Well stocked, well managed, clean supermarket! They had a great selection , from meats, to seafood, to prepared food. Great little soup bar, the new England chowder was the best! Great bakery, nice sandwich , pizza shop and even a sushi bar. All of the employees I encountered were friendly, polite and professional. Stop in, you will be delighted!

Big grocery store has everything your looking for. I have to give a shout-out to Anita in the seafood section. She was so pleasant to talk to. Very, very knowledgeable about seafood. We were on vacation and actually went there 4 days in a row for seafood and corn.

Unfortunately, this one star is due to some (not all) of the employees at the pizza / sandwich department. I am not sure why these people that are so rude work in this type of business. CJ is consistently rude and the lady that works in the sandwich dept has issues with rolling her eyes when it gets busy. I highly suggest finding a job where you don't have to deal with the public because clearly, customer service is not their strong suit. We come here daily for lunch, have lived in Lee forever and this department needs new employees. Sorry you hate your job. Go find something else to do for a living .

Teach the “baggers” how to actually bag groceries. Every time one of the baggers bags my items, something is either crushed or damaged. Also they don’t know to bag chemicals separately.. Other than that, I love big y lee. I shop and deliver to other people in the community so these groceries aren’t mine. When my customer’s groceries are damaged, that reflects badly on me when it was actually your employee. Your baggers can do better

Love the Big Y! This location has a Tesla Supercharger right off the Mass Pike at the Lee exit. The store has a large selection of hot and cold foods for travelers ( and restrooms!) as well as a nice seating area in the front of the store. Overall a great place to shop!

Wide selection of food in every department from Cook-In varieties to the Grab n Go lifestyle. The produce is fresh and well-displayed as you enter. Awesome deli just before you go to the checkouts. The bakery has enticing choices, and there are summer supplies /picnic sections as well!

I will never shop there again. Your pizza chef burned the pizza and was about to throw it out, I said I would take rather then him throw it out. He said he would charge me the price for a cheese pizza. I said but your throwing it out, I'll give you $5, he said nope and threw it out in front of customers, and missed the trash and half landed in the floor. I can't believe you waste food like that, I'm shocked!

This store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to maneuver around. You did need your own bags or you had to buy theirs. Parking was plentiful.

I really like coming to Big Why to feel good and save money. On discount sushi Wednesday I can stock up on sushi for the whole week for less than $20. Their produce section is well maintained too, which is refreshing. Sometimes I feel like I need to take fruit home and wash it but here I can just eat it in the store!The carts are big enough for a few hundred dollars in grocery's but still small enough to fit in my cousin's mini-van. My favorite thing to do here is get high and smell the bakery dpt. Sometimes I throw day-old chipotle burritos at the customers in rascals. It's good fun, we all think it's funny.Honestly don't know where I'd be without Big Y as my daily culinary and cultural hub. I love you.

Massive supermarket, nice size produce section with lots to choose from. Their rotisserie chicken is delicious (I was pleasantly surprised) and they have a large prepared food section as well. Really well stocked store and the prices are decent as well.

Manager followed my wife and me from isle to isle the entire time we shopped, locked one of the exit doors after we came in, had employees stand by the other exit, stood over our shoulder as we checked out and checked our cart and all of our produce as we paid to ensure we didn't fail to ring anything up, then followed us out to our car. We had just come back from hiking the trail, and were still a bit dirty and down dressed, but that is so beyond excessive in my opinion. I should be allowed to put things back on the shelf without being followed to the isle and back to the register as if I'm some sort of food bandit.

LOVE THE FOOD unmatched in my opinion. In line today the checker was helping an old woman check out, very kind of her however she left the register twice to go pick out items for her. Jest left the line for a few minutes. The laziest bag boy who was suppose to be helping waked like he was trying to punish customers and I mean SLOW! Very rude and does not deserve to be in this store. A young man about 18 and dark hair. I told the manager who was great and hope he teaches these employees they they are expense and we are revenue. Not a hot head but these 2 deserved it!Don't think I will be back.

Stopped there for a light take away dinner while visiting the area. The deli made a terrific sandwich and our other purchases set us up for a nice meal on the lake up at Black Swan Lee without the local restaurant crowds. Very clean with helpful employees.

Prices are great. Sign up for the card which free and the prices get even better. The parking is easy, the store itself is well stocked with a huge variety, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I was happy to see a good amount of vegan options as well. This store will be our new go to grocery store.

A little pricey ! But huge selection ,of many different foods ! At times, they have 5 dollar sushi ! Omg at their Italian sandwiches ! Yum ! You pay for quality ! So it's perfect. 80 % of friendly skilled employees ! My go to place to buy food ! Bring back the Gold Coins 😂
