Purchased some chopped straw here as mulch for my raised garden beds. I was told by two people who worked here it was heat treated to kill any seeds. I don't think it is heat treated. I couldn't find where it said it on the package but trusting the high reviews for this place I applied it anyway. Big regret! I should have returned it. Every morning I now have to weed my raised bed and I tried to use seed free soil and amendments to prevent this. Such a bummer!

My husband and I have been going here for years. We are not local, but drive here because the prices of products are fair, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have a variety of animals and out door yard care needs that are all met in one store. Highly recommended this store.

Recently purchased a lawn tractor, mulch, loam, and rented an aerator. The experience purchasing the lawn tractor was efficient and painless. Peter was so helpful to determine what model was appropriate for my yard and walked me through the basic operation. Then, when it was dropped off at my house, the delivery man helped to walk through starting, maintenance, and basic usage. So helpful. Would never have gotten this level of service or support from a big box store. This is the type of local business I want to support!

This place has everything you need for your yard and garden!!! They even sell baby chicks!My sister and I got veggies to grow in our gardens. I wish I had gotten more and we were soaked from the rain. It was worth the trip!!!

First time in the store today. I was blown away with the service. A guy spent over 10 minutes helping us pick out simple vegetable garden fencing. When I learned they do power equipment sales and service I decided this place will be my one stop shop. I have been going to Wayland for power tools until now. Looking forward to buying a riding mower soon. I have no idea how the prices compare to other places but I am personally willing to pay more to ensure I get the right thing. It saves time and money in the end. Also, they hooked up my 6 yo with all the lollipops he could handle. Five stars.

This place is great. I just moved to the area and have been putting together a garden and patio for our house, and they've helped me with everything I've needed. Having never done anything like this before, I must have gone in there 10 times in a three-week span,, and all of the employees behind the counter were incredibly helpful in sorting out what materials and equipment I needed. The delivery drivers were thorough in their explanations of how to use the machines upon delivery, and when one of the machines I rented malfunctioned midday, and they sent a friendly technician out within 30 minutes to repair it so I was able to finish the job. Highly recommend!

Fantastic local farm & outdoor equipment store. My family and I are avid bird watchers, and their selection of bird feeding supplies is phenomenal (far better than Aubuchon's in downtown Littleton). Products are reasonably priced and the customer service is impeccable! Will always come here for our bird feeding needs!

Great place for a flock builder. They have all types of bird foods, chicken coops, loan and garden tools as well as small machinery.I bought a chicken coup with them and they'll deliver it for me within reasonable amount of time at a gracious $75 fee. For the type of item they're delivering i believe it's worth it for sure.Customer service was great and i found what I was looking for.

Love this place! We mostly go here to get feed for our chickens, but we have also purchased baby chicks, gotten hay and feed for our rabbit, and my son has gotten a load of dirt for their garden. Friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable staff will give you excellent guidance for anything you're not sure about. Highly recommend.

I bought 40 lb. bag of sunflower seeds in their store in Littleton along with a bird feeder that they recommended . I filled the bird feeder up and when no birds were feeding from it ; I returned to the store and wanted to replace it with a feeder that works with sunflower seeds. The manager said I had to purchase different type of bird food and would not let me return the feeder that they recommended . Last time I shop at Agway! They do not deserve one star. So

I have shopped at Agway for everything from pill pockets for my dog, propane for my grill, to mulch and flowers for my yard, but today’s experience was the best so far.
