Hands down the best place I’ve ever taken my cat. Super friendly staff & nice, clean, welcoming environment upon arrival. They did exactly what I was looking for & my cat is so so happy. 10/10 in my books. I’ll definitely be going back & highly recommend anyone looking for a good cat groomer.

The girls at this shop are so amazing! They always treat Ivan so well and every time he comes home he is so soft and smells so good all I can do is cuddle him. They are so professional and patient with me if I have any questions about the grooming process. I absolutely love this place and will bring Ivan back always!

There's not many people I trust with my little shih tzu, but I know that when I bring him here he's loved, spoiled, and pampered to the max! & Despite having sensitive skin, the products never make him irritated or itchy. I'm always impressed and happy with the service, and I refer everyone I meet with a dog!

The team at Grooming Emporium is awesome! We found them a couple of years ago for our small golden doodle and they have been amazing. Our little guy squirms and can be a handful, but he is always excited to get his wash and cut! I highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a small local spot with super caring groomers!

I've used grooming emporium for over three years. They are amazing with both my dogs, even though one can be skittish with people and grooming. This is definitely the place to go if you need a little more attention and want to be sure your pup is taken care of. Caitlin and the rest of the team go above and beyond to help the doggies feel comfortable and improve each visit.

This is the only place that has been successful in grooming my stubborn anxious dog. He is difficult to groom and no other groomer has been able to finish trimming him except here. He's a rescue and gets scared being left places. They always do an excellent job and he isn't as stressed and anxious when he is done like he has been at other groomers we tried. The staff is very friendly patient and dog savvy. We only go here now, and I would highly recommend to other dog parents!

This place is amazing and always treats the animals they groom with love like they are their own. I take my two cats here, and each time they come home happy and clean! The employees communicate really well with me through out the whole process, and I trust them with my animals. They are kind to the animals who come, and are always gentle. My cats are always nervous in the car but here they are at ease and love to get pets from the employees. I highly recommend this business for all your grooming needs for your animals.

Hands down the absolute best groomers in the entire area. We love them and drive a half hour to bring our dogs to them and only them. The haircuts are wonderful, the staff is kind, and they are definitely animal lovers. This is the only place I trust to groom my babies.

We have been taking to our girls to Grooming Emporium for over 2 years now. I can’t say enough wonderful things about these ladies. 1. Service: we are very picky and they have always done EXACTLY what we asked. The cuts specifically are always clean and even. 2. Experience: our girls are older and sometimes grumpy, but they are always happy when we pick them up. 3. Price: they are VERY reasonable. You will find it hard to beat if you compare other groomers in the greater Boston area.We moved and now drive from Salem, MA to Lowell to continue going to Grooming Emporium and trust me it’s worth it!

We are new to the area and we're looking for a dog groomer. We found this place called the grooming emporium in Lowell mass. I met with the staff and gave specific instructions on how to groom our Brittany dog. Within 30 -35 minutes they were done grooming our dog. When we saw our baby finnick and how they shaved off all his fur and left some bald sections we were speechless and in shock. What kind of business grooms a dog in that period of time when our last groomers took 3-4 hours to groom finnick. Now our dog is looking horrible and we have to wait for his fur to grow All back for him to look like a Brittany dog again. If people really care and love there furry babies do not take your pet to this place for any grooming services.

I took my puppy there for the first time today (07/26/19) and the staff welcomed me with smiles. Tesla needed a haircut badly and they took care of him. I’m very happy with the results and definitely recommend them ☺️ Thank you guys 💗

I have been bringing my dogs for nail trims and my Cavalier (now passed) for years without incident and with no complaints. However I recently brought my toy poodle and she came home with a burn or abrasion of some type on her face. I wasn't informed about it until I called from home after seeing it. The owner said she "patted the area with cold water," and something about the clippers and close shave. It seemed more of a crusty scab or dry glue on her. Naturally my dog scratched at it opening up a bleeding wound. When I called the owner back ..she argued with me that "nothing" happened to the dog after already telling me she addressed it at the shop with cold water. She then accused me of showing her a picture of the opposite side of my dogs face..lol.. My dogs nose in both pictures facing in the same direction is evident that it was the same side of her face. I just wanted to know what happened exactly so that I could treat the injury and all I got was denial and argument and a rant about being "transparent". There was ZERO transparency with my case, as well as accusing me of showing another area. I showed her pictures..clearly the same side of the face, the same wound. Because she put up soo much of a defense it was clear she was just trying to cover up the unfortunate incident. Also..I asked who did the grooming this time because I've never complained about a groom before, and this one was shoddy and messy. I won't return. You can take your chances, but if something does happen, chances are you or your dog will get blamed.

We bring our 2 cat one shorthaired and one beautiful long white hair and 1 dog Flat Coated Retriever, long hair. Prior to that we brought our other long haired cat and a long haired dog how had both knees done and during her healing process she could not stand very long and would get anxious. They took such great care of all of them and made accommodations to make them and us happy and comfortable. Prior to coming here we went to Four Paws in Dracut, horrible horrible. Receptionist was great. But longhaired cat cried all the way their and back, when you walked in you could heR the stress in his cries and our long haired dog wouldn't get out of truck and would fight the whole time wars back tail between her legs laying on floor wouldn't get up. Changed to Grooming Emporium and longhaired cat was calm and not stressed no meowing and longhaired dog was so calm and happy to go in loved everyone walked right out back. No pulling tugging laying down. She jumped right out of truck soooo excited to be there and go inside wagging her tail so happy to see everyone. Great people great place and all 3 of my babies are happy to go and be there and that makes us happy. Thank you everyone at Grooming Emporium for taking such great care of my family.

I have tried calling to get an appointment all week and no one ever answers the phone. I was referred by my sister who takes her dog here. I am not sure if I need to find another grooming business.
