Staff r super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Customer's were so kind and nice. My puppy and I really enjoyed our visit to PSP lunenburg today. Their self serve bathing station was clean and well stocked and very busy too. Bathed my pup there today. Everyone was so helpful and kind! Great place for bathing, grooming and purchasing quality pet supplies. Will revisit again soon. Ty

I was looking for a certain brand of hard to find dog food, that Pet Supply Plus carried. I found the staff very knowledgeable & helpful. Not only did they have it in stock, but the price was much lower. Hailey (an associate) was a great help, & very friendly.I will be returning.

Filthy, flooded bathing area on several occasions tubs gross with fur and feces. They were dirty, wet, smelly used towels all around. I had to ask for it to be cleaned before my use. I was limited to 2 small towels for my long haired dog who has a double coat. When I asked for an extra towel, the unfriendly worker was unwilling to provide. The water is cool, NOT warm at all, and the hairdryer puts out cool air as well which does NOT dry fur. The water shuts off within 30 minutes and there is no one around to ask to reset the water. So I have to leave my nervous dog alone to find help. My dog was cold and shivering. I was afraid he was going to jump out and get her as he is an older dog. The workers were rude and provided poor customer service. That is certainly not what I expect for a $14 bath. In addition, Pet supplies plus has a lousy return policy and the pre-paid card for multiple baths expires. That is stealing money. I have never had services expire for anything that I have paid in advance for. Again, Pet supplies plus stole my money for multiple prepaid bathing cards that had an expiration date, which I was never told about. . I have been a customer here since the store opened up in Fitchburg, but will now go elsewhere, Petco and Petsmart.

I was looking at the fish 4 days ago. They had about 10 beautiful dwarf gouramis for sale, red ones. Two days ago every tank was cloudy and I asked why and they said they were cleaning the tanks. Today I went in and see 6 dead little gouramis stuck to the filter. It was disgusting and sad. It's pretty hard to kill a gourami too. No idea what they did to kill 6 at the same time. Oh and they have African dwarf frogs for sale too. But if you actually look at them you'll see the swollen one has been dead for long enough for it to swell up. Nobody even noticed. The other two are also dead, skin tight to their skeletons. I wonder how long it takes to starve a frog. It's pretty disgusting and I won't be buying any more fish there. Their customer service is pretty good though. They just don't know the best way to care for the fish and reptiles I guess. One of their chameleons is going to die and they haven't even had it that long.

Shop here all the time. Great service and always have the answers to my questions. My dogs love the fresh cookies and cakes. I love that I can find supplements and toys for them . All in one place.

Always a good place for a dog bath. I took stars away because one of the tubs is broken and is more of a hazard and the dryers are too weak to dry your dog. Other locations are much nicer. This one needs an upgrade

I would not recommend getting any aquatic animals at this location. Tanks have a bacteria that is killing the fish. Sad to see so many dead fish all in a store.

Yet again I'm told their orders come in Saturday afternoon so I show up on Sunday afternoon and the case still has the exact same freezer burned chicken and beef bags knocked over and covered in ice and sure enough still no new bags or any of the proteins that actually sell.. I really don't understand how y'all can run a retail store so sloppy. I ran a pet store for 11 years in Wayland and Acton and order from Phillips and pfe really isn't this hard. They ship out weekly and biweekly so you have reason to be this poorly stockedI buy there stock of primal pork out at the start of month ( 2 bags ) So one would think they would read the sales charts and i dont know buy more than 2 bags.... I am now force to drive almost 2 hours round trip through mass to get the 4 bags i need a month for my dog... Its simple capitalism.. If you sell 2.. order 3 or 4... if those all sell in one month... ORDER MORE!!!!!!Also the staff at the Fitchburg location are often out back dealing with customers for 10+ minutes while a line is waiting at the door to be cashed out.. So while your not reading your sales charts and making adjustments you also aren't keeping enough employees on. Gotta love when small pet stores all over mass get bought out by big chains.

Took my favorite dogs to the Fitchburg Dog Park... and after they got nice and tired and dirty... we went to PetSupplies Plus for a little dog wash! How wonderful this service is! 2 dog wash stations, warm water, 4 types of shampoo, dryer, towels...a little lasso for holding the dog from escape also ;)Really love it!

We pretty much love this place. We had purchased 5 hermit crabs and all of their supplies there. One crab needed to be returned because of a social issue and that was no problem at all, as promised. Our picture is of the sixth hermit crab, who for some reason, really likes one of our cats.

Call to make an appointment to have my dogs groomed. Was transferred to grooming department three times with no answer. The girl at the front desk was very nice when she told me that the grooming department is busy and can’t make any appointments right now. Really?

I shop here because I don't think places like petsmart take good care of their animals. This place is pretty good. Prices are affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Idk if this is a national brand or local to the area, but I feel like it's better than the other big box type pet stores.

This particular store and it's employees have always been great - I wish the clientele had better control of their dogs in public. If you can't even keep your dog in its collar in a public space, why do you have a dog at all? Not the first time I've been uncomfortable with the clientele that bring their dogs into this store. Regardless, great employees and greater groomers. I brought my dog in for the first time today for a grooming appointment - he hates his nails being done - Winter was amazing with him, did a fantastic job, and I went home with a clean, soft, and happy pup. Will definitely return for more grooming appointments.

Great pet store... Exactly as advertised; mindfully-selected, quality products. They may not have the massive selection of the big stores, but they'll have what you need without having to wander through dozens of aisles to find it. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome. The one in Lunenburg is a diamond in the rough. The manager is super knowledgeable, they carry The Honest Kitchen, and the grooming girls are amazing with my rescue dog. I also like the rewards system- its actually worth having the card and checking my email. I saved 30$ on 20lbs of kibble last time I was in. Two thumbs up!!
