Pickup and dropoff experience has been good, but anytime there is a slight issue that simply needs someone to spend two seconds looking into, there is no follow-through. For me, this has led to delays in prescriptions past when I am out...and not supposed to stop abruptly. One example - several instances of prescriptions canceled by the pharmacy that needed the fill qty updated to 90 days. My long-term prescriptions have been written by the doctor this way all along (which isn't even necessary for non-controlled meds). Anyway, used to be a tech at this company. No phone calls on issues, nothing. Closed Sundays. The service here at this location I would rate as poor.

Andy and his coworker that refuse to give her first name participated in malpractice on 1/16/2024 my doctor rewrote my script for today due ti a hemtoligist app on 1 /17/2024 i have blood clots ive also had a issue in the past when I had a seizure do to my script being called in late I called my insurance company to verify I can pickup my script up to 3 days early Andy refused to give me my ready script in his hand know I dis loved information about my medical conditions and appointment with my hemtoligist tomorrow on 1/17/2024 and would not call my doctor to verify or talk to my insurance company I called or call my insurance himself because they wanted to leave early they are willing to risk Mt life to get a blood clot die to a seizure they could have prevented by giving me my script on the correct day the lady in pharmacy started this by saying they were closed with cages still open the clock clearly on the wall 7 minutes before closing even though I did state 5 minutes earlier I will be filing charges malpractice along with assault and battery of a disabled person neglect of a disabled person ect!!!

The 5 star review is specifically for a gal named Diana at the pharmacy. I was a basket-case trying to pick up a prescription for one of my children, and she went out of her way to help me out. She truly went above and beyond what was expected, and really saved the day. I would have tipped her if I had been allowed! So thank you Diana for your help!!!

On November 11 I received my booster vaccine. The tech (female)who did it never touched my arm. After cleaning with alcohol she just stabbed. Never pinched my arm. I usually don’t feel injections at all but this one definitely hurt. My arm has a huge bump at the site. I am an RN so have given hundreds of injections. Not sure if this is how she was taught. My sister is a pharmacist and she described how she does it. Was exactly how I would have.

I picked up a prescription there a little over a month ago with what was supposed to be a 60 day supply. I have a few days left on the prescription now and my doctor has to submit an override to the insurance company for a new prescription as Walgreens did not give me the correct amount of pills. I went down to the pharmacy this morning to explain the situation and the pharmacist told me that 60 pills would have fit in the bottle and she tossed the bottle back at me as I was trying to answer a phone from my PCP's office to try and finish straightening this situation out. I will never get prescriptions filled at Walgreens ever again. You should not have to count your pills out, the pharmacist should know how to do their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the people at the pharmacy are pretty rude.Update: Just received a call from the pharmacy manager who checked the security footage and confirmed that they had shorted me 30 pills. Unbelievable!!

If I could give zero I would. Staff is Very Rude, ANGELA to be specific. Worst customer service ever on many occasions, Can never find my orders, Refuses to sell me clearance items even when marked on shelf. Ignores customers while they stand and wait for her help. When asked a question she redirects to someone else. Not a very helpful employee, and should not be working with people if she doesnt like her job.

I went to the Leominster Walgreens the 16th of December to get tested for the virus. 3 days went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called. The guy in the pharmacy department told me it will take up to five days on the fifth day I called the pharmacy department at Walgreens in Leominster and a girl answered and she was so very very rude and told me that I had to call LabCorp I asked for the phone number and she said just Google it. I googled labCorp and I could not find a phone. My daughter-in-law called the next day got the same girl at the pharmacy department and she was rude to my daughter-in-law this is unacceptable these are people out here trying to get tested to see if they are sick I work in Public transportation this is not fair this is Christmas time and we need to know what is going on

The pharmacy has gone downhill ever since Francois left, the current crew is totally clueless as to what is going on. We get messages that our scripts are ready then when we go to pickup they are not...we will be switching pharmacies because incompetence seems to be a trend ...the rest of the store is fantastic

I've visited this Walgreen twice since moving to the area. The employees have been very courteous and helpful each time.Tonight, that was taken to a whole new level. I'm still pretty new to the area and had no friends within reasonable distance able to come help me out when my car wouldn't start.Doug and his manager were on duty and had recently rung me up for a purchase. I went back in to ask if anyone could assist and Doug took his nightly break to come help me out! His manager was very willing to cover the register so he could help a customer in need.Thank you Leominster Walgreens for helping this resident out in his time of need! The slightly longer drive to visit your location instead of CVS will be well worth the trip!

Western union was a huge pain. Didn't work on the kiosk, the cashier said they can't enter a tracking number, only a phone number, which also didn't work. First time I tried to use their western union service the cashier didn't even tell me there is a kiosk I could use and she called me a he repeatedly (I am female) despite my constant correction. The second try the manager assisted me, however due to that Walgreens locations limitations, she failed to help me also. I was about to walk in 9°F weather to another western union location to try there until my wonderfully brilliant girlfriend tried one last time at the kiosk and it went through. Stressful headache!

Lately the pharmacy in Walgreens seems to be messing up scripts. I have had several problems with getting my scripts when i need them along with others. Last month i couldn't get my epilepsy medicine till a Tuesday didn't have enough for whole weekend. Now Walgreens pharmacy are telling me there's a problem with another medicine the amount they gave me. First i was given a partial 10 pills then instead of the rest of the partial next time recieved whole month supply. I take over 24 pills a day. Really pharmacy in Walgreens need to realize that some medicines are the difference between life and death. I really dont need the added stress of dealing with mess up that was made by them with my insurance. Not when i have stress induced seizures with other types as well. This is all why i rated it 2 stars i have no problem with with photos, cashiers, and anyone else all really nice which is why it got a 2 instead of half of a 🌟 or whole 🌟.

The new stuff they just hired there is completely clue less and really rude! It’s a short,chubby girl with black hair! If you see her in the cash registers just leave your stuff and go shopping somewhere else that girl is really rude! And the management is really really poor! Seriously don’t even bother going there!

Stopped in this Walgreen last night after the wonderful Winter Stroll. We picked up the items we wanted and the cashier was so nice and pleasant. It seems Walgreen always has the items we want.

Walgreens in Leominster, MA has one of the best ideas for anti-shoplifting that I've seen yet. The hall to the public restrooms is a narrow corridor. Abutting the left and right walls at the entrance to the hallway are anti-theft detection panels. There is no way around them to the left or right, you are forced to pass between them and they are also quite tall. I don't know why the big box stores (and virtually any stores) haven't thought of this. I believe that it would dramatically reduce the cost of shoplifting in this country, therefore decreasing the cost to the consumer. Just my opinion. Kudos Walgreens!

I went to Walgreen's looking for the FedEx drop off. It's located at the photo center. Drop off was easy. This Walgreen's is very spacious and clean. Recommended #bechego #recommended
