Joseph does the best job, we have only brought our dog for nail trim and buffing. However we seen him dog grooming and he did an excellent job cutting the dogs hair. Highly recommend him 👌

I informed the staff that I wanted the same service as the last service for my dog which was 3 wks ago, it didn’t happen, and I was charged 12 dollars more for the service and I don’t believe that my dogs nails were cut/trimmed or buffed. She didn’t receive the furminator service which is one of the services I had the last visit. I told the staff and the staff told me they typically don’t offer that service for short haired dogs, then why was it offered to me at the last visit? It really helped with the shedding. I wasn’t pleased at all, last service cost me 60 dollars and this time is cost me 73 dollars

Petco in east longmeadow Massachusetts is always a enjoyable experience. Always have what I need and if I can’t find it, willing to help look. Their groomers are friendly and efficient. Won’t go to any other petco!

Update (08/01/2022): Still very happy with this place. Alyssa is a great groomer and is very patient and nice with my girl Ella and great at what she does A+ job. Thank you <32020: Everyone at this Petco is so nice and friendly. This was my first visit to this Petco and Grooming Salon. Heather was so nice, so friendly and courteous, since scheduling my appointment through the phone and when I got there on the date of my appointment. I felt safe to leave my baby ELLA there and be groomed. She was all matted and a mess, but Heather did a fantastic job A+. Thank you Heather <3 I will be definetly going back.

I believe her name was Lauren who groomed my dog, but she was so nice. She listened to my concerns about me having an elderly dog and worked at his pace to make sure he was comfortable. I will 100% go back, and ask for her. Worth the money ( a little more expensive than I normally spend) but worth every penny.

I was able to come right in with Honey to have her nails cut. It was hard getting an appointment at the Vets and they charge way more for a visit. Honey is about 13 yrs old and I have a hard time trying to cut her nails myself. They were getting too long. It was a pleasure working with the girl who helped me. She was very friendly and caring.

Every staff member was friendly and very helpful. We had just picked up our puppy from transport from MS. He stunk. They bathed him and and made him smell good. They welcomed us to the Petco family and recommended food. We received the coupon book. I already signed up for puppy training which starts on March 26th and was able to meet Stephanie who will be my trainer. I have date to go get rabbie shots when he is old enough. Our whole experience was very welcoming and nice.

Heather was amazing. Our dog was a mess. Matted, filthy, scruffy. I can't believe Heather didn't have to shave her down and make her look bald. She came out looking white, silky, clean, soft and beautiful.

The contact prior to the grooming was awesome, they were not only pleasant but informed. Then, once I picked up all three dogs I was so pleased with how wonderful they came out. The Bassetts has clean ears , trim nails (they squarm so bad), and their coats haven't looked this healthy since their last visit! As for my mutt, she is still strutting her stuff.

Heather was so very kind to me. She was very reassuring in everything, she kept ke updated on everything they had to do so there were no surprises. There was a window that I could see into and watch them. She even gave me a coupon to get a discount. Will definitely be returning.
