5 stars for Polkadog!! It's been about a year since visiting Polkadog, after being frequent customers and moving away. We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. The best place to spoil your pup!

My friend lives in Lynnfield, and wanted to take my new pup Mabel, whom I just adopted on the 2nd, to this establishment, and buy her some goodies. The girl running the register was super nice, and absolutely loved Mabel, and was very helpful. We got a few things, but by far her favorite is the dehydrated banana slices. I came in this afternoon with my elderly dog intending to buy some treats and a new collar.Within the first few minutes of browsing, one of the employees approached another and began providing feedback on the task they were performing. The feedback was loud and delivered aggressively. Once the employee acknowledged the feedback, it did not stop, but escalated. I decided at this time I wasn't going to buy anything and left.I would recommend management/ employees provide feedback to eachother on a 1:1 basis in the back of the store, away from customers.

Our experience with Polkadog bakery has been amazing. My dog Lucy loves stopping in weekly to get a treat and some attention from the staff. The dog food ( Open Farm )and treats are excellent quality. I even bought a leash from here. Geraldo is the staff member who provides us with great customer service and puppy affection.

My pups love this place. The lady that works here is so sweet. She's always giving out samples and is very patient and helpful with questions. The quality of the treats is worth the price. My pups go nuts for these treats. The store carries other brands of food and treats also. They have toys and puzzle feeders as well.

My fiancé and I went in just now to get some treats for our dog Watson. They had an excellent organized selection of many different treats to choose from. The store was very clean and the girl working there (her name was Haley) was pleasant and helpful. She knew what she was talking about and she knew the prices for things and even gave us some free samples and told us a little bit about the company. Thanks so much!

My sister's dog and my in-laws dog seem to love the treats from here! Very high quality, and smell like a dog would love them. The prices are a little high, but not that is the only real downside. Staff is always super friendly. Great place for grabbing a gift for your favorite pet!

I have been bringing my dog, Muffin, to Polkadog for the last 3 years or so. We cannot walk by the store without going inside! The best part about this store is the staff and this is the reason for my review. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable about their products but they genuinely want to be helpful to each and every customer! I really can't say enough about the staff, most specifically Jan. Since day one that Muffin and I met Jan she has been incredibly kind and helpful. She always puts the customer first and will go above and beyond to be helpful. She is a true asset to this store and I'd recommend stopping in with your pup to say hi whenever you're in the neighborhood:-)

Recently stopped in here for the first time with my dog, Toby. Janice was AMAZING. She was friendly and so informative on every single product. She explained ingredients, pros and cons of each, and helped us find things that Toby specifically loved. It was such a great experience I will definitely be returning and recommend stopping in to any dog owner!

My dogs and I love going to Polkadog Bakery in Lynnfield. The staff are so nice and very knowledgeable. My dogs are super picky eaters and the staff has managed to find treats that they will actually eat and literally beg to have. As an extra bonus, a lot of the other stores in the area are dog friendly as well.

My dog loved his treats. I felt good knowing the exact ingredients and who made them. HopeTo make it up there again soon. I also got a blue tarten coat for the winter that he loves. It fits him beautifully and looks good on him. They let me try on the coat on my dog for the perfect fit. Great service.

Unfortunately, I have had a very different experience than many others who have written reviews about this particular store. It’s true the treats and items are very high quality and my dog just loves them. Hence, the two stars.However, my experience with the staff varies considerably from others’ experiences. I have never found the staff to be particularly helpful or friendly unless I went out of my way to engage with them. Also, I have been going to this store for almost two years and I still have to remind them about the 10% discount (which feels awkward) and very often points are not added to my friends and family account even after I give them my phone number during each purchase.Finally, most recently I had a situation where I really needed their help recovering a highly valuable lost item that was last seen at their store, and they truthfully could not have cared less. In fact, the staff were insistent it wasn’t there (when I am almost 100% sure it was) and were nonplussed at best, when I was clearly very upset and panicked. All in all, I am sad to say I will no longer be shopping here given these multiple experiences, but will be sure to continue purchasing Polkadog products either online or from other stores. The products themselves are wonderful!

Always a treat making a stop at Polkadog for my three dogs who are HUGE fans of the Fruit Roll Ups & Wonder Nuggets! Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help navigate the wonderful world of dog treats! You can’t go wrong! Your fabulous manager-Nelle introduced me to Vegan Leather Dog Collars, which have been essential to my dog’s beach habit! Easy to wash and super stylish! Thanks for being the best in everything doggie!

My dog is addicted to the Polkadog bakery treats. He’s ridiculously picky, but the second I pull out the treats from this place, he’s instantly willing to follow every command... he really has figured out how to get what he wants.Anyway, great treats, good and adorable toy selection, some clothes and leashes, overall good selection for a dog treat place! On the pricier side, but the quality is worth it.

Great place for a huge variety of high-end treats for the pup and other accessories. Bought our rope leash from here as well. Of course, dogs are welcome inside which is always nice. Friendly staff as well and they slipped in some free treats with our purchase!

Great selection of treats and a few pet accessories (leashes, collars, harnesses, etc.). The staff are very pet friendly and so is the store. Our English Black Lab loves the cod skin and haddock skin treats. Just keep an eye on your dog when you go in since some of the treats are in baskets on the floor... perfect height for a black lab to grab. 😁

Great store ! The sales people who have helped me were knowledgeable and very welcoming both to me and my dog! The treats are fantastic. I had trouble getting my dog out of the store! My vet also stocks Polka Dog Bakery treats at his office. That is a real stamp of approval!

This place is excellent! When I first got my dog, she wasn't great with men and the guy working here noticed that I left my dog in my car that was running outside. He told me they were pet friendly and that I could bring her in; when I told him she wasn't great with men, he asked me to bring her in so he could meet her and give her some treats in hopes that she would start to grow out of her fear. After a little bit, my dog finally started taking treats from his hand and he has been her best friend ever since! The employees here really go out of their way to make you and your dog happy!!! I'm so thankful I came here

This review is mainly for the staff of this location not the actually products. If you are a POC this review is mainly for you. I and my bf go in to check out some treats for my puppy and when I walk in it’s crickets …. Not a hello how are you nothing!!! I had to stare at the staff to say something to me. Should of walked out but I didn’t just because I liked there products. The staff seemed to be upset with the company and decided to rant about their job, okay red flag #2. After looking at a section for a while no one decides to ask how I am doing or if I need help (which I did). Decided to leave because 1.) The crazy rude staff and complaining about working WHILE WORKING..? 2.) Didn’t ask if we needed help once 3.) Weird stares like we shouldn’t have even entered. Hoping the owner sees this and corrects His/Her staff accordingly.

Visited this place with our pup today and found the staff super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They had a good selection of treats and dog food.I asked some questions about dog food as our pup is a very picky eater and received good advice. I would definitely come again and would recommend this place to other pet parents.

I was that guy...went in about 20 min before they closed and had never been in the store before, knew I was looking for a particular brand of dog food for our brand new pup that we're bringing home next week, asked a million ignorant questions. Sincerely regret not catching her name but the only employee in the store at closing on Thursday 2/7 was really awesome! Friendly and helpful and took lots of time to figure out not only the brand I was looking for (which I forgot the name of), but also explained the difference between three or four different varieties, priced out all the different sizes of bags and signed me up for their free loyalty program to get a discount, threw in some free samples of their house brand treats and explained all about their "no-hide" chews. First time in, but I will definitely be back...very impressed!

A fun small space store to bring your fur pal(s). We truly enjoyed our trips there. The staff is not pushy so your dog does not get anxious. Polkadog is a great shop at Market Street, they offer a wide variety of fresh treats and product for dogs and cats. Items they create and bag are labeled with all ingredients, the per lb product is also pretty simple ingredients, and rotates frequently. It's clear that the staff loves animals, and they are great at partnering with the community, helping other shops share that they are dog friendly. I really applaud their work and am happy to support them!

I love taking my dog to the Polkadog Barkery. They have a great variety of food and treats and the staff is so sweet and always giving treats out to the pups that come in while shopping. They have great quality leashes, jackets, and toys as well. I also love the fact they have a community board in the back of the store with recommendations for small businesses so if you need a dog walker, a pet sitter, even a photographer they have the info of local individuals. I also love the fact that they always participate in community activities and donate treats during any community event as well, like Yappy Hour at Marketstreet. I can’t say enough good things about the Polkadog Barkery!
