Our dogs just finished an 11 night stay while we were on our honeymoon. We have NEVER left them longer than a few nights at a boarding facility. However, after numerous daycare days we quickly realized our fur babies really enjoy the atmosphere, constant play, and attention they receive at LULU. The staff are friendly and attentive to our concerns and also our dogs anxious behaviors. We will forever recommend and use LULU!

Both my dogs have been going to LULU Lee for a year + and they loved it. In December last year my older dog developed PTSD as a result of a dog attack (that happened elsewhere) and many, many things in her life that she loved became too difficult for her. The staff at LULU was incredibly supportive of her as she worked through her fears/panic attacks and she now is able to spend time there again. Even though she can't yet handle being in the yard it is huge that she is willing to be at daycare and she loves the attention she gets from everyone.

My grand-dog, Shiloh, goes to Love Us and Leave Us(Lee) and it has only helped him become better around other dogs and people. He LOVES going to daycare and is so exhausted afterwards which tells us he is enjoying his time spent there with the other dogs and staff. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our boy❤️🐾👍

My Millie LOVES going to see her friends at Love Us and Leave Us in Lee! It was the best decision to have her go there. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. You can tell they love their animals!! Thanks sooo much!!

We have had nothing but great experiences here!!! They are kind and attentive to my dogs and their needs! Great staff! It’s always nice to have tired dogs when I pick them up!!They do fun things with them and give them great spa days too!!!

Best boarding facility in the Berkshires! Convenient location near the Lee turnpike exit. My dog is always so excited when I drop him off and a little bummed when it’s time to go home, so I know he’s having a good time :)The staff is very friendly, professional, and responsive. Prices are fair. Highly recommend!!

Our dog LOVES this place. She can stay for a full day or a half. The human watchers are very kind!We also board the dog and cat when we go away. When we come home they're happy, have been well fed, and are in good shape (fun exercises for them). The dog gets to play every day (no extra charge), and the cat sits there and watches others - and gets picked up and petted by the staff.

Love us and Leave us in Lee provides high quality, fun, and trusted dog daycare and boarding. Our dog, Clark, is so excited to be dropped off and is exhausted from playing with his friends when we pick him up. The staff is well trained and always friendly and respectful. Highly recommended!

Just picked up my boys from their long boarding stay and I was so pleased with the whole experience. My dogs had never been boarded before or been to doggie daycare, so I was a bit nervous. Everyone was so helpful and nice and I am so happy I chose them! They frequently post photos on their facebook page, and were very quick to respond to an email I had sent about checking in on them. Will be using Love Us and Leave Us Lee as long as I am in the berkshires!

We use the Lee location for doggie daycare. They are wonderful there! Our pupper comes home very tired after playing with her friends. Renee, the owner, is a great person and lover of animals. I can't say enough good things about Love Us and Leave Us. If you're looking for daycare or boarding for your animal, you should check them out.

Our dog Hazel loves going here for daycare once a week and for grooming. She comes home happy and most importantly, tired! Drop off/pick up is easy, the hours are great, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I can not say enough nice things about LuLus and the staff there. They took such great care of our pup while we were gone for a week- The staff were incredibly responsive, loving, and clearly cared about our pup and his well being. He will definitely be a regular :-).They even do a trial day to make sure you and your dog are happy and comfortable there!

The staff here is wonderful. I feel so comfortable leaving my puppy here knowing that they are helping her to learn appropriate socialization in a safe environment. My pup is so excited to go there and comes home and sleeps for 24 hours!!😝😝

Our dog absolutely loves going to daycare at LULU in Lee. We trust the staff to keep our pup safe, and he comes home tuckered out from a day of playing. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a daycare spot in the Berkshires!

If I could rate LULU higher than 5 stars ⭐️ I would. I’ve been talking my puppy there since they opened in Lee in 2021 and it’s crazy how much we both love the staff and place. As soon as my dog realizes she’s going to daycare for the day, she literally drags me across the parking lot and through their front door. The managers and staff are the best and care for all the dogs with all their hearts and efforts. Highly recommend LULU!!

Renee and her staff do an incredible job. We board my dog Cami in Lee and take her for daycare in Pittsfield. Cami absolutely loves coming in for daycare and boarding and always leaves exhausted from playing (a tough task for a 2 year old weimaraner/Labrador mix!). We have also brought our 15 year old Cavachon for boarding who needs more rest and relaxation and they accommodated her beautifully. Renee and her employees are very conscientious and communicate whenever needed. We have been loyal clients for more than a year and will keep coming back!

We boarded our dog for the first time ever and wanted him to have a really good time playing with other dogs, rather than being stuck in a kennel almost the whole time. He looked like he was having a good time hanging out with new friends. Unfortunately, he ended up contracting Kennel cough as the result of an outbreak that is happening locally. However, in seeing the care the staff put in when we picked up Loki (cozy under a blanket in their office) and communicating with Renee about the situation afterward, we know LULU really cares about the dogs in their care. The scope of the situation couldn't have been predicted unfortunately, but they did their best to mitigate once the situation became apparent, including closing the facility for a few days and speeding up installation air filtration and purifiers. I want to thank Renee for taking the time late at night to see how Loki was doing and talk to us.I hope other clients of LULUs take the time to learn symptoms of communicable diseases among dogs before mingling them with others, and are responsible in the future, not bringing their sick pets to board overnight and not giving staff a hard time if they get turned away or asked to come get their pets early. Vaccinations do not guarantee they cannot be sick or spread to others. It could save another dog's life.

Will NEVER take my dog here again. Stayed two nights, came back with kennel cough and pneumonia. Pathetic excuse for a kennel. Save your money and your dog’s life by going somewhere else. They should be covering our medical expenses. She’s in the hospital now.Edited after response: We did call to talk to your staff. Tried to warn them that other dogs may be getting sick. I don’t buy the pandemic bullsh*t and the struggling times. Your staff member had nothing to say, no remorse, no advice, told us she must have gotten it somewhere else. I came to see my dog and she was visibly sick. The vet asked if we had been neglecting her for days and that she should be hooked up to an IV and have chest X-rays done. Keep your sympathetic hard times saga to yourself. If you think there is a health risk at all then you shut down. Period. Don’t risk the dogs’ lives to make a dollar.As for school, you can’t isolate the kids. If you don’t have enough staff and or cages to take care of them as individuals then don’t make the booking.I wouldn’t stay at a hotel if I had to share my bedroom with a stranger.

Really passionate about what they do. My dog loves going there. We even had an incident with him in an altercation with another dog and they handled the matter very professionally. We use them for daycare and boarding.

Had a mixed experience. Initially the staff was very friendly but that soured quite quickly over a simple miscommunication on rates. Instead of asking "how can we make this right?", I was made to feel like I was scamming them and things went downhill fast. A follow-up conversation with the owner did not alleviate what could have been a very simple issue to address. Instead, again I was made to feel that I was the problem. Also noticed that the owner seems to respond very negatively to less than stellar reviews, which to me is also a sign of never accepting any responsibility when things don't go right.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our dog LOVES to go there. She gets so excited as soon as I say we are going to see her friends. She carries on in the car until we get there and then runs for the door to get inside!

Absolutely absurd. I thought this was a fine business. My poor puppy was sadly mistreated. Scratches, bites (from ticks! and even dogs it appears) He came with a flea/tick collar and came back bare necked. 50 dollars! Lost! Not to mention the 35 wasted! No supervision! none at all! better off letting it roam the streets! 1/5

Dropped my puppy off for daycare, she came home throwing up and wheezing heavily. When I called I was told I signed a waiver… call a vet I highly suggest never bringing your dog here
