He got a large piece I ordered in my car with no scratches and then took the time out to explain the product to me and all its features. He is so knowledgeable about all the products it makes me want to come back to the store again. The store in general is great but his help and knowledge makes people come back

We use a pellet stove to heat our home, & unfortunately every store that typically has the 40lb bags of wood pellets in stock sold out very early in the season this year. Although we are using it less & less, we still definitely needed pellets to keep warm during the cool nights! After calling a bunch of Home Depot’s & Lowes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine, FINALLY I tried Tractor Supply Co. in Ipswich and they HAD THEM IN STOCK!!I raced to the store, and arrived 2mins before they closed. Normally, most stores would already have their doors locked, or you would be met with an attitude as you walked in the door. NOT THE CASE HERE!! The staff were INCREDIBLY NICE! The person I spoke to on the phone initially was super nice & helpful, and when I arrived I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They made small talk, signed me up for their In store rewards program, rang me up, put the 10 bags of pellets into a cart for me & then packed each bag into the back of my car!Even though this location is a little more than 30mins away from my house, they have a forever customer!!!*I didn’t get to explore the store because of the time, but with just a quick scan they carry btwn 25-40 different styles & brands of work boots, both men & women, they have a great selection of clothing & some cute graphic T-shirts.*

This place is always classy. The help is so nice to me. They have a great range of items for home improvement, yard, garden, pets, clothing ... Even toys. I get all my pet items at Tractor Supply for my very allergy prone dogs.

Went to the store in ipswich tonight. George and Chris were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got greeted at the door and had a great experience. It is tough to find employees like them for any business nowadays. Great job guys and thankyou

I called last night because I couldn't find information about ordering on line for curbside pickup. The phone rang 7-8 times before a very out of breath man answered. He apologized because they were very busy. He answered my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Then today I went to pick up my order. I pulled into designated spot and no sooner did I click "l'm here" and a very pleasant woman asked if I was Ms Rose. Another woman helped her load my order into my car.. The whole experience was excellent. I love you guys and gals.

Bought a ridgecut work boots from Ipswich Mass. store 1/14/23 and asked how long warranty was and was to told one year. They are leaking as of 4/27/23 (3 months).I called and talked with manager "TOM" and told me to call a separate company who make them so I did and it was an answering mashing with No name or info? I googled who makes Ridgeline boots and its Tractor supply in Texas, not a different co. I called back and talked with Manager Tom and he was hostile, arrogant and demanding and kept interrupting me asking do I have a different question or he would hang up on me. Young management today.

Store's name doesn't set up the expectations. They have a good selection of tools and outdoor products. Staff was rude to my 5 yr old. I thought they had incubator with chicks at the store. When we didn't find them I decided to just pick up a few things and leave without asking, but my son wanted to know if they had chicks there. When at the cashier... Excuse me, excuse me and he asked the question. At first the cashier ignored him, but after he asked a few more times he answered the question but he was rude, he answered in a way you talk to an "annoying little kid". So I asked the question and the answer was different.I had called the store once before for something else and the person on the phone wasn't that helpful either and seemed kind of annoyed by my question. Don't need their rude employees in my life. Won't be coming back.

I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life when calling the store for assistance. After the phone rang for what felt like forever, a female answered the phone by simply saying “yes what do you need”. I asked if the store carried chicks, to which she responded “yes but don’t ask me what kind I am too busy to tell you, goodbye”. I responded “hold on, I have additional questions” and she responded “what do you want”. I responded “is there a minimum quantity” and she answered “6” and then abruptly hung up the phone.What kind of service is this? I have never shopped at a tractor supply, and must tell you this is appalling as my first experience. Is this how tractor supply treats their customers? This employee, and your business, should be absolutely ashamed! I will never shop at a tractor supply as a result of this disgusting experience.

Our dog loves "Tractor World" (Ipswich, Mass.). The people, such as John and a lady at the checkout registers today, are friendly, helpful and seem to love their jobs and their customer interactions, and everyone always has a biscuit or two for our dog (I'm still waiting to be offered a treat). The store has unusual items that you don't see elsewhere, such as digestive enzyme chewables for dogs, axles for your tractor, toys (including giant toy cars for kids), clothing, yard supplies, snacks, etc.

This is a excellent store.. it has a lot of pretty much everything.. the prices are good.. and some of the prices on certain things are awesome!!! If you're looking for Pine cat litter that is kiln-dried I think they call it horse Pine IT'S THE BEST AND DIRT CHEAP 5.99 FOR A 40LBS BAG!! it would be equivalent to the same thing as feline Pine which cost three times as much.. I drive 30 minutes there just for this litter! Dried Pine is the healthiest litter you could get for your cats.. all of that clumping litter and Technology causes cancer and respiratory problems in your cats...

Excellent service! Needed to get a trailer hitch ball off a hitch. They spent 20-30 minutes trying several solutions and finally were able to get the ball off the hitch. Great knowledge and "get it done" customer service! Thank you!

We usually buy propane for our gas grill at Tractor Store. Last visit, employee filled one tank and turned the valve so tight that we can’t open it. We phoned the store to ask for help or a replacement, and they said it’s not their problem. “Bring your tank to a gas company,” they said. ?!?!? So now we have a full tank that we can neither use and nor dispose. Annoying.

Don't have a lawn any more. I went looking for a hat. They have some nice brands of clothing as well great stuff for the house and yard. Don't be fooled by the name. I was impressed. You might be too.
