Have left my dog(s) here 2 times.First time I brought one of our dogs for a 2 night stay, along with a bed which when I came to pick him up was in the office area unused because “it wasn’t needed”. Not a huge deal, but important later.Second time I brought both our dogs for a 7 night stay. Did not bring any beds. Dogs slept in a shared hard plastic crate and both came out with BOTH elbows raw and scabbed (see pictures). In addition, one of my dogs started scooting the night we picked him up, which I’ve never seen him do before in the 3 years I’ve had him.Finally, there aren’t ever any photo updates of the dogs. I am forced to wonder if this is because the situation is too sad to document.

JANIECE! First of all, my appointment was at 9 and she was SO kind enough to LAST MINUTE allow me to bring my dog in at 11 when I had a last minute doc appointment. Secondly, my dog has never looked so good. Ive been taking him to petco for years and will never be going back there. My dog Merlin looks the best hes ever looked since ive had him and hes 7!!! Hes 125 lbs and a Newfypoo and she had him done in 2.5 hours and looking SHOW READY. She's so kind and the best. 11/10 recommend

The staff at PAWSWITHINN is amazing. Our dog SIMBA is our child and we feel 100% confident leaving our baby with the caring Team at Paws! I was terrified to leave him for a 2-Night stay when I had to work out of state... Patrick, Amy and Team made this stress-free and really took the BEST care of my Best Friend! They sent periodic updates, pics upon request and even a short video when I called over missing "The Baby!" They are attentive to our requests (special food and treats) and ensure that each and every dog plays safe!

My dog snickers loves it there! We have been sending him since he was only a couple months old is now nine years old and it’s amazing take great care of your pets and provide food. They do pick up and drop off to!! he’s always so excited when they come and he knows they’re coming till he waits at the door excitedly until they come or looks at the window. They also have a cute little store there! They always make sure he smells amazing once he get grooms, and they give you a little bandanna for the dog!

Paws inn is unsanitary and I would recommend taking your pets somewhere clean for their safety. I will say the staff there are really nice.

Paws With Inn is amazing. I wasn't able to drive my dog for his grooming appointment and he is so overdue. And they accommodated to pick him up. Keep in mind they only pick up for doggy day care! Thank you from Kovu and I. You guys are so awesome! Happy New Year to you all.

They are the best! My dog was here boarding for 16 days in a row and when I picked her up I knew she was very happy and had the best time ever! Don’t hesitate and bring in your dog for an awesome time. Thank you everyone who helped keep Bella safe and happy!!! Will definitely use again!!!

The Owners and staff are amazing! My 6-month pup loves to go here. He literally starts jumping and making happy and excited noises as soon as we pull in the driveway. Harpoon is so excited to go in I can barely get his lease on him to get him to the door. Once inside the main store area his tail is going one hundred miles and hour and he races for the door to let him outside with the other pups. They have separate sections for different dogs. He goes into the puppy area and comes home well exercised and tired. He is so much easier to handle and train when most of his “puppy energy” has been used up all day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You can also pay to have your dog’s nails trimmed or your dog groomed while they are there. If you forgot to pick up food or treats, don’t worry they sell it right in their store. Truly is the best place to send your fur-baby!!!

We really wanted to like this place due to the proximity to our new home. However, after two "trial" sessions and an overnight stay we will be taking our business elsewhere for the health & safety of our dog. We have a 3 year old, 120lb GSMD - she's command trained and a CGC (Canine Good Citizen - the gold standard for AKC behavioral training). The staff at Paws With Inn kept her on the top crate of a 2 crate stack and expected her to get up and down from the crate with only their support - no stairs/ramps. We only found this out because they had to tell us she fell. When we expressed concern the staff's response was "well she isn't bleeding". As many large breed parents know, hip and joint health is a MAJOR concern at all times. The "professionals" at Paws With Inn didn't seem to share the same concern for our dogs health and longevity.We had encountered many staff members and found all of them to be unprofessional. The main coordinator for boarding (Ian) described her as "feisty" when it came to giving her medicine and the woman who groomed her seemed to be extremely overwhelmed by her size. Perhaps you shouldn't be in the boarding/daycare/grooming business if you do not know how to care for large dogs and are easily overwhelmed.

The owners and workers are great, all welcoming and they sure do they job right. The dogs all get to play with each other in a safe manner and they also get treats! I've watched them work for my whole life, every dog I/my family had we sent to Paws With Inn. The over nights are so nice when you have no one to take care of your dog/s over night while you're on a vacation or something. The grooming is also excellent, my dog comes home clean with trimmed nails and he smells so good, he also comes home with a seasonal bandana! When I drop my dog off he gets so excited in the car when he knows where we are, he jumps out of the car and runs inside. My dog comes home all tired and gets a lot of sleep after, which is a reason to send your dog/s so you can have nice down time with out them bugging you. If you have any requests while your dog is there, they'll do it, but you have to let them know! My family and friends love Paws With Inn and I'm sure you will too!

Great service, my dogs smell clean and look great. This is the only place I will take my dogs to get groomed. They really go the extra mile to let you know how your dog's did during the grooming and they even put a bow on the collar when they're done. I think it's cheaper than taking your dog to Petco and I do much better job.

I can't say enough about the staff at Paws With Inn!! Ian is so sweet with our Sato pup. Everyone is so welcoming! Champ loves it and I feel good knowing he is in such capable, caring hands.We also use their grooming service, so on those days Champ comes home clean, nails trimmed, smelling good, complete with little bow on his collar.

The staff was rude, I made specific requests, which they totally ignored! My dog had just recovered from heartworm and needed to be kept relatively quiet, he did not get along with other dogs, so I made it clear that I didn't want him in with any dogs for the safety of both of them. It had been tried a few times and the results were failures. He's a shelter dog from GA, very sweet, but needs training. They not only put him in with other dogs, unsupervised for the most part, he came home exhausted, with a red infected eye and multiple scratches on his face and body. When I brought him in, he had a nice collar on with all of his tags. When they brought him out, he had some cheap, thin collar on. They told me that he didn't have a collar on when he came in & I repeated that he did & asked them to go look for it, which they couldn't be bothered to do. When I got him home, I continued to email them about the collar & they finally admitted that they had it, but the buckle/fastener had been crushed by another dog's teeth that he was "playing" with. I brought in a large bag of food, treats, biscuits for him ($50.00 worth) and they "forgot" to give them back, even after I asked. A true nightmare.

This place is one big dog party! Many kennels keep your dog in a small pen by themselves most of the day and they go out for a few walks. Not this one. If it's nice out, the dogs are out. My dog has lots of energy but when he comes home from Paws With Inn he's exhausted.

My son worked there for a very short time. Deceitful practice, not ethical or up to code behind the scenes. No matter how nice they are to your face when dropping your loved one and cash at the door, Go Elsewhere —***especially for overnights!

Dog and Owner love this place. The rates are very reasonable for boarding, the staff is always friendly and the dog always sleeps for a week when he comes home. They do not put the dogs in a cage all day, they are all out back playing with the other boarded dogs and day care dogs all day. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to board their dog and not feel guilty about it.

My labrador retriever loves this place so much she once jumped out of the car window and ran to the front door of Paws With Inn before I could get out of the car. Socializing with lots of other dogs is fantastic there. She is exhausted at the end of a playfilled day and excited to see me. The staff is friendly. The store is stocked with many useful treats and supplies. I have been a client of PWI for many years.

Besides the happy boarding/day care experience, they also offer a small but very well stocked store with high quality food for cats as well as dogs, at prices that are some of the best around. You'll find topnotch healthy food the grocery stores don't carry. The selection of foods shown on their website is just a small portion of all the brands they have. And they also offer free delivery!
