Been going here for years.. NO MORE! My Dr's office sent Pharmacists two separate times a heart prescription I ran out of along with other scripts yet each time she blamed it on my Dr for not receiving my heart script. NEVER EVER offered to help or contact my Dr's office. She was rude and arrogant. CVS just lost a lifetime customer.

Feedback- Super Strict on pharmacy schedule timings!!!!!CVS tagline: “Health is Everything”I say: “Health is Everything within Business Hours without Empathy”Event- There was a technical glitch because of which the prescription sent by provider was not showing up in the CVS’s system (after giving them a good half hour leverage i.e. between 5:15 - 5:45 pm).I ended up driving back (6 min drive) to urgent care and followed up with the provider in-person. They did promptly resolve the glitch by re-sending the prescription over to CVS. I being aware of the time lag given the back n forth, I communicated to CVS that I will pick the medicines up certainly during my 6 min drive back. Please note that CVS helpline number itself took 4 mins to get through.However, I was denied the pick-up because it became 6:02 pm and CVS pharmacy closes at 6.00 pm. No exceptions were made despite the communication!!!Medicine of Interest- I was suffering from Bronchitis which means I get coughing fits and it get worse at night during sleeping position. One more night spent without rest courtesy CVS’s lack of empathy!!!!

I have been using CVS stores for a long time to buy my prescriptions as well as stuff of my daily use at affordable prices. CVS stores sells quality products at better rates.
