I just picked up my curbside order around 12:20, spot 5. I didn't get the young workers name but I just wanted to say he was super kind and had great manners! Seems like it should be the normal but it's hard to find now a days it feels like 👍🏻 keep him around.

Third time in a row this store was out of stock on eye solution I have been purchasing there. Overall, store was sloppy with long lines. Self serve soda checkout was also not functioning and there was no indication for what a customer needed to do then to purchase a soda. Disappointed every time I have gone there. Skip this dump and try somewhere else.

Started closing their self checkout like 40 minutes before close. That’s either the company being very cheap, the employees being too lazy, or just outright incompetence. Who doesn’t like waiting 30 minutes in a single line while someone buys 500 dollars in tiny items. Hey target. Do better.Edit. The fact that the self check out closes early either speaks to people not wanting to stay late or the company penny pinching.Open self checkout late. Or have more lanes open.

We ordered online and picked up in the store. It was pretty easy. It wasn't clear if they had outside pickup but when we were in the store they said they did. We would have done that if we knew. Caution!! the bathrooms are outside in a little trailer; a glorified Outhouse setup. I don't know why...

This is an average Target. I enjoyed the dedicated Disney section with a video screen for kids but it was very messy; unlike the Revere Target with a similar setup. I did appreciate that every check out register was manned so there wasn’t long lines. If they could stock and cleanup the shelves/aisles this would be a decent Target.

I went in today to return my Cat and jack clothes that has a one year guaranteed return with a receipt that I had, and the manager Lindsey was extremely rude and unprofessional, asking why I’m returning my items and that she would not return them for me even though cat and jacks policy says you can return within the year. Target should look into replacing her.

I was here a few weeks ago. Had a great shopping trip and was able to find everything I was looking for. Dave in the grocery department was a huge help as I was looking for some organic produce.I am writing this review today because while I was there I must have dropped my card because the Lowell police returned it to me today and said that target had turned it in.I am very thankful for that and wish I knew how to thank them for doing such a good deed.

Ease of purchase online, ease of pick-ups as well as returns. The use of their app is especially appealing for browsing, coupons/sales, and record of purchases. No other retailer does it like Target.

my aunt went to this target needed to buy a prepaid sim card. she ask if it the wrong one, can she return it? the rep told her yes so she got it for $40. when she went back to return it they told her that it not returnable due to it a prepaid phone card. why would one employee tell her one thing than another employee said another? they need to be on the same pages. is this how you con old folk that doesn't understand these things? to meet your monthly goal? do not buy any cell phone or sim card from Target with out a manager confirming. you guys con an old lady out $40 great job target.

Good Target in the area. Generally always well stocked. Staff is often friendly and helpful. A tad more organization is needed in the aisles. Often I've found items mixed up and moved around.

this target doesn’t seemed understaffed, just seems like they don’t expect much from they’re employees. everything is disorganized and not priced correctly. multiple items that i purchased tonight were not the price they were listed for in the isles. a huge let down.won’t be shopping there again.

One of the employees literally threw my phone on the floor and proceeded to start throwing a temper tantrum and then socked me in the gut and then bashed me in the head with an iPad and then stole my credit card and gift card and another employee started taking pictures.

Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!

Used to like this target for the convenient location but now service is awful. Last week I went to get a soda stream refill and they told me they haven’t had any in a while but while shopping I passed by the aisle to find a shelf full. Today, I was passing by the appliance section and found a nutribullet for a good price, I took it to the front desk only to find out it was $69.99 not $29.99 like the sticker said… I took a picture and went back to the cashier for him to tell me it was the item next to it and even that wasn’t the correct price…

I have used this Target for 10 year. I forgot a gas can once and they held it till I returned. A decade later I forgot my receipt and cash back. They still held it for me!! Why I felt compelled to make this post. Non of us are perfect but honesty goes a long way. Thank you Team Target! ^.^

Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.

This Target is a smaller location, as these things go. I was trying to find exercise shorts here in the winter, and they didn't have any (long story). Other Targets, such as Wilmington, did.The parking lot is a little cramped compared to some others.

Always a great shop! Great selection & stock. Clean store, easy to navigate. There's always unique-to-Target treats & finds - and there's always the regular, expected stand-bys: all the basics and specials.

Most of the time low on inventory if you shop there weekly, also, customer service is not best there. Don't be rude to customers! What ever happened to customers come first?? Please, check and recheck your customer priority list!! Epic fail.
