every time he gets in the car he’s going back there. Totally freaks out now. He was NEVER like that before what happened. He’s even excited to go the vets. He’s a great dog.The supervisor of grooming is the one who messed my dog up. I would never think someone would do this on purpose but obviously more training needs to be sorted out for them.Just avoid Petco grooming in Mansfield all together. You can find cheaper and kinder places.A dog shouldn’t be more petrified of a groomer than a vet. Obviously something is wrong there.Seeing that golden so scared really made me so sad...It’s just a major warning for the area.Corporate needs to step in or someone.

This company has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I bought a $1300 conure, a $200 cage and hundreds of dollars worth of food and toys at the Mansfield MA location. 5 months later it died for no reason at all. I went into the store to see what they could to rectify the issue, and they told me it was corporates decision. I called corporate, they told me it was the stores decision. I went back to the store and was told it’s corporates decision. I got bounced back and forth for a week. Long story short, I was lied to by multiple employees over the phone, was called a liar by employees on the phone and in store, and was told “Unfortunately it’s not our problem anymore” several times by employees over the phone and the manager in the store. I have spent ALOT of money at this store, but UNFORTUNATELY will not be spending another dollar there. If you are planning on buying an animal at Petco, I would look elsewhere.

The store is always stocked and plenty of selection. I wish you had nutrisource dry dog food. I have to go to my groomer to get it. We always love seeing Donna. Please give her a compliment from me

This was Maximillion's first visit to the Vet, it really was a great experience. He has a new doctor... Dr. Ash, he was patient and kind, answering all my questions with clarity. Thank you, Vetco, for having Dr Ash.

Allowed me to enter the store for what I needed (35 lb. cat litter refill) even though three minutes to closing. Friendly greeting and follow-through. Helped me get my heavy load into my car.

Our dog just got back from a grooming session in Mansfield. We asked for a basic was with nail buff and was given a quote of $46 when our daughter arrived with the dog. That matched what we had seen online and since we use Vetco decided to give it a try. When done the charge was $86. We were told they didn't take into account "our type of dog" which is a 48 lb shorthair puppy. Complete rip-off. Bait & switch at your local store.

I have 2 German shepherds and I feel like I live at this Petco. They always have everything I need in stock and if they don't there more than willing to order it for me or let me know when it is coming in. I frequently running to great deals here where they discontinue a brand because of new packaging and I get incredible pricing. Not just that but there is one young trainer there that helped me with a problem I was having with my female German shepherd. I've had them all my life and I am a dog trainer myself so I was hesitant to go to Petco for training and socialisation. That being said the trainer they have there is very experienced with multiple breeds of dogs and gave me just the right push in the right direction and now my girl is exemplary! I highly recommend this particular Petco they are wonderful there!

megan did an amazing job trimming my pom chi’s nails!! I was nervous because he does not like getting his nails trimmed & will bite but megan knew just how to handle him and was done in less than 5 minutes. I spent weeks worrying about how to groom him and where to bring him for his nails & my worries are over after a quick visit. Thank you megan!

They are just your typical large pet needs resource center however what sets them apart now is they Have a full service veterinary care team that is pretty in line price wise with my current vet. They also do everything so there is no need to go anywhere else. I have seen them for both my pets and I have been very impressed. The prices as I said are in line with my vet and Petco is a lot closer but also more available so if I am away with my pets and need to see a vet Petco is usually around and will have all my pets information on file which is a huge plus. The store itself stocks everything you need for your pet however prices are a little inflated but that's to be expected when you can't find many pet stores these days.

Very disappointed with Vetco Clinic-MansfieldI work with law enforcement, was forced do double, I called ahead explain I will be 10min letter, I arrive literally 11mins letter, they can not take my dog who was having allergies reactions because of 1min. Stuff was polite, I asked again, was only 1 min, how many times they left me and my animals waiting for trail/vet on waiting room ? All my visits I wait to get vet or vet tech to assist with my case.They are there unfortunately just for the money, I don’t blame. But been human can be a very good thing… understanding others people issue. So due to, it was a very bad experience, disappointed……

I luv petco. I go there for all my pet supplies. The staff goes out of there way to b helpful, especially in the fish department. I ask lots of questions about my female betta fish sororities. I am fairly new to fish keeping and I want to make sure my fish r happy and healthy. The staff is very knowledgeable. Today I added to new members to my betta family. Meet gertie and Greta

The grooming prices are very affordable. I’ve been going here for about 1 year and they are great. Yesterday, I went to pick my dog up after she was done getting groomed. They put the cutest bandana around her neck. First time they have done that. Will continue to use petco for the Vet and groomer. Vital Care is totally worth it to get your vet exam fee waived AND you get $15 back a month to use on any item or service at petco/vet. Mansfield team are all stars.

The staff I encountered today were amazing! When I had a question about a specific product Donna went above and beyond to get some clear answers. She walked over to the veterinary section and had consulted with one of the techs, who then asked the vet’s opinion. Both Donna and the gentleman from the vet’s office (I believe she had said his name was Guillermo) were very helpful and cared about the questions I had. I appreciate the help guys!

Went here to get guinea pigs as a pet for the kids...knew nothing about them. The guy working there spent almost an hour teaching the Kids and us everything we needed to know. He then made the kids hold them to make sure they knew the proper way to do it and that they weren't going to be afraid!!! This Guy...!!! Nicest guy ever...I was so amazed I forgot to look at his name tag...but I did get his picture! Thanks Guy...you rock!!!!
