Lowe's is near the Walmart in South Leominster. When you go there look for the yellow price stickers, those are items on clearance, there are sometimes great prices like these 8 LED bulbs did I saw once in 2024 for $4.52.

I really hate shopping here. Never anything in stock and the employees are so rude. Older lady with the glasses and short hair at the paint desk pretty much bit my head off when I asked her what aisle something was in. Sorry to inconvenience you from doing your job. months ago some girl at the customer service was talking down to my husband and I had to step in. They need to have a intervention with their rude staff

Wanted to start the grow season strong went to Lowes knowing what we wanted to build (greenhouse) but wasn't sure about the hardware. One of the employees named Country had such great energy and very knowledgeable. Maybe a week went by and had to go to Lowes again and seen Country and he came up and asked if the advice he gave us helped. We are very grateful for the help.

got there kind of late. Nothing was where the directory said it was and there wasn’t a helpful soul on site. Went home empty-handed disappointed I get the impression that both Lowe’s and the Home Depot want you to place an order and come in the next day rather than browse, which I prefer.

There is something with this location. I started using this Lowes because I moved 6 minutes away. I own several multifamilies. I must have spent at least $20k at this location last year alone. I went back on a few occassions last year to return things I didnt use no problem. There was a guy there he was always awesome easy no hassle. Then these last 3 months on 3 spearate occassions I tried to return a fewItems. 1 was a door I bought it that morning. Bought wrong size brought it back same night they tried to tell me it was in unsellable condition. I argued until they took it back. How is it unsellable you just sold it to me that morning. The second time okay I opened it and didnt like the tool they didnt want to take it back. I used it so okay fine But wait I went to the one in springfield they took it back not one question or issue with it being open. Hmm. Third time I brought back a cabinet one week old box unopen. Lady said its a clearance item and unreturnable. I said there is no clearance sticker. I bought it online sure enough went and found it online no clearance notice. Finally after arguing took it back. This place is ridiculous I will shop at other Lowes locations but never this one again. Home depot can get the $20k I would of spent there this year.

Excellent experience with Lowes, especially with Morgan. She was so helpful with me trying to surprise my husband with a new larger Ariens Snowblower. They had it built for me and put it in the truck as well. This store in Leominster is always clean, always helpful, always professional and knowledgeable. Morgan, again, thank you! He was shocked! 😎

Have had several experiences now with Lori at the service desk - from online order pickups, exchanges, and even just simple questions. She’s been nothing but miserable, cold, and unfriendly every time. Lowe’s in Leominster has always been our go to for everything but have now found ourself traveling to avoid the employees in this location.

I ordered a right drain tub with walls and I got a left drain tub and the wrong walls. I went back and got the right tub and right walls but then when I take the walls out of the package they were broken! So I call lowes and talked to the supervisor and he said if I come back for the 3rd time he'll see if he can replace the walls for me if not he reimburse me my money. I told him I driving 35 minutes there and 35 min back every trip I'm looking for something to be done to accommodate me for the headaches and time wasted and he said he can't do anything for me. This place don't care about its customers at all. Then I brought the tub walls back and went to grab csst for a gas line I was working on, and I go to checkout and it won't scan! So I have to go to customer service and wait around about 10 mins just for them to tell me I can't buy it because they can't sell it to me because it's illegal in massachusett. Like why the he'll is on the shelves to sell then smfh. Go to anywhere but lowes because it's just a guaranteed headache

Bought a light fixture and opened the box to find the glass cracked. Unfortunately did not have the receipt but figured they would at least exchange it. They wouldn't exchange because of their "policy". I will no longer go to Lowe's and will become a Home Depot customer.

Spent thousands of dollars here so far. Unfortunately it's the only big box hardware near my project site. Website doesn't work. Have to place orders through chat. Orders canceled without reason after being confirmed. False advertising of basic product features. Make massive mistakes and dont take responsibility or apologize. Customer service puts you on infinite hold or hangs up on you.

The condition of the flowers outside is terrible. The soil is so dry, plants are drooping. I doubt they can even be revived. Looks like they haven't been watered in a few days.

I keep trying to do business with Lowe's but always end up getting better help at Home Depot. Unfortunate. Moving to a new home where Lowe's is 3 miles away and Home Depot is 34 but the prices and attitude of the people at Lowe's fails me every time.

Worst installation experience ever! Ordered both sky light blinds and an exterior front door and a storm door. In BOTH cases, the installation was a disaster!! The blinds, that they measured, were the wrong size. The installer dropped the tracks to the blinds and took a big chunk out of my wall. Dragged his ladder over my wood floors and scratched them. No tarp over my furniture so while he was drilling the stuff was falling all over my couch. The exterior door was also the wrong size. Again, they took the measurements, not us. I ended up canceling the door after horrible customer service from Lowe’s. They failed to resolve the situation. Took over two weeks to reorder the door after they realized the door was the wrong size. Every department blaming the other department. The contractors are Taag Home Improvement out of NH and Window Treatments Unlimited. I definitely would not recommend Lowe’s or either installer! I understand that mistakes happen, but the entire way this was handled was ridiculous! Never again! If I could give a ZERO, I would!!

I'm a truck driver and had a delivery here today for 7 am....I went in at 6:30 am to give my paperwork to receiving and a lady named Debbie answered the door very nasty. With an attitude she says receiving isn't here until 7 they'll be out then....at 7 am I came back in and had no issues with the other employees in receiving and when I told the other guy how nasty Debbie was the excuse was oh yeah she's grumpy in the morning? I'm sorry I'm delivering your freight there's no reason for her to disrespect mean any kind of way when I did nothing to her....if it's possible try and steer clear of this lady her attitude will literally ruin your whole day smh

Bought a new oven from here. Was supposed to get delivered on Tuesday. They went to the wrong address and then said they could reschedule it for Saturday. Then went to the wrong address again! Said they would drop it off first stop Sunday morning. Went to the same wrong address again. I highly don't recommend getting your stuff delivered

My husband and I bought our fridge from Lowe’s in Leominster, Massachusetts on December 30, 2020. The fridge we bought for our new house was the Gallery 21.8-cu ft 4-Door Counter-depth French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker. Model #: FG4H2272UF. It’s been just over a year with the fridge and I cannot believe how bad it is or the lack of help we have received trying to fix it. Our warranty had someone come out and try to fix it but after they left there was no improvement. Everything in the fridge freezes up and we lose food all the time because it’s iced over. The display on the front of the left door reads an error code which also wasn’t corrected when the warranty maintenance man came to try to fix it. This fridge costs us $2,878 and is just over a year old. It’s unacceptable that we cannot get any help.

This Lowe’s in Leominster is a little bit further out-of-the-way than Home Depot. However, the wood is straighter, the store is nicer and better stocked and best of all the employees are excellent and knowledgeable. Sean is a younger gentleman who always picks my orders, and is extremely friendly and helpful.

Usually do not have an issue with this location. Stopped at customer service for an update on an item that was delayed in shipping. I spoke with Claire and she attempted to look up info and had to call a supervisor. As I waited, multiple folks in line had complaints with her response (or lack of) and unfriendliness. A supervisor showed up 10min later and went off with a group that was several people after me in line. I asked if that was who I was waiting for and she said “I called multiple supervisors you’ll need to wait” and just walked away. I waited ANOTHER 10+min and by then I’m beyond frustrated. Claire kept wandering off to talk to her buddy in paint or other workers around. Meanwhile there was a steady line waiting for service. I did attempt to speak to a supervisor about my experience and asked for a customer service number. He said to look online and walked away.

Was approved for credit. Was ready to buy a $700 washer. Store couldn’t print a credit card or generate an account number. I waited over an hour. They handed me the phone to an IT person and after a few words back and forth he was telling me to “relax”. I certainly don’t need to be paying for a hassle. I left the store.

Staff is good, although lack of. Many shoppers on Sundays but I'll never understand. Trying to find a code for 1ft of hose. Code cannot be input in self checkout unless you you wait for assistance. SMH

Would be nice to have at least one cashier on duty. The self check out didn't work correctly. Not one person asked if I needed help while I was in the store. I'll stick with the orange store. I made a mistake and tried it again, no different.

Horrible! This is the third time I have a bad experience in this store. Twice I've orderex an item for pickup, received email confirmation, went to the store and had to either wait for over 20 min (knowing this I should of just walked around myself) or the item is not in the store. The last time I waited around for someone to help me with window shades, I got frustrates and ended up going to HomeDepot. ***DON'T USE THIS STORE!!!!***
