I had a wonderful experience and I'll never ever ever recommend going their unless you are prepared to experience the time of your life. I arrived around closing time and the few employees were absolutely gorgeous and just fabulous!!! idk wut id do without them because every other store sucks!! if healthy pet was running for president id vote for em!

The rats come with (what I thought were a type of kite and it turned into myself, my daughter and pets infested with ringworm!!!! Ill never purchase another pet from this unhealthy pet store.I bought my daughter two PET rats on Monday February 26. They came from 2 different cages. They were separated and still both have infestation of mites. I've called the store twice this week and they only want the animals returned they do not want to help with a vet bill and I don't know what kind of mites these unhealthy rats have as I have a dog and cat to worry about getting mites. Don't shop here! The$2,000 birds are right next to these sick rats. Even if someone buys a feeder rat you're giving your snake mites too.It is now April 20th 2024 and ringworm has been the cause of this.thanks for everything unhealthy pet!

Very well located. Has everything you could need.Huge amount of toys and food. Great variety of animals ; lots of fishes, rabbits, and even a large parrot.They offer grooming services and are very very friendly . Worth a look. I called to see if they carried a specific pet food and they not only checked but they held it for me so i was in and out in under a minute. Speed is great.Nice big store with lots of parking spaces.

Great family owned pet center with competitive prices. My family and I had an amazing experience shopping for a Ferret. The owner Blaine and his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend, and just wish we lived closer so we could visit more frequently! Thanks again Blaine!

Fantastic pet store and they carry my dogs food which can be hard to find! I feed Fromm and I’m so glad they carry the entire line! Also their groomer is great! Never disappoints!

Store doesn’t allow customers to access their restrooms. What a hospitable policy for customers whom seek your store versus the big box stores. No wonder so many small mom and pop stores are closing and big boxes are taken over. Terrible customer service from the cashier Emily. She asked if I was a member for point accumulation and I responded that I wasn’t, however she never asked either if I was interested in signing up. Upon paying for my three products, I asked to use the restroom. Emily’s response was that the restrooms are not for the public. So I stated not for customers either. Emily responded, no. Therefore I asked to return the items I just purchased. I went to PetCo and purchased the same exact three items and hey I was able to access their restrooms without even asking. What a concept, right healthy pet? Treat your customers with dignity by offering a restroom. While you’re in the business of selling pet products, nevertheless it’s not the pets making purchases. It’s people and people specifically paying customers need bathrooms. Needless I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Oh by the way, the medication I’m on requires frequent visits to the bathroom. So there’s that, your hindering customers with medical conditions. Great job!

The store associates are most of the time Inattentive.The groomer is absolutely great! She is super nice. My dog sheds alot of hair. Taken him to multiple groomers in the area. She is by far the best.

I know people are human and make mistakes. But the groomer made a huge mistake on my dog and was hurt because of it. Just a heads up! Never going back my puppy is like my child no mistakes should happen that harm a dog. I understand that one person doing one job can be busy but if you can't handle it and can't remind yourself that you're working on other people's precious pets don't do the job. NO EXCUSES DO BETTER!

I went today for the first time to the Lynn store and I have never seen so many birds packed so tightly in cages the size of what I would consider one of my bird’s travel cages. (My birds each have their own) It was honestly shocking how little space the budgies had or any of the birds for that matter. They were literally fighting each other non-stop for an inch space in the most horrendous conditions I have witnessed . Their utter greed to over stuff their cages to make a dirty dollar is criminally on display. Stay clear is you care about the welfare of animals.

I'd give a better ranking but their for sale birds literally have no enrichment, no toys, every time Ive been inside and its turned me away from buying anything. The small animals, the fish, even the long term macaw has more enrichment than the parakeets, conures, and cockatiels.I finally asked the cashier why and her response is "We give them toys but they destroy them quickly and also they dont stay long" I then asked about sturdier toys since I have worked at Petsmarts for over a decade and know how long toys tend to last and sturdy toys last pretty long, but didnt get any better of an answer and the cashier looked annoyed... I'm aware of how quickly birds tend to sell and chances are many of them stay there for weeks with no mental stimulation from playing with toys... dissapointed.I'll give thier fish a good rating of 3.5 but also they sell artificiallly dyed fish that are injected with dye(I'm not talking about the glofish) so there's also that downside.Anyway I sometimes question the moral compass of that store and only buy from them occaisonally due to it.

Been to this store numerous times everything was great until this goth girl that works there gave my family member two small mice who were both newborns for 6$... my tegu is not amused by this for the quanity...sadly they had to become popcorn chicken due to trusting an employee who said I got you on the 2 fat ones and lied...next stop is petco where the betterer rookies are so my Tegu can have a real meal the event happened yesterday July 7th in the afternoon/evening... for management please get someone with common sense for the next person....my newborn would've known what to grab.......

Great store, friendly knowledgeable staff (especially Ron in the aquarium section). A bit too expensive, although it's nice to support a local family-owned shop. Nice new location next to Bent Water Brewery.

The fish they have are way too big for the tanks their in. If you can’t properly take care of the fish, maybe you should stop selling them! I’ve seen better fish conditions at Petco, and thats sad to say. Plecos should be kept in a minimum 120 gallons, no joke. And that goldfish is deformed to hell.

Employees are sarcastic and were not helpful at all. I wish i got there names! I also feel so bad for that giant fish they have in a extra small tank. It looks like boarder line animal abuse to me.. I went to pet smart and had a great experience..

It's impossible to get any help there. The girls working were too busy standing around gossiping. I stood there waiting for them to stop talking so I could ask them a question about an item I couldn't find and wanted to know if they carried it. Its the only pet store in the area that carries the cat food my cat likes. I was extremely displeased. And they made me feel bad about them having to stop gossiping in order to help me. 🤬

It might be a smaller discount pet shop but I love it. I brought my dog Oscar for a nail cutting an I was offered a different cut that is more humane by the groomer,nail triming with a shaving option. Best thing I did for the dog no pain an no bleeding. They have the best selection of healthy animal food an treats. I needed kitten milk for a 6 week old kitten we found..prices are very good..take the kids to see the fish tank they will be excited.🐠🐈🐕

Although the cashiers have ALWAYS been nice, why is this place price gouging animals? I just noticed! For the Green Conures, $1300 or so when Petsmart charges $650. I’ve seen packed cages before but maaannnn these are filled to the brim. You gotta have a limit and know when enough is enough, guys! For such costly prices, why not use some of your store money and improve their temporary living situation? Give em a dangly hanging thing to climb instead of just a pole to sit on or something :/ They’ll be there forever with those prices. I just have to leave a review, you know the cat food is also super jacked compared to Petsmart. Ahh!!

Karissa the groomer is the best, She always is very pleasant and greats me and my pets with a smile. My dogs are very nervous and they love her. She is definitely a huge asset to your store.

I've. been a ball python owner for 6 years. Since Petco stopped selling feed rats, this is the only place in my area that still does. But they have anything you would need for cats, dogs, birds; they are open late and staff is always friendly.

Worse service, never coming back, staff is very rude and not helpful at all, I literally just ask for a specific dog food and she gave me an attitude claiming they didn’t have it, 1 min later food was in the next line, and btw the same dog food Ive been buying at petco for some reason this one from this store didnt have the little chicken pieces mixed and made my puppy throw up next day!

The staff is always friendly to me, and are quick to assist me in anything I need.The manager was helpful when recommending the best treats for my pitbull. She is always welcomed there.

I went there for the 1st time for buy Saltwater fish, guy who was helping me didn't know much. also their pricing are higher then pet-co.i went expecting cheaper pricing but that was not the case but beside all that, here is my problem i bought 4 salt water fish w/o looking when i got home and ready to put the fish in my tank what i see is the one fish is already dying and it did with in hour.I called the store right away same day right after putting the fish in my tank and knew it would die, the guy at the store told me yes there is No return policy even thou i just got it, he start telling me about his story how i once bought fish for him self at the same store for $80 and died on him as well and store would not pay him back.i would NEVER go back to this store for buying anything.save you self money go to pet co other store where you can buy HEALTHY fish and also pet co has 14 days return policy. PS i don't work for pet co its just thats the only store i know beside pet express that sell saltwater fish.

I bought fresh water fish here on 3 occations. All 3 times they had ick. First time I tried returning one of the sick fish and they would only give store credit and I cured the others. Should have known right there and then this place was bad. Second time I was able to cure it the ick and kept them all. Last time it decimated my whole tank. Sad thing is that last time I went very early and was first in the store. Every tank had dead fish in them. Very upset to say the least.
