Let start by saying I never leave a comment to anywhere but today would be my first. Sadly to say the manger in there is extremely rude I ask for help look for something she (the manger) said over there like if I was a nobody. Customer help me instead. Then I noticed once I got home with she charging me more for some coupons items. They blocked some aisles with boxes which is super unsafe for anyone. I would never going back !

I did like this place... For what it is. I'm not usually a "Dollar Store" kind of shopper but maybe I would be if there was one like this closer to my home. The thing I liked most is probably the size. The store was rather large, for a Dollar Store, which means a larger selection for everything. Most stores like this usually don't have a huge selection choice...not this place. Choices galore! Definitely check it out!

I'm NEVER going in this store again . Blocked Isles ,never stocked ,isn't cheap for cheap stuff , the cash register lines horrific and combined with customers attitudes possible to see a fight . One register is broken from EBT /Food Stamps and Debit ????? But still don't tell ppl cash only line ? Final straw need new employees with people skills ! After navigating the store wait in line to a NASTY MANAGER )CASHIER NAH nah I don't think so ..... I say replace this store with a better version this neighborhood NEEDS ! I wanted to add One Employee/mngmt wks there named John and it's nice to see a fresh face who knows alot about running store .He is always pleasant .Haha I went bk there although that women was still RUDE as ever , perhaps she could wk in the back n get inventory str8 !? She shouldn't be with cashiers or work with customers . . .

Horrible condition. Walking through the aisles, it looks like this location should be condemned. Left without making my purchase. Will never be back to this location. Management apparently doesn’t care about cleanliness or customers in general. Very disappointed. Will be uninstalling my app. I do not wish to support a business that has given up. I posted several photos to illustrate how filthy, unorganized, and unsafe it is. I certainly don’t expect to hear back from upper management and at this point they’ve lost me as a customer anyway, so I could care less.

I like this store because it's close by and has stuff that I need, but I hate how every time you go most of the isles are blocked by these metal cart things with empty cardboard boxes in them, there's a area in the back where these carts are supposed to be stored, not in the middle of the isles. very unsafe for the disabled and wheelchair users, also extremely annoying that I have to climb over boxes to get to what I need. Also alot of the food in the freezers are expired and the car cleaning isle or whatever is a complete mess. wish the manager would actually try to fix the store instead of standing in the middle of the food isle talking to the employees all day 🙄

Hours state they open at 8am yet the past 3 weeks I've been stopping here before work to get my favorite cough drops as this is the only olace that ever possibly has them and they haven't been open.

Nicely organized, very clean store. Always friendly staff and I love the $1 aisle and the snack aisle. The best deal I've seen so far on toilet paper as well so this is a weekly visit for me and our house.

This is completely not the staffs fault for only 4 stars. This building smells funky like old mildew and it has for as long as i can remember.Rhe staff is friendly. It is a busy store. Great priceing and those one of a kind finds. Thank you.

I will NEVER go here again. Waited in line with 3 people for about 5 minutes. A middle aged female employee was busy putting clothes on hangers, didn't even look like she cared we were all standing there waiting. Finally another young female- Amorella or something (skinny AA girl) came out of hiding from sitting behind the counter, phone in hand, and an attitude like we were bothering her. When I say she didn't say a word to us, I'm not exaggerating. She didn't say "hello," she didn't even tell us the total of what we owed, she didn't say "bye." Not a single word! How this girl has a job is beyond me. It was so awkward- you'll never see me in there again. I'll go to the dollar store 2 doors down. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

My girlfriend almost got locked in by the two employees there. They said they didn't realise there was anyone still inside and when she got to the register at exactly 10 o'clock, which is their closing time, they already had both registers counted and closed out. This means they obviously didn't check the store very thoroughly and even worse, my girlfriend had to leave the store empty handed due to the fact the employees could no longer cash her out with two closed registers. Additionally, they started closing the registers and locking the doors several minutes before their official closing time which is 10 PM. In my experience, it takes at least ten plus minutes to finish the entire process of closing out a register, depending on circumstances. If I ever did that at my place of employment I would be written up if not fired. Also, it has recently become a known fact amongst area customers who frequent the Church Street Dollar General, that the store inside is atrociously disgusting, with buckets full of dirty water all over the store from the many leaks in the ceiling. In addition to the bacteria infested water coming from the leaky ceiling, the store itself is in complete shambles and disorganization, to say the least. I would want to know if these were my employees at the location that has my name on it.

recently my husband and I have been going every Saturday because of the spend $25 save $5 coupon. the last 3 times they have over charged us, 3 different people. Were buying cereal and snacks on our food stamp card so I'm not sure why they're doing it but they are deliberately doing it. so 2 weeks ago my husband said that cost more than it should have so we looked at the receipt and sure enough we were charged for 3 extra cereals. so last week I watched the guy ringing as soon as my husband accidently dropped the food stamp card the guy rang in 2 extra juices we bought 2 he charged us for 4. so I went and grabbed 2 more so we wouldn't have to get back in line and have to do a return, the guy didn't even argue he said ok didn't look at receipt didn't give us a hard time because he knew he did it! I could understand if it were cash and they were returning the overrings to keep the money but like I said its food stamps they wont get money. so be careful its a sketchy place all together any ways I'm probably going to stop going.

They have isles blocked off constantly because either the ceiling is leaking or because their metal carts of inventory are blocking the isles. I wish they would fix that stuff so it wasn't such a maze. Staff is very helpful.

Great employees happy to help if you can't find what you're looking for. Even looking in the back to see if what you're looking for is there. The only problem is that the store looks like they've been robbed. Aisles blocked off and messy.

I like this place I go every time I need something and every time I get paid I like the store a lot. the work is a very friendly and make sure you're taken care of they have good customer service I rated them five stars

Store is gross, strong pungent odor and dirty floor. Every aisle looks like hurricane Katrina had pass through. Cashier seems nice though!

Dollar general is okay They Carry a little bit of everything. This is not a dollar store. The prices are in line with similar store's. Pleasant clerk's not much help. Place is clean, plenty of parking plus handicapped parking spots.

Most of the employees are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, because the backroom is so smal the isles are blocked with overstock to the point you can't even get the items you want or need.

This store was horrendous. It looks like the place for ransacked. The products on the shelves were thrown everywhere, some aisle were empty, there were hampers of garbage everywhere making it impossible to navigate the store. Might be the most meat, disorganized, and disgusting stores I've ever been in.

My grandmother is very sick and can not walk, I stopped when I got out of work and went here to get her some medicine and diapers and the people working saw me get out of my car and locked the doors on me with almost 10 minutes left before the close time. Very upset.

Workers rude an disrespectful the shelves are never stocked an half the aisles are either blocked with the merchandise that’s supposed to be on the shelves an they do nothing bout it. Wow this place is wonderful and great prices, good stuff at low prices I got a cologne that is 7$ elsewhere for not even half the price I'd have paid in the past (elsewhere) 1.50 dollars like wow

Allmost found everything I was looking for.on my own cause Church St Lowell doesn't seem to have much help at the/that moment.then finally another register openend to make things easier n the line move a bit faster.other then that was a pretty good visit.god bless .
