This is the only place I've taken my pooch where she is actually excited to be dropped for the day (or for longer).The people working at Gemini are caring and attentive, and I don't worry about my dog because I know she is in good hands.The prices are reasonable, and the opening hours, from 0600-2200 make drop off and pick up easy.The teeth cleaning service was also reasonably priced.Our pooch loves it at Gemini.

Terrible customer service. I would avoid this place for sure if you are looking to bring a new dog into their fold. From the interaction with the receptionist (I felt bad for the young lady) to the groomers obnoxious emails and the companies process. Just terrible...

We were coming in from out of state and started working on the plans 3-4 months in advance. We had all the paperwork complete and a scheduled evaluation/tour for our first day in town, but when we arrived in town, they did not have our appt in their schedule. But after several phone calls and reviewing emails, they fit us in the next morning, and our dog was abe to attend daycare for the next 4 days. She loved it and was bathed and groomed during our stay. The hours are great, and they make sure the dogs all get plenty of exercise and play time.

I had a grooming appt today that I was late for due to traffic crawling on rt495. I dropped my dog off about 35 minutes late. When I got home an hour later I found an email saying the appt had been canceled at 9:10 I had assumed they were going to groom her since they took her when I dropped her off and did not say anything.I tried emailing and phoning starting at 1, but never could reach anyone. Then around 2:30 I emailed again asking on her status. I called again at 3 and reached the groomer. She asked me why didn't you email that I was running late since email was the best way to reach them. I couldn't email since I was driving and that is not safe or legal to do. I did not try calling since my experience is they rarely pick up the phone. No one had called me between 9:10 and 3 to tell me my dog was sitting in a cage. The person at the front desk never told the groomer my dog was there. I was upset on the poor customer service that my dog and I received today and really upset that my dog spent the day in a cage when she did not need to. I have been a customer for at least 3 years, but I wonder if I will ever go back after today's experience.

I am a severely disabled Vietnam combat veteran, and was recently discharged from the rehabilitation unit of the Veterans Medical Center in Bedford, MA. Since I live alone, the director of the rehab unit contacted 22 Mowhawks about service dog program for disabled veterans. One week after my hospital discharge, they delivered Willow into my arms, and I immediately fell in love with her.The facility and staff of Gemini Dogs is outstanding and I am thrilled to be able to work with them going forward.The facility and staff are amazing. Michelle, one of the trainers came to my home yesterday to help me with the development of my 6 month old Lab, she is to become my partner in life, and was donated by 22 Mowhawks.Although I have been training Willow since she was 6 weeks old; and she is smart and hard working, she has at least 6 months of additional training before she becomes a fully certified service dog.

We were camping nearby, I needed to find a boarding that would take two dogs. Gemini pet boarding was very responsive to my call. I talked to the owner directly and she accepted our dogs. My youngest dog was frightened when she went in and so they took her out front and let her hang out with them in the office to get her to calm down. The next day when we took them in they were very excited to see them and went right away in without hesitation. They sent me a couple of pictures throughout the day to show me that she was doing OK and sitting in peoples laps. They were spoiled at Gemini boarding.

We were looking for some place to board our dog for the day while we went into Boston. Gemini has great hours, currently 6A-10P so we didn’t have to worry about being rushed. We have a little dog who is used to having her big brother around (we left him home with the house sitter), so she had some company for the day. I highly recommend you contact them a day or two before you want to board.

We've been using Gemini since about March for both daycare and boarding. Easy reservation process and great care from the staff. They handle special needs dogs wonderfully; my guy has food allergies and some anxiety issues and they handle it with ease. I swear my dog is more excited to go than he is to leave most days. Very grateful we found this place.

We are from Pennsylvania, came up to Ayer for my niece's wedding. I wanted to find a place where our new puppy could spend the day while we enjoyed the wedding, and not have to worry about the pup. This IS the place! So glad I found Gemini Dogs. Great place and people. Our pup had fun. Very pleased.

Gemini is the best. Everyone who works there is awesome and amazing with dogs, they treat all of the dogs they care for like their own family. They are unbelievably flexible and make drop offs and pickups very convenient and easy. The new facility has ample space and my dogs literally run into the place like they just won a million dollars.

We just started private nose work and manners training with Jenn McCann at our house for our three dogs. I highly highly recommend this experience. Jenn is patient and caring with a ton of experience. This is a great sport which makes the dog think and work with their natural abilities. Reactive dogs are welcome. Our dogs received individual attention and it's very affordable for a multi-dog household.

Our first dog to go here loved it! He used to go to other boarders but didn't have fun. When he came here, the staff were so kind and made him feel at home. We asked for him to not be in a playgroup and instead get 1 on 1 time with the staff. Our dog never wanted to come back home.Our current dog is more outgoing, but also fits right in. He has been coming here since he was a puppy, and we always know he will have a blast. He loves to play with the other dogs and the staff. When he sees his red Gemini bag near the door, he gets so excited and sprints out the door.Although it can be loud, both of our dogs love it here!

I love Gemini dogs. My dog has been going there for the last 10 years. They treat us like family. If for some reason, I have to drop my dog off before 6 a.m.( they open at 6 a.m.),. They are very accommodating about dropping him off before then. The grooming of my dog is absolutely spectacular. The groomer (who happens to be the manager) does a very thorough job of checking to make sure there's any abnormalities with my dog like bumps and stuff. She was able to find a cancerous lump in my dog's paw which we were able to catch in time thanks to her. 😁😁😁. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes their not very good about answering their emails. My recommendation is to call them instead of emailing them. Also, the owners are super nice.

Gemini Dogs is an impressive and organized facility with a team who seems to love working with dogs each day. Hours of availability could not be any better for busy schedules and long days. It is however a loud facility that echos with each dog’s bark and often led me to wonder just how relaxed daycare can be when inside for downtime in the crates?They were thorough in providing daily “report cards” on our puppy’s progress which was great. Although, just when things seemed to be going fine, abruptly told us it wasn’t a good fit. This has left us confused on how our dog was really doing each day considering conflicting progress reports. (We were basically asked to not come back because our dog was suddenly too anxious to go outside, which was news to us after 6 visits.) Hearing this on our first visit back after being on a brief two week hiatus while our lab was neutered left us feeling blindsided and confused.So, if you’re depending on doggy daycare and establishing a routine please consider that while you may think things are going well, one day Gemini may suddenly decide they no longer want your business and justify that it’s in the best interest for your dog.

My great Dane LOVES this place. And the owners and staff love her.She always goes into the office area when we arrive in the morning so she can say hi to the staff. They all come out to greet her. She comes home tired and happy.

I am grateful to have this incredible resource near me. I got my first puppy 7 months ago, and the staff at gemini dogs help me trememdously. I go to dog class here where "big Michelle" and "little Michelle" give me tips on the problems i have and teach me how to be a better doggy parent. My dog also goes to daycare here, where i can drop him off and pick him up anytime between 6a and 10p any day of the week. My dog is shy but i can see he really loves Rose like family and the staff are so patient with him. They helped socialize him, and crate rested him after his neuter. My dog had leg surgery and at daycare the staff advanced his activity and checked in with me frequently. I cannot recommend Gemini dogs highly enough. Thanks to all the staff for all you do!

They take such good care of our dog. We have a dog reactive dog and no place else gives her the care she deserves. Every place else treats her like there is something wrong with her. These people see how much love she has to give and take great care of her.

This place is really cool and they care about animals a lot. My only problem with them is that I got lost and I coudlnt find the building because it's attached to these other big buildings. Google maps tells you turn right on to the street but it dosent tell you where it is on the street. Make sure you take that first right soon as you get on the street and drive down until you see the black and red sign. I am doing an apprentice ship here every Mondays to be a dog trainer. My sister works here, so Michelle the trainer was very nice and let me do it. Michele is a very good trainer and she is unique. I love the way she trains dogs.
