Never had a problem with anyone. Their stuff was always in stock. Very convenient location as I used to live down the street. The only problem I had was homeless people hanging out at the front entrance asking for money. It felt like a third world country.

Worst customer service ever! Constantly given attitude by the two female staff working behind the counter. I was blatantly lied to about being out of a specific brand of cigarettes. Watched another customer ask and recieve the ones I wanted. They profile individuals and if you not of there liking do not expect any out of the way experience. Being someone who operated a 7/11 I uphold the Name the company stands for. This place is not a true 7/11! The owner is a decent guy but needs to train his staff better!

I tried to use the 7-11 app that I had downloaded at Lewis Street in Lynn, MA. It clearly stated that first time users get a free PIZZA. The woman who works there tried to tell me no that's for a slice. So I showed her the next offer beside it for a slice of pizza. So she told me I had to enter the information for that address and I did so twice for a pickup because she said see we don't deliver and twice when I showed her my phone with that store address for a PICKUP she touched my phone and changed the info to the other 7-11 across town. I told her she had no right to touch my phone and she was purposely changing the info I had re-entered both times!!! She continued to argue with me and then rudely spoke to my son as if it was her child and he did nothing but say that he watched me enter the info, and again she had NO RIGHT to treat or speak to my child in the manner that she did. When I stated that she has been arguing with me for over a half an hour after I had showed her all the proof that I as the customer had a coupon for the free pizza and proved everything was correct and now my son was hungry she told me to "go home and feed him then". I said I want your name and the managers phone number which she out right refused to give to me. She went into the closet and called him on her personnel phone and came back to the register and said here speak to my manager and put the phone up near the plastic. I said how am I suppose to speak to someone through a thick piece of plastic and a store full of people. This store was not only rude but also had only 1 flavor of slurpee available on "free" slurpee day, cups and lids were not stocked and little black fly's swarming all over the salads, sandwiches, and fruits we were going to get with our "free pizza". I have never been so disgusted with someone that is suppose to be a customer service representative. She was NONE of that!!! Definitely will be reporting this to BBB and whoever else! Thats how people are allowed to treat customers now a days

Bad service, I would give it a 0 if I could, an apparently Arab or Indian cashier took care of me and a friend or rather our presence forced her to take care of us and she was more pampered on the phone, although I do not make statements because I did not understand the language that It was obvious that he was Asian, it seemed that he was making fun of us, he did not even answer me how much it was, he just took a $20 bill that I had in my hand, I would not have been surprised that he had not given us the change, terrible service 0/5

UPDATE 11/22I gave the store 3 stars bcuz they have everything; however, they are not open 24 hours. They close at 12AM, so don't believe the website! I just updated this 11/22, but CVS on Boston st is open 24 hours.

They claim to be 24 hours but really are 5am to 12am. I never leave reviews even when I get bad service I'll chalk it up to a misunderstanding or a bad day. In this case on MANY occasions I've had the absolute experience with customer service here. There is one particular Indian women who works here who has the absolute worst attitude. Will post name next visit

The owners are rude and mean to everyone!!! They acuse everyone or stealing andthey treaty are not. If you look different they follow you around the store! I. God forgive ir you have tattoos or piercing! They are very rude and nasty to anyone who has tats or pink hair or anything different types of people in what my up the world!!!They are in my country and I am proud of my freedom to be myself!!! I NEVER leave reviews, esoecially at retail stores- but other potential customers deserve to know what they are dealing with. From the harassment from the panhandlers out front, to the RUDE employees.I come to this 7-11 just about every night because it's a stones throw from my house.. But that's the ONLY reason . The guys that work here are not only super neglectful of us customers, but when I have to approach them after calling "excuse me, sir " FIVE times.. I ask my question (which FORCES them to s "answer")-- they are rude & so NOT helpful, I'd be better off letting my 4 year old look around the store & find the item I need.Prime example from about, 8 minutes ago; the passed 4 nights in a row , I've come in & bought those single serving cups of cereal (Cocoa Krispies.. & last night, I bought the last 1).. not only has the shelf not been restocked , but when I asked the man if he thought he had any more in the back, he shrugged his shoulders & walked away without ever even giving me a verbal response.. But he DID make sure to tell me the store was closing RIGHT NOW (11 min early according to their 12:00 o'clock time posted on the door...I HAVE to find another store for my midnight snack cuz these guys SUCK!!

It's an okay place with pan handlers hanging out in front of the store all day. Customer service isn't the best. AND ITS NOT 24 HOURS! HOURS ARE FROM 5AM-12AMI tried suggesting an edit on the hours, but it seems impossible.

Too many people hanging around playing keno during the pandemic. Hard to get in store without encountering at least one player without a mask. No judgement on the Keno, just on the refusal to wear a mask. Won't be back.

if i could rate 0 be more them happy this dam place had expired milk for more them amount stop by this morning i was in rush i even ask help cashier i was just looking for one small bottle milk 12oz for my kid took the milk and left i dint never thought check expiration day until my kid was half way down his milk this milk had expired 02/10/21 where is the managers where is the fresh product or rotation where is anyone to check this for real what shame...

I went to this place at 2:15 in the morning and No one was there...the lights were on but doors locked.i waited until 3:15. And still no one came. I left and came back at 4 and nobody was there...smh
