I am beyond happy with the way my two dogs grooming came out! They looked so clean and fluffy after their appt. They were able to take both of my small dogs at the same time on the day I requested. I came across Catdoggrooming online and decided to give it a shot. I had messaged them on Facebook, I was asked to text someone to schedule an appointment. I did just that gave some information about my dog, so my appointment was all set to go. Once I brought my dog to the appointment I was greeted by a woman, I was not sure what her name was. She did not speak much English, but she did get someone on the phone to translate for me. I filled out some paperwork. It was super easy. I explained to the woman on the phone how I wanted my dogs haircut. I sat in the parking lot for about two hours, and a man brought my dog out, and let me tell you she looked absolutely amazing. She had cute little bows and smelled really nice. Overall, it was a great experience. I am extremely happy. The following day I had received a text from Taiza, asking about how the grooming went, and I gave her a positive review. I am so happy to have found this place. I will be coming back! Thank you everyone!

My family and I recently moved to Lowell and baby girl was stuck in a car for long ride to grooming services until last week I met someone who referred us to cat and Dog. This pet grooming shop is amazing the communication is a little rough because they dont always pick up the phone and they do speak Portuguese but thats why Google translate is great I communicate through that but omggg they do such a wonderful job with your pet and for all the amazing work they do their prices are the best I've seen around I am a very satisfied customer my girl Mia will be going there permanently hands down the best Petsmart grooming has nothing on these guys love it

Taiza was great at fitting my goldendoodle in for an appointment within a week. During drop off and pick up I could really tell she loves animals and treated my own pup like her own. I’ve used several groomers and this is one of my dog’s best haircuts! She was even able to brush out the small matted areas instead of having to shave which most groomers would do to save time. Will definitely be back!

Taiza is absolutely the best with my 2 dogs. She sincerely loves animals and cares. I have a 16+ year old male and almost 2 year old female. She has the touch with both of them. My senior (Lhasa Apso) requires a lot of patience and extra care, and Taiza is great with him. The female dog (Shih-tzu) gets the best haircuts every time and we get SO many complements when out and about with her. I highly recommend CatDog grooming.

Our dog Molly was very very matted, a different groomer told us that she needed to be sedated to be groomed. We contacted Taeza at Dog/Cat grooming and when she took a look she said no problem she could do this. She beautifully and safely groomed Molly. We highly recommend her to everyone that we know who has a pet. She has a passion for taking care of pets and she shows her caring in all she does. Today was the first time I brought my dog to CatDig grooming. Due to a very bad experience with Petco my dog was traumatized. I had to find a real professional dog groomer. I have to say I will never take my dog anywhere else. The groomer took her time to get to know my Missy and she was able to groom her. She did an absolutely phenomenal job. My dog looked beautiful and she smelled sooo clean and fresh. She even put little bows on her ears. I was so thrilled when I saw my baby. Not to mention the very affordable price. I just want to thank the groomer for an amazing job and experience. I highly recommend that if your pet needs grooming to go to CatDig.
