This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I ordered for delivery, paying 5.99 for delivery fee, and scripts were to be delivered today at 3. It’s 430 now so I called and spoke DIRECTLY to the pharmacist, who told me doordash or Uber picked up my medications !!!! I am required to show my license as they are controlled medications , and my medication is still missing. The PHARMACIST on duty told me to call them . Nothing she can do ??? Absolutely disgraceful, and she hung up on me . I will be reporting this as I find it very disturbing that Uber drivers are picking up meds . It is stated no where on their app. I assumed it would be a reputable delivery service.

The pharmacy needs to work on a way to work faster with the drive through pick up. Not sure if they are short staffed. But what's taking so long? It's not a drive through if you have to wait more than 15 to 20 Min!!! I rather much go to CVS. The wait is no longer than 4 min.

( Extremely Rude Employee at Pharmacy ) I went to pick up my medications late night at walgreen. I told her my name and DOB, she told me that medications isn't ready yet. I ask her when is it gonna be ready. She said in about 10-15 minute. I ended up waiting 1 hour, and when I walk up to the counter and ask her why it's taking long. She yelled at me and tell me if i don't like it, I can go to another Pharmacy. I turned around and walked out. It's my last time going to walgreen Pharmacy.

hi hope everyone is well, i would like to leave a bad review on my time there, i bought a couple things, and when i went to check out, the person was so rude, rude attitude, throwing my stuff in the bag and i had to ask for a bag too. I would like an apology as soon as possible.

I used to have no problems filling prescriptions here. I'm not sure what changed, but it seems like it's management at this point, because the workers are doing the best with what they have, but they seem run ragged. I've been trying to fill a script for 10 days now. The Dr. has been on the phone with them 5 times now, each time they tell me that they have spoken with the manager and that the script should be good to go. It when I go it to get it, it says they still need approval and they need more information. It's for something that measures blood sugar. This has been an absolute nightmare. Whoever the manager is that is telling us that it's all good to go is obviously not communicating that with anyone else, nor in their system. My Dr. Is telling me to get it filled somewhere else because of how much of a pain this has been. Wasting my time on the phone, waiting around in the store. Go somewhere else until they get someone competent in there to run the show.

Been going to this pharmacy for a while now. Never had an issues until recently the night shift pharmacist will ignore all phone calls and leave you waiting for hours. So I drove there and she wouldn’t refill my script saying it’s too early when it was only a few days early. Made me wait until 6am to pick up my meds 🤦‍♂️.

This pharmacy pretends to work 24hrs but it is not true. Also, the pharmacy workers are so rude that if you ask about your prescriptions, they can't send any information to your doctor, only to go there and give you excuses that they are busy.

i was an employee at walgreens. i always made it to work even if it was a few minutes late. sometimes my whole shift im standing in the register and personally i cant becausse my knee is messed up. and when i told them about it they didnt really care unless i had “proof of a doctors note”. i was offered a chair and then i was told “it’s unprofessional to sit down” an hour later but if my knee is in pain what can i do? i still showed up for work because no one cared. there was times where i got no sleep and was still begged to come into work because no one was working and it was put onto me. and i constantly picked up shifts because i needed the money. one day i just needed a day off because my knee hurted and the boss of the store tells me “it looks like you dont want to work here” over my knee hurting.. and i was still a minor at the time. i only worked there for a few months and quit in july because the people there are so rude and dont care at all. and all the other employees i was friends with would agree with this. no one liked working here.

Been a customer at the pharmacy since 2005 but today I decided to switch to a different pharmacy because since Covid they have been so slowww in terms of getting medicines out to customer( usually at least 30-40 mins at the drive-through). Today I had to get down to the pharmacy because my mom prescription had no more refill so normally they would fax her provider to get a new prescription and everything would be all set but nope I spent about 1.5 hours calling them explaining that the provider already faxed over a new refill order( they have confirmation number) but Walgreen’s staff kept insisting they didn’t get it. I would ended up calling my mom provider again and again to confirm this information, it’s been 72 hours and still the same problem. I called walgreen back and asked them nicely to call the provider because they kept telling me they already faxed it over. The person on the line refused to call my mom provider, they all said they’re too busy and it isn’t their responsibility to call since they already faxed it. I basically said thank you and went straight on site to ask one of the pharmacist to call for me since my mom is out of her medication. She was nice enough to call for me, took only 5 mins and I got the medicine within 45 mins. Things would’ve been so much easier if the staff would just calls instead of telling customers they already faxed refills order and there’s nothing more they can do.

this specific 5 star goes to Allen K that works in the pharmacy. tonight I went in to get a prescription and was helped by some employee that lacked knowledge with customer service, first she told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, while I was waiting she kept skipping me and assisting other customers, knowing i was waiting and 20 minutes had already passed, other employees kept staring at me and not offering help, until 30 minutes later Allen K punched in and FINALLY he was the one to help me , he even told me my prescription had been ready. Thankfully he stepped in and I was properly taken care of. He is a great pharmacist , however the other staff lack customer service skills.

Everytime I go there, it takes so long my entire schedule gets ruined just for a pickup order. I have waited for 25 minutes for them to take 2 cars in a three car line. It is not because of complications in any individual order because this constantly happens. The other one on Middlesex street is worse because they literally don't give you the prescriptions because they're always out of stock or don't know how to transfer scripts or deal with insurance in any proper manner. Terrible service and I can't just sleep before my second job, and personally I can no longer study today like I was supposed to. Why? Walgreens on plain st in lowell...

Waited in the pharmacy with a fussy baby for 45 minutes with two cars in front of me. The person at the window rang the bell three times and no one answered before I left without even getting my medication. Being short staff isn't an excuse anymore. This is absurd.

Anyone who has ever used this pharmacy and gave it more than 1 star is obviously being paid for the review. This is BY FAR the worst pharmacy I have ever used. 3x now I have come to pick up medicine that should have been ready at 8am and at after 5pm I've been told it's not ready yet and it will be a minimum of 2 hours. Tried calling on the phone to check if they're ready and I waited for over an hour only to get hung up on the second someone "answered" This place is HORRIBLE

The pharmacy is the worst. I purchased an eyedrops (oropatadine, just for allergy redness and itchiness)prescribed by my former pcp for 247 dollars, while there are plenty of alternatives you can get by the counter for about 10 bucks. The physician at Walgreens didn’t mention that at all. When I called to question them, the lady on the phone refused to admit that there were alternatives, and literally laughed at me for paying 247 and told me I can’t return it because it’s their policy.

cashier ignorant of so badly wanting to help the customer.they are like vultures on top of us when we use coupons.there isn’t even one time that I go there, that they leave me alone.especially a man with long hair, he always serves me badly. when the other cashier doesn't roll its eyes! it's nothing.I usually buy almost a thousand dollars worth of merchandise every month.But not for me anymore!I'm tired of being poorly attended!Good bye !You just lost a good customer !

It took literally 45 minutes at the drive thru window to pick up medication. Let’s say if my child was in complete pain and I have to get back to her with the med?! You people are not doing your job efficiently. Drive through was meant to be quick with fast service. Apparently you failed at that. Sad!

Don't go here if you need to travel, test result will not be a turnaround of 48 hour as staff stated. I waited over 72 hour for my covid test result when crossing a board result must be within 72 hour from negative.There wasn't even a confirmation when my specimen sample got collected like other places.Again, don't use walgreen if you plan on traveling or need test result under 72hour.

Here's a quick overview of what I've been going through with this place. I take 5 medications that are vital to me living and I carefully and methodically call and go down there a couple of days before my presciptions are due to be refilled. I recently changed to a different pharmacy that is 45min away because this Walgreens kept screwing up, 1st the script needs to be rewritten and they didn't say a word about it 3 days before when i went down there and scheduled the pick up. Then 3 days go by and the doctor sends them a new script. Now I go down there because i only have 2 days left of a vital medicine, then tell me there out of stock of it and it will be 5 days till they get it....again they never mentioned the stock availability the 2 times I had already been there!....so now I change to the 45 minute away pharmacy to get it in time. That whole thing was 3 weeks ago and now I went to walgreens for my other vital medications and the same exact thing just happened today 1/31/18, they are out of stock and it will be 4 days till they have it!...I've been going there every month for 7 years and to not keep it in stock is all about there costs and they don't want to get it until the very last minute to not tie up there revenue. I can't stress enough to anyone who reads this to NOT go there it is a 1 pharmacist per 2000 customers store and they have 15 ways to bill u but not 1 way to keep there medication scheduled correct.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to pick up my online photo order a little after 4 pm. It was supposed to be available at 8:41 AM. Instead, they told me that my order wasn't processed and they weren't going to process it. I ask them why they didn't send me an email to let me know that the order wasn't process, no response...so I left. Then I receive an email 30 minutes after I left the store, informing me that my order was not process... What a huge waste of time...

My prescription was on back order and they called around to local walgreens and found a store I could get my medication at immediately. They called me back after having found it; without having to hassle them! Great customer service! Love this Pharmacy.

I had purchased a BOGOF vitamin E a few months ago. Today I opened one of those bottles and was met with a stench that turned my head! The inner seal was partially open, which had spoiled the softgels. I returned them to the same Walgreens I'd bought them. I could not get a cash refund so I purchased more softgels with a "gift" card they'd given me. The catch is that I can only take one pill per day and there are 100 per bottle. Walgreens offers cash refunds for up to 30 days, so I may be faced with the same opened inner seal situation. Hopefully that was a fluke. Thank you for the even exchange, Walgreens.

Walgreen on Chelmsford street is my most favorite Pharmaceutical store. WHY? WellI Don't know every employees name but whatever the position they have been kind patient and helpful. John is the head pharmacist and you can imagine with patients (not judging a mere observation) the patient is usually suffering from one ailment or another that affects mind, body, and spirit therefore can be impatient with the pharmacists and John who oversees it all he gets all the "fallout" yet I see him handle it with grace, dignity, compassion, kindness, patience and selflessly puts himself 2nd and addresses the sense of urgency at hand. I like many others one who is a pharmacist to. Forgive me I forget her name.. She is pretty blonde hair thin kind and patient to. And another woman I remember her by her sweet gentle calming voice I feel a little sad I cannot at least describe her and others to raise them up in grace and dignity. I have ADHD and can be impatient frustrating and my endless chatter is self explanatory but I treasure these Angels in my life that through "adversity" for lack of a better word they respond with patience unconditional kindness selflessly. I am writing a book and I don't know how much time I have left but while I am alive I will not miss any opportunity to reach another thank them teach self acceptance and comfort them. Don’t make people’s lives miserable just because you’re not happy with your job. I can imagine old people calling for help and impatient people like these will answer. It’s terrible!!!
