Visited late on a Sunday evening in late August. Kind of surreal driving up to an otherwise abandoned, out-of-use shopping mall with just a Target holding out. I came to the Berkshire Mall now and then as a kid. Now it’s gone - except for the Target, of course. Anyway, our visit to Target was fine (except that the water wasn’t working so they had no functioning indoor toilets, and their temporary outdoor toilets were also out of commission. I don’t hold this against the store, though.). It’s a big store, naturally. We managed to find some maternity stuff for the missus and costumes for the daughter. Seems like a decent enough all-in-one kind of store. I would return.

You can purchase many things at Target. Some examples are basic groceries, household items like toilet paper, decorations, and other great things. It is basically a better version of Walmart!

I was greatly helped by the Customer Service desk staff with making in-store returns of two items bought through Target online. They went the extra mile to get the returns done. I recommend the staff here at this store.

Went there at 8:00am this morning and Dan, Dave, and Cullen went above and beyond to help me out. I was in a huge rush and they made sure I got everything done on time. I really appreciate them. Target employees are SO much better than other large stores. They seem to understand customer service and work ethic. Michaela (sp), is a perfect example. She, alone, makes me appreciate the store even more. She is the example others should follow.

As it is the time of year....it was busy. I waiting in line. I knew it would be. As me and other customers were waiting, I think front end lead, asked if anyone was here for a pick up. Me and another customer had pick up orders. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Impressed!! Spot on customer service today!!! That gentleman scanned my bar code, i hope his numbers our attached to it! Needs to be noticed!! (This his her other half Brian G.)

Store is very clean, employees are very helpful. The products are always great! Its one of the only places I can go to find clothes for my preschooler around here; they are made well, adorable, trendy & affordable! How much more can parents really ask for?

Always the best place to get kids toys usually better than Walmart and they always have a good candy section for seasonal candy so that's our go-to spot for Halloween candy and Easter candy and Christmas candy

We were purchasing phones & changing our phone service to Consumer Cellular. Adam helped us through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about all the phones and other similar products. It took much less time than anticipated. He is a real asset to Target, so I hope he's compensated for doing such a fantastic job. Should be employee of the year.

Adam in electronics is the most patient and helpful person I have met in many years. He was helping a person with his phone when I stopped by and I witnessed his expertise. He then helped me. A person called during that time and he tried to help her over the phone and when I was leaving he was helping another man. He did all this while being polite and knowledgeable. This man is a gem and needs a raise!!

I enjoy shopping at Target. They have low prices and great quality products. I regularly find things cheaper there than at the grocery store too. I do have to say I miss having a Super Target with the full grocery store. I did all my shopping there when I lived closer to one.

The manager at the customer service desk was exceptionally rude when I asked to exchange a ten for a roll of quarters. I totally get it if they're running short or if it's against policy, but none of that was posted anywhere or told to me at any point and it is not an unreasonable request, especially for a big chain store. He was belittling, unhelpful, and unapologeticly dismissive, and I think I'd rather drive the extra half hour to a Target in Albany next time

They don't keep good track of their stock. Ordered through instacart SPECIFICALLY for items only they carried. Lo and behold they didn't actually have ANY of the items that I went here for. Could've saved a lot of money choosing any other store rather than the overpriced replacements that I could've gotten elsewhere cheaper.

Through this time during pandemic, Target has been fantastic! Our local store has handled the social distancing very well -- disinfecting the registers and belts regularly, posting clear signage -- I feel safe shopping at Target!

The Manager of the cell phone department (Adam) was extremely helpful. He helped me setup my phone and get my APP working. He was very patient. They should have more people like him.

Not a bad store, it's clean and the employees are generally nice and try to be helpful. I've had a horrible experience useing the target app. I pre-ordered 8 grocery item products because i knew i needed alot at once and i wanted to be sure they were there. When i arrived on the delivery date no one knew anything about it. I was sent back and forth in the store three times to speak to different people. Why they couldn't call each other to save time and energy for me, I don't know. No one knew where to look or how to find out. Finally they found two tmatching t theSKU on the website and it was the wrong thing. Apparently the website wasn't updated. At this point I was so frustrated I just bought the similar product. Now I was short 6 items from what I needed, could not make my recipes, and had to come back and buy them next week (when my coupon had expired of course). The employees tried but there seemed to be little training for anyone about the app ordering process.

The employees and supervisors are alway helpful. The staff that work in electronics are always very very busy this time of year but still maintain a helpful and polite atmosphere. The Lanesboro, MA store is awesome!

Terrible experience with Target Mobile. I preordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 which was supposed to come with a $100 rebate and drove for an hour to get to Target. Once I was there I was told that I would have to sign a contract to get the phone (I use AT&T prepaid and I was going to use an AT&T phone so this was a surprise for me). Sarah who was working there assured me that I would just have to pay an installment plan and that everything was ok. She was still learning the system so she ended up having to pull my credit twice for an installment plan that I didn't even want just so I could look at the contract I would be signing. It turned out I would have to switch to a postpaid plan. I was told by the manager there that I could just do the postpaid plan for a month and then cancel the contract and switch back to prepaid without any fees or penalties. When we finally got through the credit checks and application forms there was a screen with a tiny text box in it that had the at&t terms and conditions. When printed, this turned into a 36 page document. I sat there and read it and there in the fine print it said I would have to pay a $325 early termination fee if I went with the plan proposed by the manager. He said he was surprised but that there was nothing he could do. To their credit these were two very nice people who were doing their best to solve things, but this whole situation was a mess and I wasted 2 hours traveling, over an hour trying to get this figured out at target, plus the costs of traveling there and back. Plus I would have lost over $300 if I had taken the advice I was given. I found this promotion by target to be very deceptive and even the manager agreed with that assessment. I will never consider buying a phone at target again, and the fact that they have to offer a $100 incentive speaks to some of the problems inherent in a business model where they profit from having employees peddle contracts with 3rd parties that they don't understand. I was further surprised that they would not sell me the phone even without the $100 incentive or even paying a premium. There was no way to leave the store with that phone unless I signed 36 pages of legalese with AT&T. I thought Target was better than this.
