I had a prescription sent over at 12:30 on Monday. My Dr had increased the strength and realized that I was COMPLETELY out. She decided to have it go better than last month(took 10days to get my last one)by calling in yesterday at 11:28 to explain my circumstances personally. I'll make a long story short.. the 1st girl answered the phone and my provider had called in the meantime so I now have TWO phones trying to get this resolved with an authorization...that was done at 11:28!! She said she'd ask and get back to us..it's now 45minutes...a half an hour after that a girl comes in asks me how can she help me???? It wound up being on for 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES and 38 seconds before I got YEAH we can have it for you in an hour!! Get more/better people who actual will be proactive and not reactive! And honestly the reaction time isn't all that great either!!!

Unfortunately, effective today, I will be seeking another pharmacy after using CVS for 30 plus years. Poor communication and poor customer service. It took 16 plus hours to fill an antibiotic for a family member. Tried calling and no one answered the phone until 6am. (24hr pharmacy). After multiple problems over the past year, it is time to say goodbye. Yesterday was frustrating and the final straw for me.

Prescriptions are never filled on time. I’ve waited up to 24 hours to receive them. Dr informed me that they are supposed to receive a priority when sent. My prescriptions are always for diagnosed at time of Dr appointment, not maintenance medications!

My prescription called for me to use a certain cream 2 times a day for four weeks. I was given one small tube of cream that did not even last one week.

Came here to get allergy meds in the middle of the night, and the pharmacist and everyone there were beyond helpful in guiding us through the best options and drug interactions. Great place.
