This is not for shaws in general, nor the employees because the employees here are very nice to me. I have been to this shaws multiple times and every time I come back home a majority of my items are expired or are going to within a day. I went the other day and checked every item and I wasn’t able to even get whole milk from shaws because they expired or would within a day or two. This store just needs better help with stocking and checking this. As of other reviews I’m seeing I’m not the only one who is noticing the amount of expired or soon to be expired products the store is selling.

Very expensive comparatively. You must use their app and circulars to shop using the deals. If you do so, then you can find great deals. They also stopped bagging groceries. Geez! I'm talking about non-self-service... the cashier's don't bag? Geez

Was quiet well stocked. Had good prices on a few things. Don't like when they have great prices but you must buy 5. I usually don't need 5.

It's a smaller store in an old footprint. The locals are happy to accept it and it's higher prices rather than drive 5 miles to the MB in Rowley.

I love this little Shaw's, they have a great selection and keep their shelves well stocked. Everyone is very pleasant from Deli to the checkout. Thank you for a great trip!

It's more expensive and has fewer products than Market Basket but is closer to Ipswich. The staff was always nice and helpful when I was there and the store is clean. The only real problem is that sometimes the lines to checkout can be long.

Always friendly staff. I appreciate the convenience as my back up supermarket for quick trips, but prices are too high to go for big shopping days. Fresh veggies are hit or miss. On the plus side, never a line at registers.

I’ve always been a big fan of “baby Shaw’s” but the new curbside pick up just took my appreciation for this gem of a grocery store in our small town to a new level. I’m currently quarantining after a COVID exposure and decided to give curbside a try. My order was mostly produce and whoever shopped for the order did an OUTSTANDING job. Everything was just as if I’d picked it out myself. The prices were the exact same as when shopping in store and there were no fees. Thank you for offering this incredibly useful service!!!!

Extremely clean . Everything was well stocked. Went it for item and left with so much more. Found a new drink, Polar Green Tea Ginger Ale. Two of my favorite drinks combined. This has been the only location around here I have found that carries this item.

The employees were very helpful, but this is a smaller Shaw's store, so they may not carry everything a full-size store would. I don't know for sure because they had what I needed.Also, there's a FedEx drop off at the service desk.

Pleasantly surprised. I hadn't been to this Shaw's in Ipswich in a while and it's been redone. It was very nice and clean and everybody was very friendly. No complaints.

This store is much improved over the last few years. Better stocked, attractive displays and cleaner. Prices are still a bit high, but great sales compensate for that a bit.

Smells awful. I tried explaining this in two previous reviews, but both were taken down. My family and I gag when we pass the dairy aisle. Employees “don’t smell anything”. It’s nasty.

Small, local Shaws. Typical for a small chain store. It is smaller than most Shaws and may not have everything you want all the time. But it is the only grocery store in ipswich.

Isn’t a single time that I come here and Victor is the grumpy, moody cashier. Always throwing the groceries aside like trash. No “hi” and no “bye” doesn’t even look at costume’s face.Costumer service here lacks soooo much!!

Stopped in to get something for dinner. I bought hot chicken tenders, rainy night, running late. They were so good
