Golden paws staff did an incredible job cutting my bichon poodles hair. It was his first professional haircut and despite being 4 months old and being FULL of puppy energy they were able to cut his hair and his nails and do an amazing job! I will be coming back to Golden Paws for all of my dog’s grooming needs. They were easy to communicate with and scheduling was easy.

I am a new customer and am always a little hesitant with new places/services, but Manny made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in and assured me that my pup would get the right hair cut to protect her double coat. She came out smelling great and looking just like the reference photo I provided. Will be coming back here any time I need grooming services.

Our Lab Gio came back from his grooming appointment looking magnificent. He went in with a heavily shedding coat, patches of pine sap, and dirt on his paws. The transformation is wonderful. He was more relaxed after this visit than usual, which was a good thing to see. Thank you, Golden Paws. The blue bandana looks great.

Our first experience with Golden Paws. Customer service was excellent.We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and he was full of mats due to our outdoor activity all winter. Groomer took a lot of extra time removing “elf locks” and did a quality job on the cut. We found our new groomer - we will be back.

This was our first time at any dog groomer, for our first grooming for our dog. The most important thing for us was that when our dog came out he was happy and was happy to see us but also happy to be around the staff, and the owner there also. When we first got there, the owner picked him up with no problems and she was so welcoming and kind, and we saw that it continued throughout the experience. We are very happy with the experience there and look forward to continuing this relationship with Golden Paws. And birch was very happy and continues to be happy at home after this experience!

Manuel did a great job getting my mud covered golden clean. I didn’t even have an appointment and he made time for my dog who was obviously going to take quite a bit of time. I plan to return.

Have been going here for a while. My dog came home very upset. Spent all day yesterday hiding and shaking. And there are parts that weren’t trimmed properly. They gave my pup a bath after I asked them not to as well and tried to charge me full price. I will be doing this myself or find a place I know I can really trust.

My nervous and abused rescue dog did amazing. I was able to get updates from the front desk on how she did. She smells fantastic and I am very happy with her wash and cut.10/10

I have been to this place with my small size pup first time as I am new to the town. The quality of work was poorest I have seen. My pup was same as before grooming. None in my family was able to differentiate before and after grooming work. They still $65. I felt like cheated.

Pathetic service!! Please don’t waste your dogs time and your money !! Me and my wife spend at least an hour a day to kelp our dog Matt free. Taking our dog here was the biggest mistake !! He came back matted and his hair shaved at various places !! Do your dog a favor, don’t take him there period ! Highly unprofessional staff and service .. people with DOODLES BEWARE !! On top of that our friends dog had a few matts which they promised can be removed, GUESS WHAT!! That’s RIGHT THEY SHAVED HIM COMPLETELY AS WELL !!

These people removed my dog’s seresto collar and didn’t tell me. Few days later the dog had ticks on and the collar was not in place. Since obviously the dog could not remove the collar herself and I didn’t .. it had to be groomers. I paid 70 for the collar, 70 for grooming, and now 70 for a new collar total of 210$!!!! Thank golden paws!They are saying they will mail the collar and I could store it in a bag. This is not the way to treat clients. If your shortcomings caused others to lose money don’t charge for your services. We had to give the dog another bath to make sure he and us were safe. Not going there again

We have our dog for close to 7 years, and we got the best haircut ever.Smooth, even, and just beautiful.I must say that grooming is a lot of work, I get it, but $78 for it, was a bit much.So will I go back. Definately a maybe.But great haircut, and attention to detail in our dogs grooming.Amazing job!

Took my dog here for the first time. He looked great afterward. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that I was never given a call that he was done. I was told an estimated time in the morning. Tried calling twice to get an update and was unable to reach anyone. I just showed up to pick him up. It just seems weird that they wouldn't call when done. I'll probably still go back because the price was good and he looked great. I just wish there was better communication.

Golden Paws is the best! We have been coming here for more than 6 years and are thrilled with Golden Paws’ staff and their highest standards in compassion, safety, quality of grooming and cleanliness. It also offers boarding and we feel great peace of mind when we need to travel without our dogs. Our dogs have medication needs as well as fear issues that the owner M. and staff have proven to handle in an excellent fashion. They are the only ones who have successfully calmed our anxious dogs. We consider ourselves most fortunate to use the wonderful services that Golden Paws provides.

We brought our year old German Shepard here for the first time today and they did an amazing job!!The only thing I was a little disappointed with they weren’t able to cut her nails, I do understand because I was even asked to hold her while they try to do it but she was so scared because her last nail trim (Le Clip Joint) the girl did a hack job!!Hopefully her next appointment she will be less nervous, other than that she looks so clean, shiny and thank god she smells so pretty now!!!!

Horrible... Horrible... Horrible!!! My goldendoodle came back matted and incorrectly trimmed/cut. Took my dog to them for meet and great a week before and also gave clear instructions on what to do (bath only) at the time of leaving the dog for service... they still trimmed the hair all over and neck is all matted. At first, denied that they didn't cut but then later accepted and acknowledged. Not at all reliable. Kept my dog for 3.5 hours and spent probably only 30min. with him. Not sure, where and how they kept him. I am not going there back again!!!!

We love golden paws. Our pomeranian teddy will be 11 years old next month and we've been taking him since he was a puppy. They have been consistently amazing. We no longer live in the area, but we have been missing Golden Paws for their amazing service. The groomers are utmost caring, which is especially important since both our dogs are rescues and can be nervous around new situations. It is so rare to find a grooming spa that is both affordable and has outstanding staff.

The groomers work hard to make the dogs feel comfortable. My dog is especially anxious and the groomer is always calm and patient. They have given good advice on handling her behavior and on prepping her for her appointment.

My nervous Maltese mix came here regularly and they always did a great job. I have a new (even more nervous) dog and they were patient with her even though she barked (probably) constantly.

Very pleased with Golden Paws. I would give it 5 stars, but a couple times they cut her alittle longer than I ask.I would recommend you mention to the groomer evey time on site that you want a shorter cut then normal because they may have a different groomer do the cut each time. But price wise, way better than Petsmart and Petco and definitely better Protocol during COVID-19 for pickup.

My Havanese dog was left to be washed and clipped. When I picked him up I was told that he was hyper and the cut didn't come out right. When I took him home I was astonished. The cut was a blunt cut around the ears and different lengths all over his face. Nothing was evenly cut. Also I believe the body and legs of my dog was buzzed and not clipped as one would expect. It is about 1/2 Inch and it should be at least an inch. When I called the owner she agreed that the cut was not right and that I could bring him back to have him evened out. What's to even out, there's hardly any hair. I told her i wanted a refund which she refused several times. Never bring your dog there, they have people clipping dogs who know nothing about it. They also have an attitude problem.

Man having 2 one-star reviews isn't even fair. Maisy has been getting hair cuts here for 3 years and each and every time they have done a great job. I hope other people can help with Golden Paws reviews. It's a travesty that one star reviews are bringing down a solid operation.

I was dissatisfied when I picked up my Labradoodle at this place. The owner was given specific instructions not to shave my dog. However, when I arrived for pickup my labradoodle was completely shaved and also I noticed my dog had high anxiety coming out of this place. I will not be returning here and I found them not friendly at all.
