Place is a mess. Disorganized, floors and shelfs filthy dirty, staff blocking isles and not even saying sorry nor having good customer service. Baskets are all over the place items are in the wrong places. Please see photos for reference.

I went to the dollar tree today to buy one item and ended up spending 48 dollars. I always find stuff in there that I didn't know I needed. LOL! The lines are always too long. But they are hiring if anyone out there wants to become a cashier there to help us dollar tree addicts to get out of the store faster. I'll be back soon!

Went in to shop on my lunch break and I had 3 things. I waited in line for 10 mins and they only had one register open. 2 other associates were on the floor not even helping break the line down. Other customers next to me were getting furious and yelling to open up another register. There was almost a fight because of how long the line was and I decided to walk out. Never shopping here again.

Not all, but a lot of them just seem beyond miserable. I also had a cashier help me while taking a personal call and barley speaking a word to me during the entire transaction. The selection is not too great either. Not to mention this one also suffers from the curse of most Dollar Tree stores by never having enough open registers and a line down the aisle.

Great place Kathy who I think is a manager is always helping someone. She comes from behind the counter to help everyone. The team at this location goes the extra mile to make sure if you can't find it they have looked high and low and will always take a second look in the back shipping area to see if they have what you are looking for.

Boxes everywhere, things are not being stocked and placed on the shelves. If you really want something, you gotta open the boxes yourself. Staff are loud and sometimes rude. They talk about their personal lives, no matter who is around to hear. Manager (brownish black hair with glasses) is always on his phone, while talking to the cashiers. Cashiers seem miserable half the time

This is by far, the worst Dollar Tree, for miles. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and awful. Lines go on for, what seems to be for miles, to no avail. Dirty, unkempt, and messy are just a few adjectives to describe this location. Go to any other store, but this one.

You never know what you'll find. This can be great, but also frustrating. Finding things I know to be more expensive I'd say is really great! Like micro usb charging cables! Tons of times I have been here and walked out with so much great stuff. Worth a look.

The Malden Dollar Tree is nice. I always give myself a limit to spend before I go. If I don't I will overspend I am doing a lot of gift baskets for the Holidays. If you having a party get your supplies from Dollar Tree.. You will not be disappointment. When the Pandemic happen in March 2020. I look to Dollar Tree for Art & Crafts activities to do. Give Dollar Tree a try you will not be disappointed.

This place was a disaster. Couldn't even get up the isles. Boxes everywhere and the guy in the isle putting stuff on shelves was a jerk about you coming down the isle to get something. This guys always rude when you ask him where something is or if they carry it. They should clean it up and get friendlier people to work their.

Great place to buy cheap stuff. However not so great place for service. I went there with my sister and cousin to buy things for upcoming event and we were looking at stuff. An employee heading to the back just yells at us, "Are you going to buy that?" Was that really necessary to ask? You really think we have no money for these cheap $1 items? I guess I don't look dollar worth.

Location was messy. But to the credit of the staff, they were proccessing returns and organizing as they went. Like every store that bears their name, it was well stocked and offered a great value for the dollar.

There are a lot of useful products here everything is $1.25 it's missing a lot of products they are selling out fast it's messy and no one's fixing it I've never seen it so messy

Abusive customers,no social distancing,too many people in the stores,too much time before back up to the registers was called, lines on the floor not space 6 ft apart. customers on top of each other! I will never visit this location again !!!very disappointing experience!!!

I am a diabetic, was feeling sick and needed to use the ladies room, was told by 1 employee they didn't have one, 2nd employee told me it was out of order, Hmmmm, I wonder what they do when they need to use the rest room..Won't be going back to that store...

As soon as I walk in it was loud and I've found myself going threw the isles and seeing half-eaten cookies on the shelf, I was afraid to talk to anybody and employees use the microphone way too much for unnecessary things not the best Dollar tree I've been to not going back there again unless I have to.

This is a large store with stocked shelves. the staff is friendly and keeps the store organized. It is hard to find specific items, however.
