what a fun place for brunch! We went here because we heard a couple talking about them on a post-dinner walk, and they were raving about it even when it was closed. We went back a couple days later and it was packed with a huge line. They moved through it efficiently though. The French toast was very tasty! Good syrup! The latte was also yummy and my partner enjoyed their pancakes.

Tasty food, warm buzzing ambiance and great beverages at Haven. Right within downtown, in the heart of walking, shopping, dining and park filled street, Haven is a great brunch stop. Do not miss the great poached eggs on croissant and the different benedicts. Definitely a must try!!

So yummy ! Great vibe inside and out. Awesome selection of breakfast foods. Loved the breakfast bowl (grains and arugula and goodness) and the croissant French toast was to die for! Staff are all so friendly and lovely, and there is great gift selection of socks, maple syrup, coffees etc. Loved it !

Good spot for breakfast and lunch. Cozy atmosphere and a lot of locals. Everything tasted fresh and fast. The polenta side was really well done and the highlight of this lunch, give it a try.

Everything about Haven is absoluterly fantastic. The food, the atmosphere, the brilliant staff. We have been goint to this place for years now and have never had bad food or bad experience. Sometimes you have to wait for a bit but it is totally worth it. The line goes really fast and by the time you chose what you want you are at the counter where you always feel like your host is paying attention to you and makes sure you get what you are asking for. Thank you, beautiful people of Haven for being there!

Fantastic! I thought pretty much everything about this place was terrific. The food was excellent, but the surprise was how unexpectedly delicious the potatoes were with the egg dishes (I just never had home fry potatoes that good before). The side salad was even well dressed. Most importantly, the coffee was amazing and you can get free refills! I can't recommend this place more highly.

Cute cafe/brunch spot! The portions were on the smaller size but everything was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely come back and try the rest of the menu!

Amazing breakfast! We both ordered a ham and cheddar omelettes. So flavorful and delicious! The roasted potatoes that came with it were perfectly seasoned with herbs and garlic! Hands down the best breakfast we’ve had while staying in the area! It was also great to see a business using quality fresh ingredients. The Cabot cheddar on the omelette sets it apart! I also ordered a chai tea latte. I was surprised it was unsweetened but liked that there was a spot to add the sweetener of my choice, in the amount I prefer, at another counter.

We came into town from NYC during Valentines Day weekend looking for a nice brunch spot and came upon Haven. Sunday brunch at 1 pm we expected there to be no seats with a line at the counter but found a table easily. Staff was attentive and assured us we would find a seat. This is by far one of the best brunch spots I have been to. Their salmon benedict on a croissant was excellent- egg yolk perfectly runny and soaking up in a flaky croissant, paired with generous salmon and rosemary garlic roasted potatoes was mind blowingly delicious. We also got the baked French toast in blueberry sauce and mascarpone cream and it was to die for. Coffee was top notch too. We love how the decor was farmhousey and not hipster pretentious. Just great food, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere. We ended up liking it so much we came back the next day on Monday for lunch. Got incredible grilled cheeses and soups. Would 100 percent come back here as much as I possibly can.

One of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. We ordered a variety of dishes and everyone in the party raved about the food. My eggs benedict was perfectly cooked and had delicious potatoes and fresh greens on the side. I also got a chocolate croissant and I was very pleased with how light and buttery it was. I also tried an iced rasa americano which wasn’t my favorite but it was interesting to taste the herbal coffee substitue! The staff were all very friendly and efficient. By the bathroom there is a picture collage and one of the photos has a Haven sign that says “Taste the Love.” We certainly could taste the love in our experience!

Absolutely loved this place! The vibe inside is cozy, fun, and lively. Everything on their menu looks amazing and their specialty drinks were great! I went with the breakfast sandwich along with the maple cardamom latte - an excellent meal. For being busy on a Sunday we were actually able to be seated pretty quickly - would definitely come back here if I'm in town again!

We had a wonderful breakfast at Haven. So glad we read reviews & decided to give it a try. Awesome service & delicious food including their pastries & other baked goods. That mushroom omelette & pistachio croissant was so so good! Highly recommend you stop here if you’re in Lenox.

Always one of our mandatory spots when visiting the Berkshires. It’s bustling here for breakfast, so come earlier than later. Great service with a highly organized staff. Don’t forget to take some pastry’s for the road, my favorites are the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter cookie, and the almond crumb cake.

We have been here for breakfast and lunch many, many times over the years. It has always been very busy and very good. This time, it's not very good at all. Our party of 4 was served willy-nilly. By the time the second person was served, the first was finished... and so on. My pancakes were good when I was finally served(last). The scrambled eggs were ice cold, and the server never gave me utensils.

Stopped last Saturday for an absolutely delightful brekkie! We arrived at opening and the place quickly began filling up. We were so imressed with the freshness of the food as well as the superb execution of our dishes, including cappuccino and latte. My husband tried an amazing lavender, cracked black pepper latte that was as honestly exceptional! Wow, we were shocked at how wonderful it was! Our poached eggs were perfect. Most refreshing is that the potatoes are hardly an afterthought. Nothing is worse than the places that place 2 pounds of bland potatoes on our breakfast plates. Not at Haven, the potatoes have fantastic flavor with herbs and roasted garlic cloves that are super yummy! Excellent job Haven!

Incredible brunch experience. Well worth the wait. I had the Croissant French Toast with a side of bacon. The french toast texture was perfect; soft, but not mushy, with the ideal amount of powdered sugar. The bacon was crispy, tasty, and not fatty at all. Their system of serving customers was very efficient; in short, at first, you order and pay for your food at the front, and then the servers bring your food when it is ready. Very well done. Overall, an enjoyable dining experience.

Visiting in the area so stopped by for my coffee fix. My family and I tried the lemon cake, the cappuccino cake, and a Cowgirl cookie. Everything was so delicious!!!! Hence the bite taken out of the slice of cake. Haha. My husband had a salted caramel hot latte which was amazing and my daughter's hot chocolate was out of this world! It was so creamy and chocolaty. I wasn't impressed with my cold brew but everything else was great and I do recommend checking out this spot.

Hands down the best breakfast spot in Lenox. Get there early because there is a wait. All the meals we ordered were very tasty. Fairly pricey but you get quality food and service for what you pay for.

Needed to find a breakfast and coffee place near the Marriott. While I am originally from Western Mass, I have never been here before. The qullality of the coffee in my espresso was pretty good and my breakfast sandwich the first day was good. However, my 2nd day sharing the outdoor patio with about 30 bees and my baked French toast left A LOT to be desired. The worse French toast I have ever had. I get it was baked French toast, but I couldn't eat some of it because it wasnt even able to be cut with a knife. I would assume they make their own bread and this was the hardened heel of the loaf and even though soaked in blueberries/sauce it was too hard. Also, it had a giant glob of homemade whip cream, if you want that. It was an utter disappointment. At least I got the French toast I was craving back in Boston. A quick meal at a little New England Cafe may work here as there aren't many other options in Lenox.

Food was really good. I had the breakfast sandwich on challah with bacon and that came with yummy home fries and a bit of greens. Definitely should add the hot sauce too, but the aioli on it was great. My boyfriend got the Haven Breakfast with the polenta cakes and sausage. That was really good, but the portion was small for the price and it doesn't include the home fries. The cinnamon vanilla iced latte was great and so was the Caramel Inferno late hot. The place was cute, but a bit tight and super busy on a Monday. You have to find parking on the street. Pricey place, but worth it once in a while.

Do this one. We went sweet and savory with a blueberry marscapone challah french bread and perfectly balanced smoked salmon toast of capers cucumbers dill and pickled onions. Tasty tumeric lemon tea and the most velvety latte I've ever seen.

Great place for pastries and for lunch. Had a salad, grilled chicken sandwich, and grilled cheese. Expect a little wait for the food. Seating is a bit tight.

In mine sojourns to the quaint establishment known as Haven, I've had the distinct pleasure of indulging in their salmon eggs benedict and imbibing in the delectable mocha latte on each visit. Verily, the victuals and libations, focused though mine culinary exploits may be, have been nought but outstanding and truly commendable. However, it behooves me to share a morsel of discontent. Alas, the parking predicament is a veritable quagmire of inconvenience. In this diminutive hamlet, space for one's carriage is a challenge, especially when the establishment is ensconced in a tucked-away nook. The vexation is compounded by the incessant throng of patrons that perennially graces the establishment. 'Tis a bustling hive of activity, a circumstance that, despite the cafe's undeniable charm, tends to impede upon one's leisurely repast.Yet, despite these minor vexations, one mustn't let the chafing of such trifles overshadow the excellence Haven proffers. The culinary escapades, featuring the salmon eggs Benedict and the mocha latte, remain steadfastly exceptional. The allure of Haven's offerings, while occasionally tested by logistical tribulations, remains undiminished in the grand tapestry of this quaint town's epicurean landscape.
