Clerks are helpful. I'm so glad Aubuchon has real clerks and not self-checkout like the box stores. I also like being able to look online and find the location (aisle, bin) of the product I want to buy.

I found their propane refill rates to be reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and expertise provided.I cannot recommend this hardware store enough for their propane services. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff to the convenient fill up area, everything about my experience was top-notch. If you're in need of propane refill or any other hardware needs, don't hesitate to visit this store. You won't be disappointed!

Got what I needed. Nice young guys running the counter. Floor girl pointed me in the right direction. Bought 2ft. 3/4 pvc. Had to trim canopy corner support poles two years ago to make replacement canopy fit. We got a new canopy, and if the poles are short I now have extensions!

Went here for the first time just a few days ago. The store was well organized, and I had a relatively easy time finding what I needed. The gloves I bought were great for their price and very durable. The cashier (Jon, I think) was absolutely amazing. Had a great work ethic and I made small talk easily. Would recommend this store if you need the job done

Staff was wonderful absolutely went out of their way to help me. I ordered online for the first time and accidentally sent it to Franklin. When I went to Kingston to pick it up they realized the mistake I made called Franklin canceled my order got my order together there and rang me up. Great group of people. The sales rep was very helpful with selecting a good paint brush. However, the paint he recommended was not appropriate. It contained primer and I had trouble with the application. I wish he had asked me if I needed paint with primer. I had already primed the furniture so the paint he sold me was not good for my project. The finish was not smooth because the paint was thicker. After much sanding & reapplication, the paint brush strokes are still there. I’m very disappointed.

The Kingston, Mass. Store of Aubuchon is led by manager with a staff who want to be certain every customer is treated with respect and concern. They are always available for help on a project and willing to give you their knowledge to be certain your purchase will meet your needs for the work anticipated. They always ask if you found what you were looking for and will walk you to the location in the store to show you the exact item you seek. Unlike the Big Box stores where you almost can never find a person to help you and if you do find a person they are from a different department and now two people are walking through the store seeking a knowledgeable person. The best thing you can do for your self is to go to Aubuchon store nearest you and see for your self as it will be a trip worthwhile.

Aubuchon is one of my favorite retailers. The products are great and the people that work there are very service oriented. I have done so many DIY projects during the pandemic and rely on their expertise. Aubuchon is my go to store for my home projects.

I went to this store today as a painting contractor and paid far more than any other store I’ve ever gotten materials in..A gall of primer that I get as a contractor in my local store for $32 was $45 retail…retail in my regular store is $38 per gall and a quart of another paint for $30…Yes that’s $30 for a quartThere’s far better options to be found than this place on the South Shore and as a contractor needing supplies if in the area I’d never go there again.
