This location's staff are very friendly & willing to help. Plenty of stock & prices are good. Have found lots of nice stuff on clearance here. Sign up for a Lowe's credit card to save 5% on all your purchases.

I am a senior citizen who recently had shoulder surgery. I drove to Kingston Lowe’s to return some deck boards that were loaded into my truck.I parked at lumber entrance and walked in to find employee JESS. She came out and unloaded said boards onto a lumber cart. Then brought them to returns for refund.Great customer service. She went above and beyond. Hoping her superior reads this and rewards her w/ in store recognition.Thank You JESS again.KBPlymouth,MA.

Lowes is always my go to store for home repair and items.They usually have what I need, or can send me in the right direction if I need a special item.Their prices are decent and they have a good amount of items marked down which is helpful.

It's OK for a big box store, except I have to check myself out every time. It's hard to find any help. When you do, they either no nothing or run from you. Only shop there if there is a deal, other than that, not worth it...

Big shout out to Bobby in outside garden! He not only helped us with our mulch he also loaded it up and moved it for us. He was personable and a pleasure to work with. Exceptional customer service😊

I had a really weird experience with customer service here. I brought back three identical items for return, with the exact receipt and card I made the purchase with. I was told the items were not on the receipt, and after chipping my card, that I did not use that card. I was then told my only option was a store credit, and that I needed an ID just to receive it, and would need to present that ID again to use it in the future. The associate helping me took a confrontational, annoyed attitude toward me even though I was perfectly pleasant.

I go here once in a while (I prefer Home Depot). As always, there is very little good customer service. Very few employees seem to be happy with their job. Other than that, the store is ok. It's clean and had what I needed.

Lousy customer service. 10 rude employees for every one employee that can actually help. Disorganized, prices missing (which is why you need to find some rude worker who doesn't want to be there.) Do NOT start a project before you know everything you need is stocked, they will get you started, but not finished. Depot will get you closer.

Worst Lowe’s I have been to and I love Lowe’s. Needed to come here because pembroke Lowe’s saw wasn’t working. Had someone paged to come to the cutting table not once, not twice, but three times and waited patiently between pages. I finally just gave up and left. The cashier at the pro desk saw that we were waiting there for quite some time as well. Will avoid this particular Lowe’s at all cost, pembroke has multiple people walking around the lumber department at all times it’s so easy to get help there

Bought a Shark Bite elbow to make a repair at my home. I did more research and decided to go with Pex because of hard water. Tried to return/exchange it three days after 90 day window. Was told "sorry". No refund or even store credit. Back to HD I go! Update: Called corporate and was told that the manager is authorized to make exceptions to the return policy, and to call and speak to the manager. I called today and got a worse response than when I went to the store to do the return. Wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. Done with Lowe's...

I purchased some pavers for .88 each to use to edge my flower beds. They had the outside garden area open with a cashier, which made it very convenient. I also purchased some tulips which were clearances for 2.49 that are just starting to bud.

As one who has both shopped and worked at this Lowe's, I can say the number one issue is lack of staff. Praise to the DS's who work in their departments, they are real experts and keep this place running. Lastly, the serious inaccuracies of the inventory are shameful. People commonly travel to get something it says we have in stock, but they are disappointed that we do not have it in stock.

They have more than their competition, and it's cleaner and more up-to-date.Not to mention, we came from a competing store where we were told that the saw was "broken." The whole reason we even went to Lowe's was that we needed a piece of wood cut. The guy at Lowe's informed us that lazy people sometimes "pretend" that the saw is broken. But at Lowe's we got a guy who wasn't at all lazy, and we were grateful!

Shopping experience 3/28/23Online said that the shovel I wanted had 63 in stock Isle 27, bay 15. Went there with 2 associates and neither could identify why there were none to be found.I appreciated the effort but was disappointed that we couldn't find what I needed.

They consistently don't have enough staff on hand. I waited for 20 minutes for the only person working in appliances to help me. 2 customers came and left after me both were looking to buy multiple appliances. Money just walking out the door because they don't have enough help.By the way the gentleman that helped me was excellent.

Before moving to Plymouth, our experience with nearby Lowes (most recently, Raynham) had been superlative. Well stocked and well organized, always present and helpful personnel. (Once we sought out the store manager to give praise to employees who, unsolicited, walked up us and asked "Is there something I can help you with?") In contrast my experience today at Lowes in Kingston left me fuming and wondering aloud if we shouldn't just keep our home improvement shopping to Home Depot. In the Electrical section we were looking for several faceplates of different sorts and a particular style of dimmer switch. The faceplates were so all over the place, colors and sizes misfiled on shelves and in wrong boxes. Looking a white toggle style dimmer, I pulled one out of the White box only to find they were all light almond. A light almond box included light almond and ivory. In an ivory box which also contained light almond I finally found the one white switch of that style on any shelf. It took forever. Clearly no one cares about making the shopping experience convenient or efficient for customers.

When you ask for help the BEST you can expect is someone to pull out their phone and search for you. During my last trip I asked a team member for help on a plumbing fitting. I was told I should go to the other side of town to a plumbing supply store because Lowes doesn’t have it. I kept searching anyway… and found it with no help…. after 10 min.
