3 years now dealing daily with this store, and I have way more compliments than critics. One of the most friendly customer service ever, everyone is always willing to help. Today when picking up an order I just was surprised with the manager sharing his line for any concern from customers, wished all others hardware stores did the same. Congratulations to all employees for the excellent service!

Bought everything for this pellet stove job from HD. The ceramic tile, the Alaskan stone panels on the wall and even the Comfortbilt pellet stove which works perfect for my house. It’s all good!

I am a frequent shopper at this location and typically everything is really good no issues at all. But yesterday it was not just typical, it was amazing. YOYO was the one that took care of me, answered all my questions, was sharp focused and truly made my night. I was having a rough day and someone that could do what is required and more in a efficient manner can change your day. I am both a contractor and an architect so my days are bombarded and these little things go a long way.

The nicest man from the plumbing department helped me! Home Depot has all the tools, tiles, appliances etc that you need for your home renovations! The store is huge you have to see it and the plants ❤️

Tough one. $5,000 for two doors. Took several attempts for the HD contractor to get accurate measurements, took several attempts for HD to order the doors due to questions about the measurements. Turns out I was told they were standard doors. We added a storm door and after the doors were finally installed, we started getting water in between the doors and inside the house. The contractor came out and stated that they were going to caulk.This happened several times. More and more caulking which looks embarrassing from a license contractor and certainly as a home owner standpoint. HD sent their contractors project manager, who pointed the blame at our siding... which again is very odd as we didn't have any issues with water or a hot mess on the exterior of the house prior to the installation.We have contacted HD as they are only offering a $500 discount!? We were told that we would continue to have to caulk the entry way moving forward by the dept manager and they have never had a single problem like this in the "14 years" she has been at HD. LOL. I'm sure.We have zero problems paying contractors to provide goods and services, but fully expect professionalism and that the contractors finish product would be something they would be happy with on their own house. As it stands, $5,000 for two doors, and a soupy looking mess of caulking and doors that are hard to close and have had issues from day 1.

I feel like a kid in a candy store when shopping at Home Depot. You just want to buy everything and do a million DIY projects! The staff is very helpful and there is almost always someone there to help. I had a great experience when purchasing custom made blinds for our kitchen. He walked me through each step and ordered everything for me without a hitch the blinds were delivered shortly after and they are perfect!(I’ve included pics, Venetia, 1.5” vinyl) we’ve had them now for about a year and I love them! Easy to clean, look great, block out heat. Eventually we will get them for each room, pricey though, be ready to shell out about $100 a piece for custom fit. The reason for my 4 star rating and not 5 is because of the lack of variety in products offered, especially in the outdoor gardening center. Lowe’s beats them by a long shot in this department, but that’s for a different review! They also seem to be out of stock of a good amount of items whenever I go. (Although lately I believe it’s due to the pandemic and people doing more projects)

We needed to address a plumbing issue in a rental unit. My husband spoke to a staff person named William. He was so helpful! He showed us what was needed to make the repair and gave instructions on how to do it. My husband had to go back a couple of times to get additional materials. William was there helping my husband every time. He went above and beyond! Everything my husband needed was in stock. The job got completed. Thank you William!

I don't know who likes going to The Home Depot more, me or my 5 year old granddaughter. Regardless, it's a safe, clean (give some grace here people~it's a home improvement warehouse ;) convenient place to pick up all of your holiday, garden and home needs.

This is home depot in Leominster This store is a mess! I had to walk down the lumber Isle and carry each piece down the entire isle, there was not enough room for a cart or carriage, you have to move thing out of your way just to walk to the lumber. I am surprised the fire Department does not shut it down for Isles unsafe and no egress. I attached a picture. I spoke to two employees about this and they say they now and they complained about it also. And they seamed frustrated that management was not listening to them. And the bins are empty is that because they can no get to them to fill them?

My first visit to this store, Leighann was a tremendous help at self checkout! Then next time I was at this store after just moving to Leominster, Sarah helped me with Soo many things! These days with so many choices of where to get your hardware it's hard to decide. I have been enjoying the Home Depot app a little bit more then the competitors, helping me find exactly what I need in the store quickly. most of the staff is very helpful and tries hard to get you what you need. some I've met just point and run the other direction when I ask a question, but you can't expect perfection. I do shop it several different Home depot's on a regular basis but always checking out the app before I go to make sure they have what I need in stock. That's worked out very well so I highly encourage you to download their app.

It seems like at home depot's across the board, employees come off genuinely bothered if you ask them a question. The result is me walking around the store 9 thousand times trying to find something or figure out how to do something just so I don't aggrevate a worker 🤷🏻

Today I went in for some HDX bins and there was a minor issue with my curbside pickup… Mike the manager couldn’t have been nicer in making the correction. He was professional and very cool. Molly at checkout was great as well. The guy who actually grabbed my storage bins was great too… special thanks to Mike. Good to see, there’s still people who take pride and what they do, and are kind. Thx Mike and Molly… and the other dude who’s name I didn’t get..

My husband and I were at the store yesterday to pick up a dump trailer and mulch (among a few other things). As we were loading our truck, April, an employee, approached us and asked if she could help!! I replied “thank you but if you’re busy we can totally handle it”. She replied “actually it’s time for me to go home but I always have time to help good people”. We had never met April and you would have thought that we had known her for years!!Thank you to April. The world needs more “Aprils” in it. You have good store with wonderful employees. Keep up the excellent work.

by far the worst managed Home Depot I’ve ever seen, trash everywhere on the floors no stock of Lumber and what was there was literally just laying around in random locations. I really couldn’t believe how bad it was when I walked in.

I am doing a bathroom remodel on some what of a tight budget. They had everything I would need at a somewhat fair price. Store lay out is fairly easy to navigate. Associates are helpful as well. I also believe there seasonal (summer) product's are good quality! Thanks!
