First off they won't even let u call and talk to someone now apparently we have to leave a voicemail that never gets checked or recalled back and the line is insane u could be there for an hour or 2 but it's the closest CVS we got downtown besides bridge St...so yea just a heads up to future customers!!!

Small pharmacy. They are over worked and understaffed with the amount of patients coming in and out. I can see them work hard in the back. People are impatient. The health center is the problem

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever. The waiting lines are long. Rude employees. They have no patience. They don't listen to you when you have problems.The employees' works in the counters so unprofessional. Yesterday my wife went to pick up prescription that was sent from the doctors they said waits 20 minus. after 20 min not done. she back to pick up again 2 hrs. They said need to 30 min. Today my dad go to take a vaccine that was sent by the doctors. My dad do not understand what they told him. He call me to help translated and ask me to talk to her but she is not polite or helpful .. I wish all Manager CVS can see this comments. and training theirs employees to be professional staff for customer relation.

The first time I have been there, worst experience the nurse or talk to me very rude. No patient but it’s because of my color because the one before me she was very nice to her.

Always in and out without issues when I go to pick up my prescriptions. Not sure what these other negative reviews are about but I love this spot.

DONT BE FOOLED!! its located inside the loft building with no signs outside the building. This location is a pharmacy only. Once i found it get service.
