This was an awful experience that will make me rethink going back. Was there with children using Xmas money and employee was stocking shelves and swearing every time something feel of the shelves. At checkout there was two employees completely ignoring customers and focusing on their own purchases instead of helping. Was told my cash wasn’t working is not his problem and there was nothing he would do. Very unprofessional and rude which is to bad because kids liked this place.

This is a place that treats their customers very well, from the experience, and the assistance (if needed) all in all id say its well worth the visit and all the products are placed at a very reasonable price aswell.

After shopping for movie basket fillers for 14 people (total$160.00) get to self check register asked clerk where the bags were she said oh we don’t give bags anymore. I asked how am I supposed to carry all of this out to my vehicle. She replied you have 3 options buy each bag for .10, .25 or 2.00. Seriously I just spent 160.00 and have over 50 items and I’m either supposed to carry it in my hands or buy bags to put my purchases in? I asked her if I could leave my basket there and go out to my vehicle and get some bags from the other 4 stores I went to that GAVE me bags to put my PURCHASE in. Pretty pathetic that you can’t spring for the 10 cent bags to put my items in…I DID JUST SHOP THERE!!!

My daughter's father's uncle manages this store, same with his aunt. And I go here constantly. They always have what I want and need and the best stuff that's unexpected! Love this five below.

Different...we were greeted somehow with a shout out from someone working there. If you walked by someone who works there they Hulu. And then the checkout was interesting. Like taking a class in how to scan and bag your own stuff. And email capture is essential or you are not making a purchase. I have no idea how cash works but kinda cool set up.

Love this place. It's an upgraded "dollar store" type of store, where you never know what you'll find each time you go in. Trendy items. Inexpensive tech accessories, gift items, novelty tee shirts and little things throughout. Its clean, tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Located in strip mall next to Target, and conveniently off Lowell Connector. Great store!

Plenty of free parking, lot's of inexpensive goodies great for small kids through teens gifts, housewares, holiday items, clothing, shoes, candy, snacks, sm electronics, iPhone accessories and do much more with friendly and helpful staff.

To my surprise there is a lot more to this store. Not everything is $5 or below but still nice. I picked up a cheap USB mouse and a couple "cooling" fans. If you need a Harbor Freight of... Well.... Stuff, then visit here.

This place is amazing!Almost everything is $5 or less. Yes they now sell items from $6-$10, however most items are $5.They also sell lots of things that are name brands.I bought my niece the Korean boy band BTS dolls there!I was able to buy all the dolls!

I purchased some products today from5-Below. I'm excited to pay such low prices for my phone accessories!I was also greeted with a smile and friendly greeting by Saryna and Chanara. They were very welcoming.There is nothing like friendly service to make for a great shopping experience!I highly recommend these gals to tend to your 5-Below shopping needs!Great customer service! :)

Oddly enough as a photographer, I’ve been able to find unique items here to shoot with. So many cool creative things. If you can think outside the box of course...check out the cool lighting strip I picked up...for you guessed it 5bucks!

Great little store. Cheap but cool stuff. Kids love this place. A candy lovers dream. They have a little bit of everything, small clothes section, sandles, mugs, fitness stuff, outdoor games, bats, balls, everything.

I came in here to get a really good deal on cheap charger for my wife's cell phone.Problem was when I looked around they weren't selling a charger and the USB cable together.What a unique little scam they have running here.You have to buy the plug-in portion of the charger separately from the USB cable.Each one cost $5 for a total of $10.63 with tax.Cute little scam they got making you buy both parts separately when most places you can buy the whole set up as 1 piece together. Bastard's!Overall still not a bad price but by my past experiences getting chargers here for phones in the past they don't really last that long so you get what you pay for I guess. Oh well.

This blonde short asian lady who works here is so nice. I think her name starts with a K, Kuntaery? I'm not sure but she's a peach. They should give her a raise for her customer service. Even with a mask on I can tell she smiles because her eyes get smaller 😀

Clean, organized, not alot of staff or employee's to help if you need. The way the line starts is confusing and often people will cut in the line if they are not paying attention. There is never more than 2 registers open at a time.

Rude Employees..Only gave an extra star, because of the good cheap prices, kids love buying candy and other lil things from here.Although after an incident with 2 Very Rude Employees I try not to shop here at all anymore!

In most ways this is probably a pretty typical place of this type. What they do have that makes it special for me is what I call "the wall of Haribo". They have an amazing variety of Haribo candy at $5 for five bags. The even have the Haribo Berries that I love. (The Berries are even better when you freeze them.)
