This is our favorite pet store!!!!! Today our Xena had a birthday and she was spoiled with yummy birthday treats! They always have very high quality food and the biggest variety of treats you can imagine! If your pet needs a special diet this is the place to go! If they just want yummy food? Also the place to go! All of the staff are so nice to talk to, knowledgeable and so very helpful. They even gave miss Xena some presents today! They’re always so happy to see your pups (and ours are always so happy to see them!). They’re full of advice and resources and always go above and beyond their call here, 200/10 would always recommend! They really blow away any experience I’ve ever had in a pet store before and they also make me, and my family feel really safe. If I could give them 200 stars I would! :)

Every employee at loyal companion is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I always bring my dog hank when I go and they shower him with love and treats! They have wonderful customer service, and do everything they can to make sure your dog has the best food, and treats for their health; at the best price.

The team at Loyal Companion in Littleton is second to none! Every time I enter the store, I am warmly greeted and always asked about how my dog is doing. The staff is so helpful and always lets me know about sales and coupons and new products. I specifically choose not to shop online and a big box retailers because this location is comfortable and personable and the staff makes you feel like you’re at home. I genuinely believe they care for my dog. Also, due to their recommendation I purchased the Natural Dog Company Paw Soother and it’s amazing and all natural and is working to repair my dogs pads. Can’t say enough about the ladies at Loyal companion!

The staffs were amazing! Friendly! Knowledgeable! And super helpful! The store surprisingly carries Feline Natural which I haven’t seen any other loyal companion carries! What a wonderful surprise! And 15% for over 15 cans deal - U don’t see this type of deal from online retailers… I’ll definitely come back for more cans lol this store has all the brands I want

Wonderful pet store with a terrific selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff! Our cat is sensitive to chicken and it can be difficult to find chicken-free options for him, especially kibble, but this place had many for us to choose from. Lots of great eats and treats for our dog, too!We arrived just a few minutes after closing one night and Monique was incredibly kind enough to unlock the door for us and let us grab what we needed for our hungry little guys. Thank you so much!!

I love Loyal Companion in Littleton! The store is huge and has the most cat-centered foods, treats, litters, medicines, and toys of any pet store around. The employees here are wonderful. I always come right when they open, and they always kindly greet me and offer help- today holding the door for me when I left with my arms full. They also helped me when I adopted two kittens and didn’t know what type of dry and wet foods to give them… we’re now a Weruva/Roosevelt family :). I’ve been coming to this store biweekly for about a year, and even though there are other pet stores near my home, it’s worth the drive for the big selection and customer service. Thank you for helping me keep my kitties happy!

This store has a huge selection of high-quality cat food, including my cat's favorites: Stella and Chewy Chick-chick-chicken freeze-dried raw food and Koha chicken and duck stew. The staff members are very friendly, and even recognize me in a mask! Here's a shout-out to Monique, who seems to be there all the time, and is a true animal lover.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Dawn W. at Littleton Loyal Companion! My Alusky Nova has a sensitive tummy to certain chews and bones. She took the time to help us find something that would be the best option for our 7 month old pup! She also says thank you for the yummy beef cheek! We will be back for more in the future! 🐾

I have been going to this location for about three years (including before the store was rebranded and changed names - if you have not been back since they changed names the store is night and day better). This is my favorite Loyal Companion to go to compared to the few others I have shopped at.I usually go once a week on Saturday or Sunday and the staff is also very helpful especially Dawn and Monique. Both are usually working when I go and they are one of the main reasons why I keep going back. They are always super helpful and knowledge about new products and what to purchase. They also always are keen to greet me by name as well as my dog by name.Additionally, the store always has my dog's favorite dog food and treats in stock and are always adding new things.Overall, try shopping here before going to an online retailer or a large big box store and you will not be disappointed.

Eisen’s favorite food, and that which has left him the happiest and healthiest of all those that he’s tried, is Loyal Companion’s Roosevelt Moovelous, so he and we were very excited to see that they have now come out with a healthy and yummy companion treat to his favorite food. It definitely seems to have earned his four paw rave review. We’re very happy to add this new training treat to our fun with Eisen, who’s motto is that the quality of training and fun are directly proportional to the quality of the treats! The Loyal Companion team in Littleton MA were AMAZING! Dawn, Marianne and Monique helped make my first visit to the store a 5 star experience. I needed to find a food/feeding method that would fit my foster’s preferences, as she was refusing the foods I had at home. They were able to help me narrow down what I was looking for and even had great quality kibble samples available to try from. After a taste test we figured out what she liked best and she hasn’t missed a meal since. I’ll be returning for sure - I highly recommend their store and especially the help of their staff. Absolutely love this store. It has a great selection of quality animal food, supplements and anything else you may need or want for your animals. They support local shelters and rescues, which is amazing because they don't sell animals themselves and encourage ethical ways of acquiring animals. The customer service in the store as well as online/ phone is always considerate, compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Huge fan of Loyal Companion in Littleton, MA. The staff is incredible, I can ask about so many topics and everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have my own dogs and also foster for a rescue and always find what I need and get great advice from the staff. Shout out to Dawn W, Monique, Dawn A, Alex, and Danielle! The product selection is not available at other large pet stores. So thankful to have a local source of great tips and products!

I love coming into Loyal Companion in Littleton is that me and my pup are always greeted with a smile and genuine desire to help us chose the best options for the goals and budget we have. As a new puppy owner, it can be overwhelming to have so many options on types of food, snacks, chews, you name it -- both in many stores and online. You want to do the right thing picking healthy and delicious options that a dog can thrive on. The Staff goes out of their way to be helpful without being pushy.. AND I can always count on them to recommend a deal, remind me of rewards and help me make the best of my purchase, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

The best place for specialty pet food hands down. The deals and rewards program beat every other pet store and my pets’ stuff is usually on sale for between 15 and 20 percent off every few weeks. If your pets eat a specialty diet or you just care about getting the best possible nutrition, shop here. Monique is the best cashier— always super helpful and easy to talk to. I love Loyal Companion and I’m never going back to the big box stores again.

It's an amazing pet store with a fantastic selection of food, especially for my picky queen of a cat and the newest princess. There is always some kind of amazing deal or sale going on, plus ive saved money by being part of their rewards system. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Went into store right before closing on tues March 17th to get something to help my dog that has been limping from his arthritis....I was helped by a girl named Ashley who was not only incredibly knowledgeable, she was also incredibly patient answering all of my questions and taking her time with me....I said I could come back I felt bad they should be closed and she said 'absolutely not, what were talking about is important"....she definitely went way above and beyond to make sure my baby was taken care of!! This store itself is also fantastic and has everything u could ever need for a pet. Highly recommended!! I would go back again just based off my experience tonight alone! Thanks ashley!!!Addendum: Maryann is also absolutly fantastic!! Never had a bad employee interaction there. Its clear they truly care about your concerns and your pet.

Great Experience on my first time there! I walked in the store just to get a treat with my cavapoo. The staff ame up to us to greet Molly with treats. Soon they realized she was a picky eater, and that didn't stop Dawn W. To keep trying new treats and actually dog food. I was surprised to see my puppy to see dog food!!!! Loved the tips received and outstanding service from both staffing!!! I will be a customer for life!!! Highly recommend this place, very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I love this place! Everyone there is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I just switched my dog's food to Grandma Dot and needed another bag. They were out so THEY made a trip to a different Loyal Companion to pick it up and had it for me the next day. Now that is fantastic customer service!!!!! Above & beyond and with a smile too! I love this place! Cheaper than any national chains, which really surprised me! The gals who are typically there when I visit, particularly Monique, are always so helpful to me. I’m a brand new puppy dad and they have guided me through the early stages of this process from food choices, puppy shampoos (they make their own and it’s amazing), and potty training tricks.They also have everything we need for our cats and then some! Highly recommend this great local business- above and beyond any corporate place I’ve been.
