Title: "Unpleasant Experience with Product Quality and Discount Policy"Review:My recent visits to this medical cannabis dispensary have left me disappointed on multiple fronts. Not only does the product quality lag behind what's available in 2019, but the prices remain stuck in the past as well. What exacerbates the situation is the rigid discount policy for individuals facing financial hardships.Unlike most other dispensaries that understand and accommodate the financial struggles of their customers, this particular establishment refuses to allow stacking of discounts for those in need. It feels like a penalization for seeking financial relief.Considering the plethora of options available just half a mile down the road or elsewhere, I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere for a more satisfying and considerate experience.

Started going here like 6 months ago turned into my favorite dispensary. But since I started going there the prices of shake has doubled and almost tripled since then getting to expensive for me. Staff and everyone there always nice and helpful though

Not too bad of a location, you have to get asked your ID like 3 times when going here, like isn’t once enough for the entrance 😂Also: I bought Betty eddys watermelon here a pack of 50mg of edibles. Ate the entire thing in one night and felt nothing. Price was 20$ but this place with taxes and whatnot adds it up to around 30$ just for 10 5mg edibles. It could be my tolerance but that doesn’t have much to do with the dispensary. I’m upset that the edibles didn’t hit but the experience of this place was pretty well overall excluding that.

Brian, like all of the cannabist staff, was super friendly and helpful! With so many delicious options to choose from, he was great at steering me into something I really enjoyed. I’d like to extend thanks to the staff here at Cannabist Lowell!The security guard was very friendly and supportive of my habit, and offered me a place to store my belongings while I shopped.Being a guy who sometimes struggles to make left and right of cannabis menus, I sort of needed a little help with navigating the best fit for me. My cannabis tolerance is fairly high, so I asked for the highest potency hybrid strain preroll (I consider prerolls to be basic samples of a product), and was given a really nice tasting and smooth feeling (not to mention high quality and potency) strain called “Dirty Taxi”, which I shared with my friends.All in all, the expertise of the staff here is INCREDIBLE. As well as the social and calm atmosphere that is created here.Well worth the trip from Maine while I visit my folks!Thanks again, Cannabist!

Awesome experience with Jacob. He listens and actually seems to enjoy helping people get the best options for their needs. He's also super friendly and helpful. I asked quite a few questions and he was very patient and calm. He never condensed to me or made me feel silly. Great guy, great vibe.

I have been a repeat customer for a while now, and until recently I was satisfied with my purchases. Today I went in to pick up my bi-weekly order. As always, the staff was kind and helpful. My order was ready when I showed up so I paid and scooted home. When I got there I opened up the Amber Concentrate Star Kush badder that I had just picked up and, I kid you not, it looked like reclaim. I'm not saying that it is reclaim, but it certainly isn't badder. It looks bad, smells bad, and is the wrong consistency. I tried calling the dispensary as well as reaching out by email. I have yet to hear back. If I do get a hold of someone and they make things right then I'll gladly edit my review, but as of right now- I am pretty peeved. This is not worth $52 and it is not the quality I expect the Cannabist to peddle nor the customer service I'm used to.Check the pictures of this nonsense.

Associate was great. Pricing is $7 more than anyone else in area for exact same product. However they are out of stock. It adds up especially for medical patients on a fixed income.

Ok I love this place. But recently got someone a gift card for this place and it was a nightmare. I spent 25 minutes trying to get this. I then find out that it was not only difficult to get it but to use it was another issue as well.

Ashley was very helpful when it came time to pick a vape cartridge for chronic pain. The traveler, Tahoe disposable pen works the best. It only comes in 3rd of a gram so it goes quite. It's well worth the money 😊

Listen they only have five stars because people get their order and are incentivized to rate this place five stars essentially. Don’t fall for that. Cannabist Lowell and Boston are the worst out of like 20 different medical dispensaries i’ve visited in Mass. Every SINGLE ONE of their products is available cheaper at a different dispensary. There is no point to ever go there. I am in Lowell five days a week and still will drive 30 minutes out of my way just to NOT go to cannabist. Staff is usually nice but not super helpful, products are overpriced and low quality, and they have the WORST discount/loyalty program across many dispensaries. Go to BeWell or somewhere local and small business and support them instead of this overpriced trash hole.
