Unfortunately I would never shop in that store again store number 10253 Lynn Massachusetts receipt and product I was asked to throw and dispose of product I will be contacting manufacturers as well it stained my teeth the counter the sink and the store manager told me the item when I returned for $1.40 refund that the item was not expired and there was nothing he could do to help me he said all of those products stain which is false. Contrary to their Return Policy and having the ORIGINAL STORE RECEIPT. Store manager is not aware of the return policy and is clueless as far as operations are concerned.

Cashier area needs to be cleaned up and stop with the loud music💁🏼‍♀️👍🏼🙏🏼, but we’re truly grateful for having this store in this area!

The cashier's are extremely rude!! They are constantly talking to one another at their registers. Mean while, there's a line of customers waiting to check out. When it was my turn at the register, she turned her radio WAY up, music blaring just as I started to ask her for something behind the counter. I was PISSED!!! Absolutely uncalled for, the store is extremely cluttered. But the cashiers there should NOT be working with the public. They are there to do their job. It's NOT party time. I am beyond disgusted with their behavior, especially my cashier. I wish I could rate this store a negative number because I would.

This by far is the cleanest and well organized family dollar i have ever been too and ive been to ones in NYC, NOLA and Virginia . Since this store was established they slowly improved everyday finding better and better employee's that remember you and treat you like family. This store is in excellent hands under the guidence of Zubier. With him the employees actually look happy to be there.

Frozen section completely melted that they still let people buy products that went bad... like their power went out or their machine broke. Only one tiny sign on tne last door you could only see if you went looking for it at the end of the store. No one gave a hell either including the assistant manager. Wonderful place NOT!!!!!! Everything in that store was a MESS. GROSS.

As someone said, is very clean and organized; sometimes you can find some mess here and there, but it's the customers, and employees try to keep it in shape. Like the variety and prices. Now and then there is an unpolite emplyee but thats not the norm. They are all great people.

This location was very disorganized and the shelves in disarray. The only good thing is that I did find what I was looking for. There's no public restroom in this location. When I arrived to the store location they had the Supply truck blocking most of the parking lot.

Tried to retun an item I bought at union st store because this store was on way home. The cashier/manager told me "oh we dont have that in stock so we cant accept return"... so I had to go out of my way to go return it when it was same company

They rush customers out of the store way before their closing time. The cashier was on the phone and I could hear her screaming on the phone the entire time I was there.

I bought a jumpsuit yesterday and the white tag was not removed and the jumpsuit is rippping because i tried to rip the tag off but it can only be removed by s certain device now the jumpsuit is ruined

If you like shopping for low cost items this is a good place to go. From groceries to clothing and plenty of choices.
