This is my personal opinion: I found the owner rude, the store unkempt, and the overall atmosphere a little claustrophobic. I brought my iced tea in today not knowing the store had a “no food or drinks” policy, and the owner didn’t even greet me before kicking me out. Nothing was explained to me. I fully understand and will comply with a store’s restrictions, but I would’ve appreciated an explanation. Please post a sign outside the store to avoid similar situations in the future. There are no indications of restrictions that your customers should be aware of before entering the store.

Hands down the best place in malden to get men’s, women’s, unisex perfume oils, body oils, cosmetic products, home accessories.I’ve been coming here for many years and the items for sale are great, prices are reasonable and customer service is always splendid. There is plenty of meter parking on the street or multiple parking garages in the area. Do yourself a favor and check out this local Downtown Malden Hidden Gem, I highly recommend it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. The owner and his wife are extremely unprofessional and flat out scam artists! They will take your money and not provide services that you paid for. When you speak to the owner, he says that he will rectify the issue but never actually does. If you love unprofessional and downright disrespect people, you'll have a great time losing your money here.
