Avoid this pharmacy if you care about your health and well-being. Will take prescriptions requests from doctors for immediate after surgery medication despite not having any in stock in multiple locations. Got told to send my script to this location after arriving at the walnut st location because beach st is showing plenty in the system. As the time keeps creeping to closing time with no texts or calls for my script to be ready I called to check in. Completely unhelpful employee says they don’t have either of my medication in stock. She said maybe the system hasn’t been updated 🙄. I ask, when you take a prescription order you are unable to fill… do you inform the customer? She said yep you should have gotten notified. Well thanks lady, I’ve been sitting by the phone with a broken and just operated collarbone and no pain meds. I think I would have noticed any form of communication. I couldn’t even escape the Walgreens nightmare by leaving their locations because when getting my medication at cvs they had informed me my insurance isn’t covering it because Walgreens submitted it to my insurance without providing me any medication or even having it in stock. If you need a candy bar and some shampoo this is your place to go. If you need medication… choose ANY other company.

Went there to take my passport photos. The guy who took my photos was very annoyed and rude. He didn’t even bother to ask if the photo looks okay. He was about to print the photo and I noticed I was looking elsewhere and asked him to retake my picture. He said my photo matches the guidelines of passport. He then frowned and called another person to take my picture. The the shift manager came in and took my picture. If you hate to deal with people why bother working???

They told me I couldn't use my card as a credit because it has a chip. Really? My Bank doesnt agree with that....The cashier even had the nerve to point to the word debit on my card. Finally a manager approved the use of my card to process as credit. It's pretty clear they have other reasons for not accepting certain cards from certain people. Sorry Walgreens I don't know my pin but thanks for letting use my card after 5 minutes of aggregation. Great security procedures. ....

I visited this location a few days ago on Labor Day. There was only one employee working. I went in to take a passport photo. After waiting a few minutes, he was able to assist me. Even though the store was pretty busy for one employee, he was pleasant to everyone and gave each customer the time he/she needed.I visited the downtown Fort Worth location and was turned away for a passport photo because "they were too busy." There were several employees working, with the same crowd as the Beach Street location. Customer service is everything and this location definitely has it.

I must say this has to be one of the worst managered walgreens ive visited. I had to pick up a western union it was 20 minutes before 9. Western union shuts down at 9:00 pm. I had already put my information in and got confirmation. It was now 15 minutes before 9. I rang the bell for service. It took 5 minutes to get an employee. They said because they took the drawer out early that i couldn't recieve my money which blew my mind because I already got my confirmation and these people who close at 11 decided to close their photo drawer at 9 . it seems this is is normal practice for all walgreens and stop and shops because i had 10 minutes to find a place and every place had the same excuse. It closes at 9 why should the consumer who pays to use western union be disregarded because they wanna leave early? Should these places say western union closes at 8:30 ? Wait no cause then they close at 8! It's not fair to people who do what they have to to go by the time and get screwed.

By far the most horrible Walgreen pharmacy I've had to deal with. They never have the prescription on time. I've received a call stating my prescription is ready to be picked up; once i get there to pick it up, they said it was still processing. A week later, it wasn't ready still. They've messed up my prescription before. You have to constantly call every day to get an update and no one seems to know what's going on.

RX drive they girl so rude, told me my RX was on back order and to call another Walgreens to see if they had it and basically hung up speaker phone in my face and walked off. Shouldn’t she have offered to see if she could find it for me??

Worst experience ever! The pharmacy techs are u knowledgeable and very incentivized to up charge you, and force brand names vs generic, make you wait for long lines to tell you they don't have the meds, worst stinken attitudes on top of clueless!!! Lack of Management as well!!
