Alpha Tech Pet has been outstanding to work with. We recently purchased a Tornado floor scrubber and were told we wouldn't be able to use KennelSol in our scrubber because how bad it foamed up. I reached out to Alpha Tech Pet and was told they specifically made a High Concentrate version specifically for floor scrubbers. My rep wanted me to try it first and sent me a Gallon the same day to try in our machine. We have been using it for several weeks and are very happy with the results. At this point my biggest concern was the 15 gallon drum I had just purchased of regular KennelSol. Immediately Alpha Tech Pet offered to buy it back from me. I was sent a UPS shipping label and immediately had the unopened drum sent to another client of Alpha Tech Pet. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service, willingness to help, and quick solution to our problem. Thank you Karen and Alpha Tech Pet.

Alpha Tech Pet produces the best pet cleaning solutions I’ve ever used. I’ve used their carpet shampoo, odor remover, and Skunk odor remover. All these products performed better than I imagined. The skunk odor remover is amazing and so easy to use. A day later no one knew our dog was skunked! I’m going to stock up. Highly recommend them.

I rarely leave reviews however Alpha Tech Pet went above and beyond for us this past summer when our new puppy that we had only a week came down with Giardia, tapeworm and Parvo. It had been recommended to me to get my hands on Wysiwash to spray down the outside yard which we did and it is amazing. It was also recommended to get KennelSol to clean the inside of the house too, which we do. We had a really hard time finding the products and late one night stumbled across Alpha Tech Pets webite. I called them the next day and they had everything I needed to santize our living space indoors and out. Karen and her coworkers were so kind and compassionate about out situation. I highly recommend this company and these products. Thank you for being so responsive!!

Found Skunk Away at an expo, decided gave it a shot and boy am I glad we did! As the manager of a small dog grooming shop (that can easily become overtaken by the scent when a skunked dog comes in), we had tried so many shampoos and "tricks" that just seemed to mask the skunk smell, but this product has helped the most out of anything else we've tried. I have noticed it seems to be more effective when applied soon after the dog is sprayed instead of when owners bring their dog in a day or two later, after they've already washed them 10 times and tried the tomato and the baking soda and all the other "online tricks".Also, it can sometimes cause some discoloration of light/white fur- but don't panic (like I did lol), it goes away as long as you wash it out well and watch your timing and don't leave it in too long.Very happy to have found a product that actually works!
