Messed up pregnant wife’s medication for second day in a row. The pharmacy staff are mean, unprofessional, and unreliable. Don’t depend on this pharmacy when you’re sick, they do not care about their customers. It almost seems they enjoy toying with people’s health with the amount of errors they make and behavior displayed with it.

This place gave me a coupon in December claiming it’s my birthday month, I can get discount if I shop there the month of December. I went back after couple days later, bought something and gave the cashier the coupon to scan, I looked at my receipt, no discount. Twice I went back, bought something, looked at my receipts, saw nothing discounted.

I am a prescriber and I was trying to prescribe a medication for a patient. The phone call was absolutely terrible, and when I asked the pharmacist to repeat what she said she responded "OMG you are taking up too much of my time." Prescribers should avoid this place at all costs. Send the prescriptions to CVS instead.

I would give 0 stars if google allows me to. I'll start with Mark the Pharmacist/Manager (based on the other google reviews). We were there to get a flu shot for my parents travelling from abroad. He asked us to wait and then 20 minutes later when I noticed people after me getting the shot, he nonchalantly said, didn't you sign in? He was schooling us on how things work in Doctor's office. Ha ha! Anyway, the Asian-American dude at the counter spent the next 40 minutes to check in if our insurance will cover the flu shot only to come back and say it's a plan based out of California. Oh wait, but we are in Massachusetts right? Basically, they tire you out so that you'll leave the Pharmacy and never come back again under any circumstance. And that's what is going to happen. My recommendation- Please go to another Pharmacy and not this one as the employees here are rude, utterly incompetent and inefficient.

The employees here are very bad and have no manners. I went to pick up the package and he took my ID. but when he return it they threw it back to me. Is this what employees should do? He threatened me not to step foot there again. If I did, the police would arrest me and tell me to shut up and not say anything else. This place not welcome to take any customer and Every employee here works like they don't want to work. I just wanted to share some bad stories about this place because they don't care about my posts anyway.

The pharmacist, Eden, should be fired. I have a child at home literally screaming and vomiting in pain from an ear infection and she refused to fill his prescription. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have been to, zero compassion or consideration.

This is such a nightmare place. I was dropping off returned items via fedex location here. The store staff was so rude, he refused to look at the fedex drop off instruction, insist to ask my to print the label myself, and just ignore me and left when I was try to show him. He should be fired without no aoubt. If you guys still hiring people like him, no one will shop here. Good luck with bankruptcy walgreens 🤞🤞🤞

Went in for a vaccine. Confusing signage, one doesn't know where to line up to check-in. Everyone at the pharmacy seems to be working hard, but at the same time it seems there's always several people waiting around due to some issue. There's something off somewhere, and it is not the front line workers at the pharmacy.The lady who delivered the vaccine has absolutely no people skills.

Why do companies not teach their employees common courtesy? You put your best foot forward on social media only to have customers deal with ill mannered employees.Tonight my wife sat 15 mins waiting to speak to the pharmacy they hung up the phone when she hit the queue.When I called the store the person who answered said they were just check out, when I asked to speak to the manager the person speaking amazingly became the manager.This person is awful and proves my point that employees often imitate the attitude of the manager when dealing with customers.If the manager values customers you will see, it will be revealed in their customer service. If they view customers as an inconvenience it will also be revealed in their service.I know that it's very hard post covid to find employees, I hope though you can do better.When I told him there was no need to be rude he hung up on me.If Walgreens goes out of business it will be no surprise, this behavior has me looking at any alternative. Including online pharmacies.Malden MA. Centre St. Store.SMH a want to be thug with an Mufasa accent.

I would honestly give -5. The staff & manager are rude and have attitude. Moreover, young staff is extremely lazy. When I call, they pickup and keep putting me on hold and another person pickups up after few minutes and does the same thing. No respect to customers time. Nobody stocks the shelf with availability inventory. One time I was near the milk refrigerator and could see the stock through the refrigerator on the other side of cold storage but they said they don’t have it. I had to call customer service to make them give me the product. For delivery orders they take the tip instead of passing it to the delivery service driver. I would recommend customers to NOT go to this store unless you really need something.

Came to take passport pictures for my 2 sons. When I came in the 2 employees were leaving because their shift was over. They called the manager over the speaker and he came and said give him 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I asked the person at the register to to call him again over the speaker. He came and said he can’t help me he’s busy and I have to wait for the person who’s suppose to be coming in for the next shift. Crazy! Why didn’t you say that from the beginning???? His name is “H” short looking dude.

The store is clean and organized, the pharmacy is pretty good compared to others. Checking out takes forever, there's never enough cashier's and they have no care to keep the line moving, there's no self check out line so it's your only option. I asked about getting a Walgreens rewards account set up and she said it takes too long and she didn't want to hold up the line (the one I had just spent 15 minutes standing in) and the only way I can set it up is in person. That makes no sense if deals are exclusive to members and they don't let members sign up. At one point the cashier needed a managers help and the manager came over to fix her register, looked up the very long line forming, and just went to the back of the store again leaving the 1 cashier. I know everyone is short staffed, but they arent doing anything to help themselves.

The five stars is for the Asian-American pharmacist at the register, the hardest working pharmacist in the world. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but if you’ve been there you know who I am talking about. She is constantly dealing with language barriers mixed with confusion about insurance and she nails it every single time. She clearly really cares about keeping the line moving, which can be a challenge with all of the complicated situations she (and the others working there) have to deal with. Everybody who works there is great, but she goes above and beyond in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. She deserves a raise.

They are real asset to your company.09/19/23Changed the 5 star rating to a 2 only because Sara at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional.She stated that your store didn’t carry compressed air which I needed for my fire alarm that isn’t working..Your company needs better training program where all the employee’s know where and how to find products in your store

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for decades. Never had a problem. Now I can’t get any prescriptions over the weekend anymore. Their fulfillment center doesn’t deliver the prescriptions on the weekends. I just switched pharmacies.

As a recovering addicts who fully supports harm reduction, be careful buying perfectly legal syringes at this location, because the rookie cop they stick in there at night will follow you outside and run your plate (if you drove). He's supposed to be there to protect the store at night, not to harass addicts who are doing the right thing by buying clean needles instead of re-using old ones and spreading disease. Not the black cop, its the short white officer. Shame on Walgreens for allowing paying customers to be harassed by your security detail.

One of the worst Walgreens I have been to in this area of 20 miles. Management doesn’t care and most employees have a terrible attitude with the customers. Alway long line and you will be considered lucky to get someone to pick up the phone in the pharmacy. As I write this review this isn’t a first time for me. I have been to this store many times. But I will not be going again. Bad experience after another.

Horribly disorganized. I ordered a COVID test online for pickup and the cashier couldn't find it because they literally just throw all pickup orders in a pile.When picking up my order, the cashier asked me what I'd ordered and how big it was rather than pulling up my name and order on her screen. I felt very uncomfortable: what if I'd ordered something more sensitive than a COVID test? I don't really feel comfortable yelling out my health-related purchases because a cashier is too lazy to look something up.In addition to this interaction, the store is grubby and poorly stocked. Go somewhere else if you can.

Pharmacy is awful. They said meds were picked up. They weren’t and made a mistake. Called another time and told meds were filled in another state. They weren’t. Another mistake. I can’t even believe this pharmacy exists. Awful. Awful. Awful.

Always have a great experience when visiting (at least three times a week). There's a pharmacist that works overnight, Beverly i think, extremely prfessional, organized and sweet lady who helped me SO much refilling some hair loss medication.People at the register are always polite as well, and a kudos for Amy, too. Really gentle bilingual girl who'll gladly help the customers in both english and portuguese. Awesome CS!Absolutely only good things to mention about this Walgreens branch.I live not so close to it, but as well as the Stop and Shop right next to it, it is always worth the drive over in order to be well served by them.Will definitely continue to be a regular customer!

I can see why this pharmacy has such a low score. I just got off the phone w/ a pharmacist here and she was absolutely the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever dealt with in my life. Walgreens in Massachusetts apparently don't have a good screening policy for their hires.

One of the harshest and rudest employees in the world. Brown lady with glasses and brown guy with glasses on fedex return counter don't want to work. They just sent you back with unjustified reasons. If you see them don't talk and waste your time. They are just not gonna do their job.

I find this store to be one of the best Walgreens around. I am there unfortunately for prescriptions way too much, but the pharmacists are always willing to talk and make recommendations and some of the pharmacy techs know me on a first name basis. I love this store mostly and only wish they kept a few more items in stock, hence the 4 out of 5 star rating.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Easily the most incompetent pharmacy ever. Did the drive through COVID-19 Test, no results after 3 days so I call them and they tell me I should've gotten a paper that has requisition number. Well, when I got the test, the tech never gave me the paper that has my requisition number. Incompetent. They need to do a better job at training their staff.
