I’m always without my medication. Currently I’m waiting on a delivery that the pharmacy has had the prescription for over a week and I still don’t have it. They don’t care if you are without your meds. They don’t care if you are not supposed to suddenly stop taking your meds. They don’t care if you have terrible side effects from not taking your medication. They just keep telling you that you will get it tomorrow. But you don’t and they don’t care. If you call nobody knows what’s going on. If you finally get a manager they just lie and say your order is on its way. I’ve already been hospitalized for being without medication too long. But they won’t make it right.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!!! Everything is handled professionally and all the staff is amazing! Also, I've NEVER had a pharmacy deliver my prescriptions right to my house particularly when I forget when their due to be refilled.Evan is a great guy. He always takes care of my concerns and will contact my doctor if doctor needs to approve a prescription.❤️ 100%Recommend them to everyone!

This place has great customer service. I was able to fill a prescription that was impossible to find at other local pharmacies (I called at least a dozen)and it was delivered within two days of the order!!! I can absolutely recommend it highly and will be using Eastern as my number one pharmacy for my future health needs!!!

I have said this before and will say it again. DO NOT leave my medication at my door or with ANYONE except ME!! I live in a house with people who will steal my medication. I am prescribed a controlled substance and under ANY circumstances should they be left or given to someone else like they were TODAY!! So why is the delivery driver leaving them with someone besides myself? I was lucky THIS time! And for the love of god, PLEASE stop ringing the doorbell continuously for over 10 minutes and ringing the wrong house. I'm on the first floor which it clearly states next to the doorbell, NOT the 3rd floor that I was told was being rung repeatedly until someone finally answered it. Ridiculous!

As I stood in line, I watched the staff working behind the counter with the pharmacist. I've never seen anything like it before in my life. It's a very small space with 5 or 6 staff but they were all working in sync with each other.I just left there again and had another issue with the bigger chain pharmacies and Eastern helped me right away. I'm so so glad I found this place. It gives me peace of mind that there's going to be a caring human being that picks up the phone if I call my pharmacy with a question.

My 93-year-old mom was receiving excellent service and very good prices from Eaton Pharmacy in Peabody. Unfortunately Eaton was acquired by one of the pharmacy giants and the price of her meds nearly doubled overnight. That's when I found Evan Dostert and Eastern Pharmacy. My mom now continues to receive great service and even better prices than those she got from Eaton. Thank you, Evan!

Already being frustrated enough as it is because there’s a National shortage of my medication and having to call pharmacy to pharmacy only to be told it’s out of stock, this was the 4th pharmacy I called today, The person I spoke to cut me off before I could even finish my sentence then proceeded to bark at me that “THERES A NATIONAL SHORTAGE” as if those of us on this medication don’t know that already. Then he proceeded to bark “TRY VIVANCE” and hung up on me. As if changing my prescription is that easy.Glad this isnt my usual pharmacy and honestly I’ll never go to this one or recommend it to anyone. At least the other places I’ve called have had some compassion and understanding for patient frustration. I was very nice when I started to talk before he cut me off. So don’t think I’m being a Karen about this. This man was so rude lacked any understanding whatsoever.Go else where at least you’ll be treated with some decency.

Eastern Pharmacy use to be a loyal business the last couple of years have been overrated. I was promised my clinical meds since Friday, then on Saturday promised again for Monday delivery due totheir technicians set up to 'Lie' saying... "we don't do deliveries on weekends". So I was told to call after my knee surgery Monday and I did call whereas a technician assured me of 'Fridays scripts' to be delivered along with Monday's Surgeon's orders to be delivered Monday between 6-7pm. Even my medical team assured me of delivery Monday as they had prearrangement for guaranteed delivery at that time. When I got hung up on several times I continued to call Ethan (?) Pharmacist Manager/Owner perhaps?Anyways, I never got them delivered and because I'm disabled, fresh out of surgery I couldn't stand the pain, It's been debilitating and dangerous since I'm on controlled medications as it is, I'm not going to do business with them anymore. It's been too erratic and dysfunctional to the 'Nines'.- Don't bother trusting EASTERN PHARMACY on Eastern Ave Lynn, MA. for Loyalty,Trust,Honesty and commitment to honor promises. My fellow nurse colleagues and I would give this pharmacy 10 stars if we could. Pharmacist/ owner Evan goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his patients and providers. He gives you all the time you need (without rushing) to discuss medications, interactions and other information that is pertinent to enhance quality nursing care. He is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, available. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL SERVICES AND SETTINGS.

Fabreese would not fill my prescription he said he was holding whatever they had left of that medication ŕor patients of there's? Huge Shout out to Eastern Pharmacy in Lynn, MA ... The pharmacy closes at 3 on a Saturday and doesn't re open until Monday. ( My fault ) just realized I was out of my new heart meds...yikes, The pharmacist Evan left his house w his dog, went to the pharmacy filled it and delivered to my door. Kudos to this guy Evan, couldn't thank him enough. ( Note to self ) don't run short on meds on the w end. Yikes he totally saved me. #Smalllocalpharmacy THE BEST. 👍👍👍
