My friend recommended this place to me and my experience was great! What mattered most to me was that my dogs had a good time, since they've had some bad experiences with other groomers in the past, but they did great. Javier was very nice and was able to book me in quick. Malissa was our groomer and she did an amazing job. My dogs loved her! 10/10 I would definitely would go back.

This was our second time at Pooch Room. The groomer today (I unfortunately forgot to ask for her name!) was very good and showed me the best brush and brushing method to use as my dog tends to mat quickly despite my best efforts. My pup came out looking extra adorable!

My doodle had the BEST time at The Pooch Room! It was his first “big boy” haircut and it’s hard to drop them off. I had no hesitation leaving him and felt he was in great hands from the moment I stepped inside. When I picked him up he was so happy and excited. He looks so handsome and clean! Rudy can’t wait to go back for his next grooming appointment!

We have been going to The Pooch Room since March 2023, and we cannot be happier having Delpiero as our groomer. A literal LIFESAVER! We got our Goldendoodle, Benni, in March 2022. We didn't realize how difficult it would be to find a groomer who actually grooms Goldendoodles WELL and does not make them look like a poodle (despite the many times I've requested this! The puffy ears and the shaved face; ugh I really don't like that look, ahaha). It was a miserable experience, to say the least. We've tried 5 different groomers, and were left disappointed each time.However, at The Pooch Room, Delpiero gets it right EVERY TIME! I am so pleased with The Pooch Room's service and recommend that every Goldendoodle owner book here!!! Thank you SO SO SO much, Javier, Delpiero, and team! You guys are the best!!

Took my baby boy Milo in to The Pooch Room and the groomer Kassandra did an amazing job, not just with the actual grooming but also with handling my baby for the 1st time with such gentle care. I will be coming back regularly. If anyone come's across The Pooch Room don't hesitate and bring your pups here! Highly recommend!

We love the Pooch Room! Javier and his team are extremely skilled and professional groomers. The business is very clean, they always take great care in welcoming our dog, making him feel at ease, and ask for specifics on how we want him groomed. Their communication is too notch with text reminders (that I very much appreciate!). And bonus-they take the most adorable photos of your pet with seasonal backdrops! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the pooch room to any pet owner!

My fiancé and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Pooch Room! We’ve been taking our dog, Reece there for about a year now and have nothing but great experiences. Reece is a nervous and anxious pup and the staff at the Pooch Room are nothing but accommodating and patient with him! He always gets the best care when he’s there and of course always looks so handsome after his appointments! We feel totally at ease leaving him in their care every time!

We love the Pooch Room and trust them with my pup 100%. He gets so excited every time we get out of the car and he realizes where he is going which reassures me they are gentle and caring with him when he is in their care. His haircuts consistently come out nice and even and you can tell attention to detail is taken. The staff are really sweet and always do a great job communicating before/after his appointments. Really glad to have found this place!

We love taking our 3 year old cockapoo to The Pooch Room for her groom! Javier and his team are very friendly and professional. Bailey gets very excited every time we walk in which lets me know she feels comfortable in the space and they treat her well. Her haircuts come out consistently great and they provide helpful phone calls 15 or 30 minutes before they are finished so you know when to pick up. Their prices are competitive to those in the area. Thank you for being such great groomers!

Javier is extremely professional and I feel like he really cares for my dog (which I've not found at every salon). The haircut always comes out exactly as I asked and I love that they always send a professional-looking photo of my pup when she's finished.

We love The Pooch Room & Javier!! My Frankie has separation anxiety and can be very anxious/afraid around other people. Javier does an amazing job with him and makes him feel safe and comfortable!! He always looks amazing when I pick him up!! I highly suggest Javier at The Pooch Room :)

Our small pup is a rescue and a mix of many breeds, so we weren't even sure what to ask for at a groomer! She was getting super shaggy though so we knew a visit was necessary. Javier gave her the cutest little cut with a fluffy Ziggy Stardust look on top, and we were sold! We've taken her to Javier 3 times now, and super happy with each visit. She doesn't seem stressed or bothered at pick up. Javier does sweet seasonal photoshoots- a much appreciated fun extra- and is super responsive & easy to book.

If anyone knows the distance from Stoughton to Malden, you’ll understand how much I love The Pooch Room. My mini poodle Lokke always comes out looking his best that he’s even unrecognizable sometimes. I have really bad allergies so some fragrances are too much for me but he always smells really good but not overpowering. I can’t say enough about the Pooch Room, they have a lifetime client out of me!

This is my second time at the pooch room and Javier and Cassie has been nothing short of amazing! They were super nice and reassuring when I explained that my 10 yr old adopted pomeranian gets super anxious. They took great care of him, enough to make him fall asleep during the grooming! They do a wonderful job with pomeranian cuts, I’m obsessed! Would definitely recommend :)

Today was the first time at The Pooch Room for my Misiu. Love this place so clean, so organized, Javier, Jean and the rest of the staff super friendly, polite, caring and professional. I have been to various places for grooming my Misiu but nothing, I mean nothing compares to this place.. Excellent job and smelling very , very nice. Thank you so much, outstanding job. Our groomer had retired and we were having a difficult time finding a new groomer. The tech at our vets recommended them. The people are nice and they did a great job on our two dogs. I thought parking might be a problem, but they have a parking lot on the street next to the building. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the pooch room. We have been there 3X and now we can call them our official groomer. The staff are super nice, and our pup is not afraid of going in which is very satisfying.We have a 65lbs German shepherd and they do a very good job cleaning her and trimming her nails.Thank you for taking such a great care of our pup!

They do a great job. They listen to my cut preferences, and I’ve been able to pick my small dog up in 1.5-2.5 hours — much faster than previous places I’ve been, which I appreciate the most about their services. The staff is nice and professional. Great option for folks in the area!

I took my kitty for her first Lion cut at The Pooch Room! It was really hard finding a place that also groomed cats but I’m so happy I found them. They did an amazing job with her cut, I couldn’t be happier. Staff was so nice and attentive and I felt so comfortable leaving her in good hands. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

First time bringing my baby Pebbles. Staff very friendly and informative. Explained exactly what I wanted, and they did it! Beautiful job on her. My Lil Beautiful princess. Being in the animal field, I was pleased how he spoke to me about the precautions they are taking because of the respiratory illness that has been showing up in dogs (cough) very responsible. My neighbor recommended Javier at The Pooch Room to me after she knew my dog was beyond nervous and anxious. I call him Cesar Milan now!! Third time seeing him and she willingly let him do her nails... he is really the dog whisperer!! She is a tough client for sure... he handles her so easily and even let us come back after she had a nervous accident :) We love Javier and his new location is gorgeous!
