This Market32 is worth driving PAST. I had a hard time finding produce that wasn't rotten. I accidentally ended up buying a rotten onion. I left the rotten carrots, meat, and other items at the store. Thank goodness those other items were disgusting enough for me to leave notice and leave.Plus the layout of the store is nonsense. They have organic items sprinkled around with non-organic items. The store doesn't have the grocery store staples that I expect, based on shopping at other local stores (including other Market32 locations). As I walk through the store, I can't help but get incredibly frustrated by how things are not where they should be, or they don't have them, or the quality is garbage/rotten/expired.

Just like Guidos but 50% less expensive! Well I’m exaggerating however… prices are lower, aisles are wider, hours are more convenient, parking is never a problem.

I stopped going to the Pittsfield Market 32 because consistently few registers were open and lines would go down the isles. Even the self checkout consistently had many broken units and a line that seemed to go 1/4 of the way down its opposite isle. It's too bad because every department is excellent. But I've moved on.The Lenox Market 32 is NOT like this and is consistently excellent.

Needs a lot more cashiers and baggers. Busy store with lots of free parking. Bottle return room smelly and is a mess. Prices are extra high. Lots of empty shelves. Freezers could use a good cleaning. RUDE workers, loud and nasty attitudes. The days of the old Price chopper are long gone.

Cashiers with attitudes, slow service, prices on the higher side, limited selection but lots of self named brand items, deli not great. No longer 24/7. Bring your own bags. Lots of much better grocery places to shop without getting the commentary from malcontent workers.

This supermarket located on the Lenox/Pittsfield border is considered only a Seasonal store by Corp...... carries more limited lines and varieties of foods........ Otherwise it's well run, clean and a vital part of the local community..... It's also well served by Public RT Bus

Products are great and they carry some of the seasonal fruit I enjoy. The check out section is a mess and I find the self check out machines overly complicated

Mediocre Grocery Store. Rotten “Fresh” Strawberries (they were turning Grey/Yellow). Out of stock of Arnold’s 12 Grain Bread. Out of stock of fresh chicken breast. All the remaining white eggs were cracked so I had to buy brown (more expensive). They don’t carry the milk chocolate Kind bars my wife requested. Prices got hiked up since renovating from Price Chopper to Market 32. Still a hair cheaper than Stop & Shop. Unique layout - Bacon and Hot Dogs are hidden over near the frozen foods. The only reason I come here is because it is less crowded than the Pittsfield Market 32 and Big Y and that supports social distancing. This store is very quiet after dark. The staff up front are very friendly which is very hard to find in the Northeast so I can’t give the lowest rating. Side note - Why is there no EV Charger here when all the NY stores have them - is this something against MA shoppers?

Ran in to grab lunch .... The hot lunch spot was a mess and dirty n gross . So I went n grabbed a few tv dinners. Good location and decent sales . I forgot my card and the cashier let me use hers .

Always love P.C. staff always seems friendly, and willing to try and help.. store seemed well stocked, didn't seem like to many empty shelves and was relatively clean. When I went to the store it was not that busy so I was able to get in and out quickly.

We went into Price Choppers MARKET for the first time yesterday. Very nice laid out market. Easy to find things especially it being our first time there. Our cashier Lorinda S. was very kind, considerate, diligent and knowledgable of her job going beyond the call of duty. If the store has 20 more of her working there the store would be absolutely perfect!

Beautiful clean store with a large selection of produce, meat, seafood, baked items. Helpful staff. Out of town visitors only have to mention this and clerks will scan a card to allow lowest prices.

I am normally a person who only writes reviews raving about how wonderful people are...but unfortunately, I gave this Price Chopper several chances, because you know, we all have bad days!There are two older women who work at the cash register who are just straight up rude. They don't try to whisper when they are gossiping about customers and just make you feel overall uncomfortable being there.It is a very clean store with a good selection but unfortunately, I'll have to try somewhere else to shop because I seem to get these two ladies every time I checkout. Sorry!

Much nicer since the remodel. Clean, great selection of American foods, a lack of Indian foods, the Asian food section carries high price tags. A large selection of booze is a giant plus at competitive prices.

I prefer this nice location to the other one in Pittsfield. It's more manageable to navigate and simpler to get what I need. Seems more like a grocery store, not like an emporium for show. All products are easy to find and the aisles aren't crowded. Quick to get to, located right on the highway, makes this a convenient supermarket.

Not the best selection. 80 kinds of air freshener but only 2 kinds of toothpaste, 200 varieties of tv dinners but no real variety of fruits or vegetables etc. Everyone who works there is super helpful, though, and they have a nice selection of beer wine and alcohol, which you can purchase right up till 11, which is good for those in the restaurant industry:)

My food was bad. Seafood salad was spoiled. Nothing like the market 32 in Pittsfield. The employees were less than happy to help especially in seafood department. I usually send my Airbnb customers there. I would not recommend it again.

They have most of the brands I need and the pricing is reasonable. There are some basic things I love that they don't carry and I have to go to other stores for them but fortunately that doesn't happen often. The checkout can be a long process depending on the person who is ringing you up but I just try to avoid those lanes when possible. The biggest issue I have with this store is that it was a 24 hour store up until a few months ago and then it stopped. I can understand that decision but considering that there aren't really any other options out here if you need something late night, it would've been nice to know that they weren't open 24 hours anymore before I drove out there since they still have a 24 hour sign. Please be consistent with that stuff because driving 30 minutes round trip for something that was urgently needed, only to find the store is closed despite the signs, is a little inconvenient. That's the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. This was the only place close to my home that I knew would be open at any time and now that it's not, it's very disappointing. I doubt I'm the only one upset by this so I just wanted to address it. Otherwise, it's a great store!

I was rudely ignored at the deli Sunday evening. I left that area it went over to the fish market to see if I could get some service there and again for some reason I was rudely ignored. I proceeded over to the meat counter there was no one there. I went to the service desk and reported the situation. The young man there was polite and quickly call the manager but I was upset and I didn't want to wait around 2 engage in a confrontation. I left the unmanned my name and my phone number. I left the store and I haven't received any contact from the store since then. I'm going to seriously consider not returning to this place after having been a loyal customer for many many years.

Total disgrace. Store policy to check ID when you purchase bottle of wine has to be checked. Person that ask me to show my ID could be my grandson. To me it is total insult. Cannot understand if this is the complete narrow mindless or just plain stupidity. Produce is nice and fresh, store is nice and clean
