Lots of items, ready for Christmas. There needs to be a better stock selection of cards for all occasions, and more employees to run the cash registers. I waited in line over 10 minutes because only one person had one register open. There were a couple of other employees milling around the store and one outside smoking

I like the store and the selection. Having worked retail for a number of years myself, I pick up on other things. This is the 2nd rude, grouchy manager they have hired. I am scared to go in there, she is miserable. If you hate your job that much, leave. I don't know how she is with her employees but I can imagine.

I go to shop at this store at least 3 times a week. I love it most of the staff is awesome. I'm sorry I have to say the Manager there lacks professionalism. She never greats with a hello and a smile, looks miserable. Many times I have made I contact while at the register or leaving and not once can I get a thank you or have a nice day. Really lady grow up. So many people need and would love to have a job like yours. If you don't like what you do why are you there?? Unless I am in the area I will make it a point to go to another store were the staff makes you feel warm welcomed...

The young lady who was working tonight was most pleasant and kind.She also assisted me in finding something that I was searching for. With a smile on here face. Whereas I have been in this establishment before and one of the managers every si glen time is grouchy, rude and miserable! Never assists you when you are searching for something. What an imbalance of employees. So kudos to the kind employees. Great prices and decent product line. I see that they are starting to carry an upper quality of product lines. Yeah!

the new employees are rude and unpolites! They are playing and talking inside the store and do not pay attention to customers, I will never go back to that store, they lost a great customer .... I'm sure !!!

I spend a good amount of money at this store because its right across from where I work. The employees are nice and the store is clean. However, there is one employee at this store, the Leominster Railroad plaza location, who needs training in customer services. on two different occasion she has been extremely rude

Your usual discount 'dollar' store, FYI, prices are now $1.25, not $1.00 anymore. Still a good store to get discount merchandise. All sorts os snacks, cosmetics, cold meds, phone chargers and cases, all great deals. Greeting cards are the best deal here at 2 for $1 than $4.99 each at your local drug store

This place was good and pretty clean. The staff that were on today were friendly. I would recommend this store in particular to someone. I know a lot of the times they are unclean and have unfriendly staff, but this one is the opposite. They have a good selection of cards off. And as usual everything here is $1!!

Went inside thinking it was going to be an easy purchase but you got 3 people at a register completely oblivious to their job. I ask them if the register is open because there is a closed register sign on it. I get a mean attitude from this blonde lady and no one has rung up my two things yet. There I am standing for like 5 minutes waiting for my things to get rung up and I almost missed the train. All in all I get a bad attitude and rude workers.

Dirty and employees were rude. I bought some plates and they didn't bag them so when I asked for a bag she said that they won't fit the bags. The size of the plates weren't even wide and if they were I know they have different size bags that fit. From her tone and attitude you could tell she was just being a b%#÷&While I was waiting in line I heard her complaining to another employee about not allowing customers to use bills that were bigger than 20's. I understand your frustration but don't take it out on me. I used small bills as you requested.

If could give zero I would. The manager here is extremely rude to people, everyday of her life, she is so miserable and takes it out on her customers. Doesn't reply when u say gm, or ever greet her customers with a smile. I mean if she dont like working with public she should quit her job. She treats people with no respect. Currently looking for corporate number or would like to speak with whomever is above her, I have witnessed her nastiness with folks tons of times and it should be stopped, no need for her to be rude to people. The young girls that come and go cant hold thier jobs for more than a week due to this manager, she should be the one to go. Horrible managment!!

I mean everything's a Dollar you can't go wrong.Tom was maybe the most helpful customer service representative I've ever encountered at a Dollar Tree. He checked us out quickly and even topped off my daughter's balloon with helium. A+

I have visited this business over 5 times. One of the manager s there is never helpful, always unpleasant. However there was a young man who assisted me today who was most pleasant, walked me through to find the items that I was looking for. He is an asset to that store.

They​ have good prices and many of the same products as much larger Malmart type of stores. Friendly and attentive employees. I shop there first, if they don't have what I need then it's off to some other place.

Good, with a major flaw. This store doesn't allow customers to use the restrooms within the building. This is a violation of Massachusetts law Part IV > Title I > Chapter 270 > Section 26.

Everything is literally $1 and they have a great snack selection for kids lunches. Food selection is great and they have EVERYTHING. Great for events they have party supplies and decorations. And a helpful staff.
