Went to the Petco in East Longmeadow MA to have my large dog groomed. Heather and her coworker (didn’t catch her name) provided a patient, positive and quality service above my expectations. Having used private groomers, Petco provided a much better experience. Our dog looked, smelled and felt wonderful and was not too anxious bout his experience Tgey even provided a festive St Patrick’s Day bandana! Heather also provided a collar suggestion to hopefully help with our dog’s need to pull during walks. Highly recommend them.

Petco in East Longmeadow really had great customer service and we're able to assist quick enough at opening. They took my dog in and yes for his first time he wasn't having it at all. He was freaking out and they took they're time to do all services to him and he came out looking gorgeous!! We were obsessed! And he smelled like pumpkin spice :)

The receptionist was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. She explained my puppies shot process and scheduled his next appointments. The vet tech was also pleasant and handled my puppy w care. I watched the vet/techs as they prepared the vaccines, they were attentive to my puppy. All in all the visit was outstanding! 🐾

Recently brought my dog here to get groomed for the first time, and the staff made it an awesome experience. I was a little worried because my pup is very hyper and a little crazy lol, but they assured me he did great and were super kind to answer my questions!

I don't recommend this petco. I bought a bearded dragon baby here and found out it was sick instantly. I brought him in for treatment and they gave little to no info no calls I finally got him back. And he's even worse than before weezing snorting barely able to breath. And I refuse to return him because I fear they will let him die. Many of the staff are rude and I've even seen them put over 8 bearded dragon babies in a 5 gallon tank which is not at all safe and can be stressful for them. I am so heartbroken because now my bearded dragon could die.Adding on to this. Yet again I bought a reptile yesterday a skink and the poor thing is sick just like the bearded dragon was. Im not even gonna try to ask them to treat him bc they won't I'm just gonna do it myself. They don't care about the animals sold in store.

Have never had a problem finding what I need to keep my dogs healthy and happy. I am not an online shopper as I love interacting with the employees with questions or just simply looking for suggestions without having to spend lots of money asking a vet!! Thank you for just being there:)

Trish at the counter was exceptional today! The staff there is always amazing. Trish helped me find new products for my dogs, gave me info on my points and educated me on some ingredients that are in the products. I’m not a fan of any animals in cages or selling/separating birds, bunnies, ferrets, etc.animals that have been housed in cages with others that they have bonded with - so I don’t support that piece of the company - (sorry have to be honest and include that) but the store staff is so wonderful including their manager who has helped me on more than one occasion. Also the groomers helped me in a pinch when my dog was sprayed by a skunk. Beyond impressed with the employees at the store level. Wish Corporate would do something about the over abundance of small animals ending up in homes with kids who neglect them. I’m PRO shelters for adopting! Other than that, they get an A plus and that’s because of their employees!

I‘ve had my dogs groomed at Petco for the last several years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the pets and must have a good work environment because there doesn’t seem to be much turnover, which is nice. It allows the groomers and staff to get to know your pups.Thank you for taking such good care of my ‘babies’!

My pup Chef LOVES his “spa day” at Petco! He always comes home so happy, looking & smelling amazing, nails are beautifully clipped & teeth clean. They do a wonderful job with him!

8:58 am. Staff opens door for "grooming" customer tells me I have to wait 4 more mins to enter store. I left and bought $40 worth of dog food at stop and shop instead.My dog needed food, I have a job to get to, less than 2 mins and you can't let me in? You have lost this customer!

Ha ha ha. Oh wow that little guy with the shaved head and tattoos!! What a looker ;) and well informed. Had a nice chat about the weather. He seemed to like weather. It was a pleasant little back and forth to pass the time haha good mood maker. Mom seemed happy with the results. Nice

I have to admit I've always been skeptical about Dog trainers and felt it was a bit of a waste that's until I attended classes for my Husky. The Dog trainer (Dan) was very impressive and was detailed and steadfast on educating myself and my spouse on the importance of teaching our pet to break old habits that we mistakenly showed our dog. Thank goodness we had someone like Dan to help in correcting and assisting us in practicing and shaping our pet in becoming more obedient.I can't wait for what he will teach not only my pet next but us as well.

I went there looking for a certain kind of cat food & was greeted at the door by a friendly employee and made my way towards the cat food. I didn't see what I wanted & a girl there told me of 2 other places Close by. On my way out I saw some cool animals. I believe a Geico & another sloth looking being lol. Really nice & clean store. Finally!!! A pet store that has giant worms and horn worms and none were dead!! Awesome when you time the shipment the correct way then you get all the good worms! I have a Fancy Bearded Dragon so when I have to go to 3 or 4 places due to dead worms, I get very angry. I believe they come in Wednesdays or Thursdays. Nice people

We're so happy! It was quite and easy to see the Veterinarian to have check and take care of Prinssis our 8 years old Golden Retriever and German Shepherd mix dog. They were so nice. It was a very pleasant experience 👍🏻

One of the associates assisted us today at Petco and was so kind! She remained open a few minutes longer so we could get our pet's tags engraved. She gave us advice for our puppy who loves to chew. Amazing service 💞

3/5, my reasoning? Cute ferrets, I could leave my two children (ages 4 and 7) here for at least two hours, giving me a needed break while they watch the critterswhy not 5? shrimps being sold are too small to cook. i do not recommend the produce at this establishment.

The young lady who helped me ( I believe her name started with a T) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took time out of a busy afternoon she was having to assist me and to treat me like I was her only customer in the store as she did the same for everyone else she helped. I wish all of my employees were as dedicated as this young lady!!!
