Don't ever, ever rebox a used defective returned product and resell it as new. Ever. I keep trying to like this store mostly because it's the only thing available in the area for our needs but you guys keep failing. Half of the inside door of that Havahart trap was covered in old peanut butter and the door was defective. When I called after I got home and discovered this, I was told that if a returned product "looks good", it is repackaged and put back on the shelf. I needed to catch a weasel and now two more of my chickens are dead. I went into this store, bought a product, trusted that it was as advertised and it turned out to be unusable.Response from Customer: With respect to Customer "Solutions".Been there. Done that. Got the T-shirt. I had a resolution take three months. The resolution was that they stopped demanding a return on a $700+ purchase that I never received.

We drive out of the way to visit this store. My fiance and I have never had a negative experience. Staff members are always friendly and willing to help. We purchased chicks two separate times and both times the ladies who helped us were fantastic. We chatted with Stephanie (I think) a few days ago while purchasing baby chicks. She was super helpful and assisted us through the store while we picked out all of the chicks accessories. She really went above and beyond. We visited the store again today to purchase additional chick babies. We were again helped by an associate who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We've also spoken to a manager (a man- not sure of his name) several times, who's been able to help us locate several things around the store. We'll continue to drive out of the way for the experience that we always have in this store.

Of all the things in this store that dont sell, they decided something as small and basic as a WALLET, na that should be seasonal only. Yet in June I go looking, there are none, but still plenty of other winter gear. Doesnt make sense. Also this store doesnt have a dog wash. I dont like this one.

The female assistant store manager shouldn't have a job there. She is the rudest person I've ever met and her co-workers agree. I feel bad for the people she works with. Huge attitude problem, go ahead, ask the people that work there, any of them. The rest of the employees and the store manager are great, they just need to get rid of her.

I come in here often & always have a wonderful experience. This time I came in for a larger purchase & the team member were amazing especially RACHEL, ELANA, JOASH & BRIAN.They all worked together to LISTEN to my needs & meet them properly. If one didn't have an answer they made sure to ask another instead of just bsing or not getting me an answer at all.I love this place. Well stocked and very helpful and welcoming staff. Found great workgloves for winter and picked up a nice Dewalt accessory for $5 less than an on line competitor. More stock being put out with a broad variety of choices. My go-to if looking for unique hardware when making repairs to equally unusual equipment and structures.

I feel safe bringing my service dog here. staff are kind to us and they always ask first before giving the dog a treat! however, some aisles are a tight squeeze with a service dog. she can't stand by my side in one of the pet supplies aisles, as she is too big. she's only 60 lbs. this makes it difficult for mobility aid users or mobility dog users. despite that issue with the narrow aisle, there's plenty of supplies for animals and decent dog food can be found here.

First time at this Tractor Supply Co. location and was pleasantly surprised by the staff reaching out and going above my expectations. They were helpful and empathetic to trying to make my visit seamlessly great. Fence gates can be bulky but not for this staff. In and out in 10 minutes.

Horrible on-line shopping system, and horrible inventory control. Customer solutions center even worse. Spent more than an hour trying to order a $1,000+ list of horse and chicken feed, pasture seed, and electric fence supplies - first by using their on-line system, then by trying to order over the telephone directly with the Leominster, MA store location, and finally by calling the customer solutions center - only to be ultimately told by the customer solutions agent, Rachel (who sounded vague and clueless, and low on energy, and was not helpful at all) that almost everything I was trying to order was out of stock in all of the surrounding stores and that I would need to pay the shipping costs from the distribution warehouse to the Leominster store, which would be in the hundreds of dollars.

This place is a hidden Delight! Absolutely the best prices on most Pet Foods and even better deals when they have a sale. Not the most inviting atmosphere ever, but excellent staff.Still going here, still the best deals 9 times out of ten!

Centrally located and full of great farm and garden products. The staff is I credibly knowledgeable and most have experience with the products they sell. You are greeted the minute you step into the store. The stores are all the same but some are mirror images of the others. Bathrooms are available in the back of the store.I almost forgot to mention that they also sell clothing like Jean's, boots and shirts. Great store.

I called 30 minutes before they closed, I told the girl who answered the phone I was looking bags of pellets, she said they had twenty bags left, I asked if I got there five minutes before closing if that would be to late, she said that would be fine. So off I went, I got there 3 minutes before closing, the two girls met me at the door and they had them on two carts for me ready to go....I couldn't ask for better service...the world needs more people like this...

This was my first time at this Tractor Supply Co. store and there is a lot here for farm and domestic animals. We got a great deal on pelletized bedding for cats and small animals. There is bulk food for cats and dogs as well as other pet supplies. Employees were very polite and helpful in finding items.

It's okay, I did find on 2 different 3 of the staff members to be a bit unfriendly which wasn't the greatest. I've started going to the one in Gardner for this purpose. Much kinder and helpful.

The people are really nice, me and my friends stopped in there and just talked to one of the employees about knives and stuff like that and what it was like to work there, etc. They have an okay selection of knives as well, they let us take a look and let us handle them.

This is a great place if you have a farm w/ farm animals. They carry lawn care needs, wood stoves, and some really cool out door deck and yard pieces. They carry Carhart clothing. And USED to carry Levi's for women 🙄 Main reason I go there was for the Levi's. Everything else I can get down the street at my local hardware store. Disappointed 🤨

Customer service at this location is absolutely wonderful! Especially if you make a phone call to ask if they have certain items in stock they are more than willing to hold it for you at the register so you can have a quick and easy checkout.

Fun store with everything you can imagine. the store goes way beyond what you would think of for a tractor supply company. They they had lots of gifts even some clothing hats and different items that you could buy for Christmas gifts I would recommend stopping in.

Always a hello when you walk in. Very clean with helpful staff. A nice selection of items and hardware that you won't necessarily find at Lowes or Home Depot. Nice compliment to the other stores, not just for farms.

I like the feel of this store. Staff has help me on several projects find some good options. I've gotten all my chickens there each spring and they have always come healthy and cared for.
