SLOW SLOW SLOW..... They seem to not care about the patient. ZERO stars if I could. I had to go three times to pick up a handicap persons med for them. I had tried calling before showing up, but no one answered the many times I did. When I finally showed up at the pharmacy the phone was ringing off the hook and no one bothered to answer the phone. Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told the RX wasn't ready. The prescription wasn't ready they told me they would get it the next day. Showed up the next day stiff nothing. I finally got the script after 3 trips and a week later. The only explanation I could think to this extremely poor service is the pharmacy staff being overwhelmed, overworked and/or stressed to the point they no longer give a dam and just show up to get their paychecks. I would hate to have an elderly or sick relative to have to deal with this is not cool. As someone who had worked at a CVS in the past, I know this was not the way stores/pharmacies were ran. CVS step up your game, so you don't lose your customers!!!!!!!

DO NOT GOT TO THIS STOREDescription of Issue: So today was try number 4 to get my prescription refilled at CVS after more than 10 days and failing at the first three times and telling me it would be delivered which it never was. The store texted me know it was ready for pick up. It was supposed to be in 90 tablet refill, they gave me five pills. Not a word from the pharmacist no explanation as to why there are only five I found out when I got home hoping to finally be done with the nightmare that CVS has created with my prescriptions. It’s going to be my pleasure to delete this app and no longer going to a CVS. I will be transferring everything immediately I would like to truly thank CVS for doing nothing correct. I love my CVS, although products seem expensive at time, there’s always a great to catch a good deal when products are on sale. I love the manager and “most” of the staff, I just wished that the staff was better trained and everyone will be on the same page. Some people are super courteous and helpful but there’s a few rude and unhelpful staff. The supervisors and managers are ALL great!!

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD .I just recently lost my mother and my grandmother months within each other and am on new medication that has been "out of stock" for a week now .Spoke with pharmacy tech Darius whom of which was very unprofessional and hung up on me after telling me to travel to the Boston location when I live in lynn and he meant Boston not Boston Street in lynn.Called back spoke to the pharmacy "manager " Alana, and she had the audacity to call me "crazy" for being upset about the treatment I received from her technician and for being upset about my medication. I have called corporate I have a claim number and I hope you lose your job . Both of you .And the store manager of the front part of the store was VERY HELPFUL AND CAN vouche for this , her name is Tamara. Very kind , very professional and UNDERSTANDING.

the pharmacy is INCREDIBLY slow, it has taken up to two days for them to fill a hospital ordered script. apparently weeks for some who have previously left reviews. additionally, they do not answer the phone when you call, i was on hold for an hour without someone ever answering.use any other pharmacy in the area.

The CVS store front are are absolutely amazing.*AS OF DECEMBER 2022 EDIT:The pharmacy has had many days worth of down time due to computer issues/technical problems. Some of the times while shut down they were unable to transfer medication to other pharmacies because the medication was half way/fully processed I their system. This is not their fault just something that is I thought people should be aware of ahead of time if they are looking for a reliable pharmacy*As for the pharmacy, they are understaffed and they do not bother to answer the phone.I am currently standing in line and a client had said, "I was in the phone for an hour and decided to just come in," with a reply of, "Yeah we just don't answer the phone".They have had actual pharmacist argue, yes argue, that they have had prescriptions filled on days in which they were not and if you pick up prescriptions regularly, you know this messes up everything. They will claim they have recordings (which will not match up to your own if you have your prescription bottle/own recordings) but they refuse to offer their recordings.

Either The supervisor Micheal at this location needs retraining or all locations need to be on the same page… I purchased an Item and opened the box in my car without leaving the stores parking lot to find out the box was completely empty. I took less than 5 minute to re-enter the store because the brand new (now opened) box was empty. The supervisor checked my receipt and the time stamp. Confirmed I had purchased the item less than 5 minutes ago. Refused to give me a brand new box and refused a refund. I checked with several cvs locations within a 10 mile radius and basically confirmed every supervisor deals with this type of situation differently. Others were willing to help, however since it happened at this location they advise to settle it where it happened. There should be a window of opportunity when things like this happen especially if it happens within minutes. I basically gave CVS $8.79 this Sunday afternoon without getting anything in return. I won’t be returning to this location. Poor customer service.

In this place there is a person working who is very rude... he is an old man who wears earrings and has painted nails, I went to buy flu medicine for my children and this man in a rude way yelled at me asking me if I wanted to take the medicine I had to show him my ID and I'm 40 years old, this guy grabbed my medication out of my hands and was very rude and racist because I'm Hispanic, I will honestly never return to this place.

The pharmacy has gone way done in serving customers. They don't have enough help if I try and call I stay on hold forever as ipssed to other cvs I've been going there for 12 years in the past 2 years it's just really bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my boyfriend went in to purchase a small item to get cash back so we stood at the register (the self scan had a line) and the cashier goes “do you need something” and we said we wanted to get cash back. And she says “you can just use self scan but ok” so we do the transaction and we press “Mastercard debit” there was another option “debit” which apparently doesn’t mean debit to get cash back which we would have known if the cashier let us know since we told her we wanted cash back. So when she didn’t give us cash back we said oh I thought we could get cash back she said “ most people would of know to do debit” so she made us purchase another item which was ridiculous. This was just so unnecessary and kind of ruined our good moods making us realize wow there is a lot of miserable people out there and we will never go back to this cvs.

This location has a Great Pharmacy staff. They treat every one with respect and really seem to care about the customers, they are very friendly and go the extra mile to help you out when they can. I have been to a lot of pharmacies and the other local ones just don't measure up to this locations Staff and pharmacist. I want to thank them for all their help over the years and the hard work they do. Thank You. Store is always clean clutter free and the isles are wide. Help is always around to assist. The prices could be a little better but not as high as a lot of other pharmacy stores like this one. Over all a very good store that will meet or exceed your expectations. Thanks for reading. I was very disappointed with the lack of respect and honesty I received at CVS on eastern Ave on lynn, ma.I was checking out my gold emblem coffee which a cording to the tag on the shf where the product is located,isted the sale price as 3.99 until 10/29. Unfortunately it did not scan this price at the register, I called for help. The clerk came efficiently. She listen ro me and called on another worker to help. He pretended to walk down the aisle and check the price and came.back and told me it was 6000n0. And not on sale. I asked him if he looked on tag with a reply of "it's not on sale.. I said ok then just take it off my purhase. Once done I said thank you and he just walked off without acknowledging me. Was done I went back to get the signature Coffee which was also on sale and while I was getting the other coffee I rechecked the price on gold emblem and SURE ENOUGH, IT said sale 3.99.I let him know this ss on way out but he just looked at me like I was a mere peasant.Not the type of treatment expected from neighborhood pharmacy.CVS needs to have a complaint/suggestion box available at the store.

I have been a customer of this CVS pharmacy for the past 6 months, after receiving poor customer service at the one in Swampscott. New prescriptions are ready promptly, staff is courteous and friendly. Most recently, Ruchi (pharmacist) went above and beyond to help me get a prescription that had accidentally been sent to Express Scripts filled; I needed to take prescription eye drops before eye surgery and was having difficulty getting the prescription put through to CVS. Ruchi spent time on the phone chasing down both express scripts and my doctors office to obtain the prescriptions and called me at home to update me more than once. She was kind and patient even though the mixup was not on her end and she worked hard to correct it. CVS- and the patients that use the pharmacy- are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and conscientious pharmacist!

I've been coming here for 5 years for my prescriptions. I used to love them. Now it takes almost a week to get my prescriptions filled. Will be switching to another CVS. They are far too understaffed and indifferent to their customers.Editing my review to add that they are extremely rude. When asking questions they interrupt and are very unhelpful. It is closest to my house but I cant go there anymore, I would rather drive further than deal with their terrible attitudes.

Have been doing business here for decades. Very good Customer Service at Front Check Out. Pharmacy slow at peak times, but Techs are terrific and Pharmacists helpful. Must use the CVS card to get deals. Otherwise, a bit pricey.Easy access, ample parking, open early & late. Drive thru an asset in bad weather or if you are sick.

There is one staff member who needs to be fired immediately.She was so rude to my elderly mother that she was in tears and refuses to go back in cvs ever again..I think that her name is Doreen?The short heavy woman with the black hair..Omg!! How did this woman get this job?Zero customer service skills and so incredibly RUDE!!..despicable she is..zero stars..fire this person asap

I never fail to get friendly, courteous, and personal service at this store. The staff has often gone out of their way to help me, including the busy pharmacist. Although I may occasionally have to wait, I am extremely well served here.

it is in the ghetto, but they have everything and the pharmacy no drive-up window. I walked in have the prescription and it was ready in 10 minutes easy peasy seedy location, yet still a good store. People working there are nice. Said hi to me when I walked in!

pretty bad when nobody is in pharmacy when i ran over during lunch break. other store employees tried to help but could not find anyone. waited 20 minutes past 1:00 , still nobody, left.go somewhere else

I am planning to switch to a different pharmacy. This one takes forever to fill prescriptions and if you have a question they ignore you for 20 minutes before even saying I'll be with you in a moment. It's gotten to a point where even the short distance from where I live will not keep me going to this branch
