Horrible customer service don’t go there save your self from having a bad day .rude customer service super high prices .they always mark item with a wrong price sale item are never on sale ..and dirty additude the place smells nasty super dirty the item are older then the stuff you donate or put in the trash ..please go to any other store and but this one .. don’t recommend you going there the experience is horrible the lady always say have a nice day !is so mean the other one with red hair is so mean rude you don’t get pay to treat people like wrap ..they take the best for them I bet your house is super cluttered 💩💩🚽.....

Whoever works the phones for their donation center is extremely rude and dismissive. They have a long list of things they don’t take (which is totally fine) but he also mentioned that the donation center has a right to refuse anything even if it’s on the approved list. So I asked if we bring an acceptable item and they can’t take it for whatever reason could they dispose of it in exchange for a monetary donation and the guy practically bite my head off. A simple no we can’t would have been fine, but this guy flipped his lid talking about how they aren’t a dump and they need to make money and he goes through this day in and day out.All of my stuff is on their approved list for donation but I will absolutely be taking them somewhere else after that phone call.

Anyone who would write a damning review of a Salvation Army Store because of the status of the people who shop there should be whipped. The Salvation Army is a pretty elegant organization, selflessly giving to others, even if those others are not part of the church. The staff are marvelous, and I bet they are not making lots of money there, but seem happy to have a job. I also find the shoppers there to be friendly and courteous.I hope all people who think they are better than the average SA shopper should stay away and leave the fun for the rest of us.

The people who work there are gross in attitude. They hoard the better items for themselves and aren't the most honest. About 4 times I've been there to buy clothes and they told me no, the items weren't marked correctly. Today 3/11/15 a dirty blond haired woman at 4:50 pm working the counter gave me no good reason and refused to let me purchase the items as marked. ..99c on their tags. Said it was a mistake and I didn't get them on the racks. Which was total bs. I spent 45mins there looking for clothes to be told 3 of my 4 items couldn't be purchased. Then she says have a nice day. I've been going there for a long time so it's not my first visit. I'm disappointed and I kinda wanna talk to the person who runs that place. I don't want to spend an hour like I have been on multiple occasions picking clothes then to be told no. That's stupid and it's bad business. Be cautious of your time.

I found this Salvation Army to be over priced compared to the one in Chelsea. It was messy, had a moldy smell, and not a good selection. The only thing great I can comment on this place was the staff. The staff we polite, answered any question with a smile, and friendly.

They have sales and prices are decent. Lady cashier who rung up my purchases was very graceful in wrapping all my delicate items.

Clothing prices are alright but they price other items like household stuff way too high. You can buy new items for the same money or even cheaper elsewhere.

The selection is poor - many old and dirty items - a lot of it should be removed. The clothing is not separated by size and there is no changing room.
