This Target looks amazing on the outside but the inside leaves much to be desired. The shelves are a disaster in the toy section. Most of the staff is emotionless and one almost hit our cart with theirs as they refused to move from their current path. Lastly, the checkout lanes are a mile deep. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 was that the checkout lady was quite friendly.

I was actually looking for a chair to sit down, while waiting on Best Buy to do a new Radio Install. The only chairs were a 'metal' bench, or a plastic backyard chair. Of this whole mall, not one place had a bench to sit down outside.

used to be great…they’ve really gone down hill though. items are never in stock (even if online it says they are), register lines are always a complete mess, and employees have NO customer service skills whatsoever. i used to love coming here, but not anymore. i’d rather go to walmart or just order online honestly.

I'm not usually a dedicated Target shopper, but they really come thru when needed. I used the Order Pickup feature for the first time, and honestly it was so easy and trouble-free I was surprised. It had been a super long, busy day, and due to my medical condition I knew I'd never be able to trudge thru the store in search of a certain gift for our nephew. I found it in stock online for our local location, and was able to have it in-hand in 2 shakes of a filly's tail. Plus the employee working the Pickup desk was stellar.

Went in to buy some socks. Noticed the line was at least 50 guests long. I realized only about 5 registers were operating and noticed around 10-12 floor employees between the first section of aisles I went down. I approached 2 employees who were effortlessly walking down the main aisle making jokes about customers. I asked if they could ask for additional cashiers to help with the line. She said no one else in the store was trained on registers! That seemed suspicious since I worked at Target and I am pretty sure 90% of employees get trained on the register for these exact moments. I told her I would rather go to Walmart then wait in line for 45 minutes. She said “Sir, it’s busy in here…” as if to condescend me. I then said that seems strange that you wouldn’t try to reassure me that you’re working your hardest to get people checked out. In that moment she bursted out laughing and said something to her co-worker/friend and looked at me and said - “Go to Walmart”. I think I will.

Decent store but the volume of people wanting to check out always exceeds the amount of open registers. Expect a long crowded checkout experience most days. 75%-90% of the manned register lanes are always closed, meanwhile a tiny self checkout option (4 if all are working). They need to evaluate removing some of that wasted space & expanding the self check out area. Time for an update.

Actually a really good Target in comparison with other locations! The workers are all super kind and helpful and the store is kept as clean as a Target can be! The self checkout workers are super sweet as well and are always available for help. I will always recommend this location over any other in the area!

They rarely have open registers. Every time I’ve been here in the past few months they’ve only had self-checkouts available, causing a line to form down to the middle of the store. The whole checkout experience took 40 minutes. No thanks, I’ll just buy on Amazon.

Your typical local target store! Everyone loves a good Target trip! Walk in for tp and walk out $200 lighter! Love the Starbucks In store and how easy it is to do returns. Not a huge fan on their selections, they have a little bit of a lot of category products. They have a new beauty counter area now. I wish they sold more craft items and had a better shoe selection.

Check out lines are usually busy, not enough self check out available or person to person check out available. Use the self Check out at the self-serve near the Starbucks if you just have a few items to purchase.

I was here a few months ago, and had a really scary experience. A strange man was following me as I was browsing from the women's clothing, through the makeup, to the card section. I caught on that he was following me, and waited until he turned around to head for the registers to check out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy, so I was just hoping he wouldn't follow me to the register but he did. He got in line directly behind me, and then when I moved to a different register, he followed me again. I confronted him, and then told the people around me and alerted the woman at the register and asked if security could escort me to my car. They were incredibly gracious, and security made sure to get me safely to my car, and then promised to wait by the exit to make sure I wasn't being followed as I pulled out of the parking lot. It's really scary to have something like that happen, and the woman at the register and the security guard handled it so well, and did not once make me feel like I was overreacting or "crazy". Big thanks to both of them for making a scary situation a little better.

It was really, really busy but the lines were moving. We had to go down to electronics to get some help with our phone and the guys down there were incredible! So knowledgeable so friendly so willing to help! We went because my cousin's phone would not stay on hotspot when using her iPad. Well they knew exactly what to do! Great job guys thank you! Nice store but always only one employee staffed register seems to be open, so that makes the line gigantic. No I would not like to scan my own items thank you very much - unless you want to put me on the payroll?

Absolutely the worst store - no cashiers working the registers. I went to the service desk and they refused to ring up the few items I had. Avoid this store at all costs.

Usually pretty good with plenty in stock at a good value. Open early and closes late really helps when days are busy.Clothes seem to go out of stock quicker here than other Targets but there are at least 3 others within 30 minutes that probably have the item in stock.The pharmacy recently changed hours or stopped giving vaccines on Sunday and didn't update the app so it was a wasted trip for myself and at least one other family that was trying to get shots.Lots of accessible parking on one side of the building but the closest doors are not automatic.The good offsets the not so good.

The store seems to be restrictive with the available item for purchase. The store staff could be more knowledgeable regarding items availability at the store. The staff could be more knowledgeable as to the locations of the items you want.

The worst place been calling for over a hour no answers. My mother spent three hours yesterday trying to contact anyone there. I got a hold of human resources today and then they hung up on me and never answered again. Nothing good to say but fire the human resources lady who was on today they don't do their job waste of space money and time. Changing to only buy from Amazon now and destroy the world by going to Amazon. Thanks for helping the customer out target 🎯. Your being replaced by Amazon and your employees are making it happen by not assisting customers. By forever Target 🎯

What a shame that this store doesn't have cashiers who will help you check out a full cart of food, clothing and toys. This has happened on last 3 visits to this location. Check yourself out while the staff putters around the store. Say something and get an attitude. I guess they don't need the sales but what a joke they are in regards to customer service. I do not recommend this store, go to Walmart.

I was there today with my 2 yr old and 3 yr old to grab a few things. My 3 yr old had a major meltdown when we got to the self check out register. I wish I got the amazing woman's name, but one of the associates came over and she was so kind talking to my girls and giving them stickers and spoke to me with such grace. To you ma'am...thank you and Merry Christmas!!!

Knowing what retail associates go through, I can not imagine how difficult circumstances are during the pandemic where businesses are desperate for additional help. I’ve had nothing less than a wonderful experience at this location! Every employee has been so friendly and helpful! My only experience making a return was so quick and painless! This location is always organized and clean! Drive Up & pick up orders are always accurate and fulfilled more quickly than anticipated! Kudos to all the employees and I hope that all their dedication and hard work is appropriately recognized and appreciated!

Target is my default store for just about everything. Clean, cheerful, well-lit store, excellent selection and price, great staff. Two big pluses: smooth carriages and the bathrooms are right at the entrance.

I received exceptional service from Joey when I needed a new cell phone. He knows exactly what he is doing and got me through the process very quickly without any issues. I don't normally shop at Target but may rethink that after this experience.

I was very pleased with the "Drive Up" option for picking up my order. The service was fast and secure.I was unable to order many items for home delivery, which is what I usually do, but this enabled me to get those items right away, safely, and quickly. I did have to uninstall and reinstall the Target app to get the drive up option to work correctly, but once I did that everything was great and I expect to use the drive up option again soon.

Love Target curbside pickup. Super easy and fast. I love that I can put in the order and get my stuff that day within hours of ordering. Other places you put in an order and can't pickup until the following day or later. Target is always my go-to. If you haven't tried it you are missing out. App is super easy, lots of products to choose from, pickup/curbside within hours, fast and customer friendly!

I recently just tried the drive up, pick up at Target. I was happily impressed with how convenient and fast this service was. The employee we dealt with was friendly and did a great job of not letting my children know what he was putting in the car, since they were Christmas presents. I would definitely use this service again. I also probably saved some money because I didn't have to step in the store and browse. So this was also a new money saving technique.
