The employees used to be so helpful but now it appears new managers aren’t teaching employees how to run copay cards … last script I had to argue with the manager and after an hour she finally processes the co pay card…. They said things like it’s “not for co payments” or “if I used my insurance I can’t use the co pay card” completely ridiculous! Hopefully they turn things around so frustrating when employee”s managers are careless and incompetent.

Great store don't get me wrong but the pharmacy is horrible I've gone days without insulin I gave a 3 day heads up and still had to get it from another CVS and it's happened with multiple medications

This is the closest 24 hr location with a pharmacy also 24 hr. I'm so glad they opened here! I went to another 24 hr but they were out of the items I wanted, items they had coupons for on the app. This CVS had plenty in stock, friendly staff and very clean late at night. I highly recommend this CVS!

We get good discounts and the offers are pretty decent at CVS.The employees are very helpful in finding out what we want and very good in assisting with the deals and coupons . Overall I would love to shop at CVS.

The pharmacy department is wonderful everyone greets you with a smile and great service. The staff in the check out area in the front nice and polite except for 1 who had a not so welcoming face with a very unprofessional tone to some customers infront of me of course on her cell phone.

If I could give them negative Stars I would the fact that you can't speak to a live person ever and always have to leave messages for them to contact you back when they're available is ridiculous they never have any of my meds in stock and they have my address wrong no matter how many times I've tried to fix it which makes things even harder if my health insurance could be taken at Walgreens I would go right back there I despise CVS

This pharmacy has their act together. For five years I used a nearby chain store that seemed to slowly descend into an experience that even a loyal customer could no longer tolerate. Since moving to this store I’m very pleased with their level of efficiently. As far as their demeanor, I couldn’t care less. My scrips are ready, they’re correct, and I’m in and out. I prefer this, more than an “I’m sorry” with a smile.

Hello I come in panicking because i forgot my medication and i am on Vacation for 5 days. I come to cvs to ask if they ever provide an hold over supply until i can do a doctors appointment in two days . The pharmacist not even coming from her desk but whispering to the pharmacy technician “No we’re not doing any hold over supply for 7 days” . I said not 7 days just two until I can talk to my doctor about a refill . The lady would not even look at me or acknowledge what i said she just tells the technician “no we’re not doing that” (They do do this at some pharmacy). My problem is she could have been a little nicer and not so unprofessional. She did not even come from her station and talk to me about some things I could do or why they couldn’t do a hold over supply . She might need some more assistance on proper customer service. Anxiety medication is not something I can just take off and on . It comes with severe withdrawals. She should have showed some sort of empathy . Will never be returning.

If I could give this CVs zero stars I would.. here’s my experience 2 out of 2 times I had the misfortune to have, there’s this cashier she’s a young little Asian woman who absolutely hates her job she ALWAYS gives me a attitude like she’s better than everyone this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at refilling my prescription. She told me that the cvs app is not accurate and for some reason every one I know has told me that they never have any issues with it. I think she doesn’t want to work so with that I think she needs to be fired. I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s been rude and disrespectful towards. I’m switching over to Walgreens because they don’t have disrespectful people working for them.

First of all Henry at Wood St cvs in Lowell MA was unforgettable. As soon as I walked in I seen his multitasking skills. He had a sense of urgency making sure everything was running smoothly throughout the entire store. I have shopped here in Lowell for forever but what set him apart was his genuine smile and customer service skills. He was super helpful and being in retail for almost 20 years I wanted to make sure he is being recognized for going above and beyond and really caring about his job and the people around him. My 5 month old baby has doctor's prescription formula and they lie every month not to give us formula. There is a formula in the sales section and they say it's not the same formula. I've been using it for 5 months and I know the formula. they never call me for refills

The pharmacy experience was amazing, tech answered my phone call efficiently, and the pharmacist at the store was super nice and helpful.Normally get scripts at another CVS, but this pharmacy is a million times better.I tried buying tylenol though, and I'm kinda confused why there was no one at the register when it was only 930 pm and it took them 10 minutes to come

I’m not satisfied from the customer service at all specially the female manager; she clearly shows racist behavior and attitude toward people of color. Two employees gave wrong information to me showing the management failure to give them right information. She, the manager whose name I wish I knew, was working on a daily shift and on a Saturday.

The worst customer service. There was one cashier with a customer taking forever and another one (Stacy) who walked away when I got in line. I asked her if she could just grab a photo I ordered for me since the other guy was taking forever talking and I needed to get to work. She rudely says “wait in line”. As I’m waiting in line another lady is using the self checkout and she was having trouble, the checkout starts saying “help is on the way” very loud. The cashier who told me to wait in line was about 5 feet from her and could definitely hear it. Although she was doing nothing she just kept letting it say “help is on the way” until she finally came over. Stacy is rude and should not be someone who works a customer service kind of job.

All I know is this pharmacy is excellent to me. I do not call and try to get my stuff early. I take it as prescribed. They do not judge and everytime I have been in there I hear people yelling at them to try to get controlled substances filled early. Pharmacists have always been extremely helpful. Would not consider going anywhere else. They even go out of therre way to call me and let me if medicine is available ahead of time..UPDATE..for the past 2 weeks I have been callin because I know I had a medication on file and it turned out it was on file, two days before it was supposed to be filled. I was told it was there but they have no idea when I could pick it up. Not helpful at all am extremely disappointed by there tone of voice and demeanor. And rude attitude. Not helpful. I come here for everything. Very disappointed. Will update if fixed

Insanely rude guy at pharmacy with that weird headband. I was asking him a simple question and he was very rude about it, like I was stupid for not knowing. He said “we’re behind”, and I’m thinking to myself, ok?? Like, I understand, and I will wait however long needed, but because of how rude he was, I left.

The wait for everything is way too long. Got a message saying my prescription was ready after I just had major surgery. Went to pick it up and waited 30-40 mins in line to pick it up. They aren’t hiring but they are severely understaffed and the staff that works there aren’t pleasant to deal with. May just change my pharmacy to Walgreens across the street.

The worst CVS ever, they have one pharmacist that is SO RUDE! I want to transfer all my prescriptions away from this CVS just because of her… she has no phone skills, rude when talking, doesn’t listen to you when you have issues!I have received medication from them without medical labels!Takes forever to get a prescription filled!Worst CVS!

This location is relatively clean and everything is labeled properly. Some of the staff is a bit unfriendly, while others are very nice to talk to and super willing to help. Even at odd hours the friendly people are super kind and cheerful. Overall, this is a decent CVS that is both clean and well put together, but these pros are dogged down by some of the unfriendly staff.

My brother had a very badcustomer service on 11/30. he was asked to leave the store because the manager didn't know money.besides that I also had a bad customer service in this cvs before and I wrote a review. I hope the owner or management do something about this.

Some of the pharmacists in the location is very unprofessional and very rude poor costumer service. Was only trying to verify an order and she was speaking with a attitude. Was not even giving her a hard time just needed to clarify an order. Need to learn people skills or plain simple don’t work in the field!!!

I never experienced such an horrible delivery ever any where in MA. I am writing this after many times this happened to me. When ever doc prescribes I make an order directly calling pharmacy and they say it take 30 min. Even after going 1 hr later they didn't even start the process and make me to wait for another 20 min. Now I am waiting in Pharmacy for more than 20 min for order I placed 1 hr before. Definitely going to change my pickup location this is horrible, worthless waiting. This place really sucks.

Melissa, the workers who cashed us out tonight, was super informative, helpful, carismatic and had a great vibe. Overall she made our experience worth the $34 we spent on three small items. She definitely deserves a raise.

I was there to get a printout of a couple of research papers. The staff were definitely helpful and did warn me that the pages might not be in order. When I went home to check out the docs though, they were so badly scrambled. It’s hard enough having to analyze a 50-page research paper but having to get them all in order is such a nightmare. Maybe the process could be improved?

I went to this pharmacy to get a prescription filled after having a tooth removed. They refused to fill my prescription TWICE even though I had the sifned script from the doctor in hand. I asked them to call the dr. directly to confirm my script and they didnt want to bother, I had to go all the way back to by dentist which was 25 mins away, get ANOTHER script and have the dr. personally call and tell them to fill my script. They still wouldnt. But magically when i went to another cvs location they had no problem filling in a reasonable time frame.I'm pretty sure the worker there just didnt want to be bothered.

I would just love to say that there’s this employee named diana there & she is the most sweetest thing, with such a pure which there isn’t much of in this world.. she has such great customer service/communication & I really do think this lady should get a raise of some sort.we need more people like her in this world.

Pharmacy service is awful! If they can’t work with our medicine specific manufacture requirement even when both are generic and costs same, why should I keep them as my pharmacy!!! some of them also don’t understand thyroid brand/manufacture does matter! Some chemist just lack knowledge- once I asked b6 vitamin with specific dose as suggested by doc. They did not have that but chemist so causally asked to take 4 times the dose which they had in stock for my pregnant wife!

I have been a customer of CVS for years. After making arrangements for delivery I received a text my delivery was cancelled. While on the phone with the store I noticed the was charged twice for a very expensive medication equaling about 10% of my monthly income as I am disabled. Neither the store or the corporate office will take responsibility in issuing a refund which translates into not being able to eat or pay my utility bill and my landlord will evict me if my utilities get shut off.
