We scheduled for a groom for our two puppies a month ago and scheduled them for early in the morning 7:15 AM. When I got there they told me their hair was too matted and would be difficult to groom. It had only been almost two months since they had gotten groomed so it was understandable why it would've been difficult to properly groom their hair. However, because of this they offered me two choices: Either go home and brush the dogs hair and cut it a bit myself (which is ridiculous because as groomers, I would expect them to have tools and skills to deal with such an issue) or cut their hair shorter than normal, which they even charged me extra for it. And the reason for all this was because it would take too much effort and time to go with the former. Apparently it's too much for them to do a job that they are being payed for a regularly scheduled service that should have PLENTY of time for every pet they are scheduled to groom. I went with the second option. I understand they had to cut it more short than normal, however, it was unnecessary to too almost shave them bald, especially in the middle of winter! Just so they don't have to put in the required effort to properly groom my pets. They did NOT put the care nor the time properly groom my dogs. They didn't brush their hair, they didn't cut the hair around and in their hairs (which I specifically asked them to do), nor did they charge me properly. We definitely will not be coming back again.

I have previously shopped at the Leominster PetSmart store many times for aquarium fish & products with pleasure. However, I visited this week and was dismayed to see the poor condition of the fish tanks! They were dirty and generally unpleasant to look at. Likewise, the fish, who are normally quite active, appeared lethargic and in poor health. I am concerned that the care of these fish is not now a priority in this department. ??

Grooming girl Brittany doesn’t even try getting friendly with my dog this is the second time they make me come in make me wait and at the end won’t even try making him comfortable 😡
